Abstract

History note, that pesantren have very big role in following to move forward education in indonesia during the time. Excess of pesantren lay its existence which multifungsional that as; education institute, mission, and struggle. So that pesantren do not fail to go forward him with other education institute, hence one of the effort which conducted by pesantren by developing formal education and him of no formal education. This matter also which conducted by Maisonette of Pesantren Darunnajah Kebonagung. Early from maisonette pesantren of Darunnajah as one of the pesantren which it there are education which wish to form character of student, hence in this Thesis of writer interest to perform a furthermore research to existence of maisonette pesantren of this Darunnajah Kebonagung with formula of problem of that is: 1). How Pattern Education of Pesantren in forming character of student in Maisonette of Pesantren Darunnajah Kebonagung, 2).How Role of Pesantren in forming character of student in Maisonette of Pesantren Darunnajah Kebonagung. Pursuant to existing formula, target of this research that is: To know Pattern Education of Pesantren in forming character of student in Maisonette of Pesantren Darunnajah Kebonagung and To know Role of Pesantren in forming character of student in Maisonette of Pesantren Darunnajah Kebonagung. this Research type is research qualitative, method used to obtain get data is observation method, interview, and documentation. collected data is later then compiled and analysed by using descriptive qualitative. Through step reduce data, compilation of data and intake of conclusion. Result of this research indicate that Education Of Maisonette of Pesantren this Darunnajah have been able to play a part in to form character of student. Education pattern is used in forming of character to santri in this research by giving good byword, with practice method and inuring, educative through ibrah ( taking Iesson), educative [pass/through] mauidzih ( giving of advise), educative through discipline, educative through independence. As for role of Maisonette pesantren of Darunnajah in forming character of Students seen to cover as counsellor, fasilitator, proofreader, inspirator, informator, motivator, evaluator. With a purpose to be formed its character of student which is Responsibility, Downright, Self-Supporting, discipline, and have respect.

Abstract

Many people success became a leader, ulama, enterpreneur, and another goodness, but there are many people who success to be a corruptor, impostor, criminaland another vice. They can not achive their success except it made since they have born. Parent are side who most resposibility in this case. Basically, there are no parents who will plunge their children, but it is caused that they doesn’t undersand how to educate their children or maybe their mistake to chose a concept about parenting. Finally they make bad luck to their children. The purpose of this research is to delve a concept abot how to take care of the children (parenting) that proposed by one of moslem education figure Al-Ghazali in this Ihya Ulumiddin book and compare it with concept from another figure. This research is done by review of primary data resources of Ihya Ulumiddin and another secondary data that has related to set of problem. The result of the research shows that there is a seriousness of Al-Ghazali tell about parenting in his book in detail. Many other figures agreed to his concpt. There are only a little people that oppose, especially the concept of modern parenting.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the efforts to form the tradition of student discipline. Formulation of the problem, first how the tradition of student discipline. second, how the school's efforts in shaping the tradition of student discipline. third is what inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the process of forming the tradition of student discipline.The results of the first study of the Disciplinary Tradition of students are very good. Second The school's efforts to form a tradition of student discipline are as follows: a) School bus procurement is carried out in collaboration with the community around the school independently. b) Prohibiting the carrying of motorized bicycles. c) Cooperation with the police d) Completion of facilities in schools, and othersInhibiting factors and supporting factors faced by the school in an effort to build students' disciplinary traditions are as follows: Supporting factors in the process of forming the tradition of student discipline. There is a school bus. Collaboration with the police. Supporting learning in the school environment, such as prayer rooms and sports fields. There is socialization for new students. Abstract

Discipline is the basis of a person's success in running an activity. A student will obtain achievement in learn best when they are disciplined in learning. Logically the success of all activities can not be separated from the discipline. Discipline can grow and can be applied in each of the activities when any activity comes from his heart without any coercion from anywhere. In recent years a lot of discipline of the Indonesian nation is increasingly reduced. This research. This research is quantitative. The subject of this research was the seventh grade students MTsN Megaluh 2015-2016 academic year consisting of 100 students. From the analysis stated that the respondents to the study Discipline in MTsN Megaluh category Jombang is being evidenced by the respondents of 100 respondents, or 60% of the vote with a final score of 50-63 at the interval. There is a relationship with the discipline of learning class VII student achievement MTsN Megaluh Jombang Academic Year 2015-2016. Based on the overall hypothesis testing conducted by F test, performed in accordance to the annex ANOVA F column, obtained calculated F value of 24 002 and F table with α = (0.05) df = n - k-1 = 100-1-1 = 98 so that the F table = 3.94. This value indicates that the value of F count> F table (24 002> 3.94). And hipotesin calculation by using analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) This means that there is a connection simultaneously learning Discipline (X) to the dependent variable (Y) that is Achievement for 0602 (60%). Thus, in this study we can conclude that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states: "The relationship between the discipline of learning and academic achievement of students of class VII MTsN Megaluh Jombang" acceptable ". Abstract

The objective of this research is to find the role of boarding schools for the welfare and morals Gadingmangu rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. This study aims to describe and analyze critically about the role of boarding schools for the welfare and morals Gadingmangu rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. This research is a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, taking a boarding school Gadingmangu background and Gadingmangu the villagers participated in a boarding school. The data collection is done by conducting observations, documentations and equipped for the study of literature. The data were analyzed using descriptive formula percentage and SPSS version 18 for windows. The results showed: Gadingmangu boarding school was instrumental to the welfare and morals rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district. Indicated by the results of output SPSS version 18 with mean 28,03, minimum 24 and maximum 30, with a standard deviation 1,532 and skewness and kurtosis respectively -,674 and 0,094 which means that the role of boarding school Gadingmangu to the welfare and morals rural districts Gadingmangu Perak Jombang district normally distributed.

Abstract

Principals and teachers are the ones who was instrumental in determining the success of education in school. The success of a school is essentially lies in the efficiency and effectiveness of performance as someone who was given the task to lead the school. Principal is expected to be a leader and innovator in the School. Therefore, the quality Principal manajerial competence is significant to the success of the School. Principals as a manager and supervisor helped, encourage and give confidence to the teachers that teaching and learning can and should be improved. The development of a variety of experiences, knowledge, attitudes and skills of teachers should be conducted in a professional manner in accordance with the competence. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence manajerial competence, Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung which is 18 teachers, because the population is less than 100 in its account, then the sample is taken from that population. Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship between three variable there is Manajerial competence, Supervision and Job performance. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung as the respondents than it is analyzed using pearson influence and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive significant (p = 0,019) the influence manajerial competence on performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun (2) positive significant (p = 0,044) influence Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun (3) positive significant (p = 0,000) simultanly influence manajerial competence and Supervision on Job performance among teachers in Islamic Yunior State School Of Tulung Saradan Madiun with Y = 5.222 + 0.380X1 + 0.513X2. Based on these results, the authors give advice to all teachers in MTs Negeri Tulung Saradan Madiun districts as much as possible in order to demonstrate competence and high performance in the Work of duty as teachers to provide role models for the students and the school community

Abstract

Management is very important in all our of life. Management of education in Indonesia has not appeared as desired professional ability, the management problem education is one of the fundamental problems that caused the crisis in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analysis influence of the Principal managerial competence and work motivation on teachers profesionalism teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban Madiun. The population and sample in this research is all the teachers in Islamic Yunior State School of Caruban Madiun there are 38 teachers, because the population less than 100 in its account, the sample is taken from the population. Design of this research is quantitative research because testing relationship with three variable there is Principal Managerial Competence, Work Motivation and Teachers Profesionalism. Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Yunior School of Caruban as the respondents that analyzed using pearson influence and proceed with 17th version of SPSS software. Abstract

This research started from learning management tahfidzul qur’an in boarding school in environment MTs Madrasatul qur’an Tebuireng and MTs Nurul Qur’an Bendungrejo Jogoroto Jombang, Both of these institutions have manage tahfidzul qur an learning in boarding school starting from planning aspect, implementation and evaluation systemhe approach used is a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data collection techniques are conducted by (I) in-depth interviews and (2) documentation Data analysis techniques include (1) data reduction (2) display data, and (3) Virtification, validation of findings is done using triangulation data.From the results of the study, the authors conclude that (1). In planning a Tahfidzul Qur'an learning program at MTs Madrasatul Qur'an and MTs Nurul Qur’an, it cannot be separated from the results of the meeting between units, namely the School Unit, Tahfidh Unit and MTT Unit (kepondokan). All units synergize in forming a pregnant person of the Qur'an lafdhan wa ma'nan and wa 'practice that is a person who brings the Qur'an / memorize the Qur'an, understands its meaning, is able to practice the contents of the contents and has akhlaqul karimah (2) behavior. The implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an learning at MTs Madrasatul Qur’an and MTs Nurul Qur an is by coaching memorizing the Qur'an carried out 3 times a day with details of the dawn until 6:00 p.m. individual deposits until 16:30 p.m. and ba'da magrib until 7:30 p.m. fashohah (classical) for those who are still Bin-Nadhar and mudarosah together in the mosque for those who have tahfidh program (3) Evaluation System so that the memorization of al-Qur'an, besides being evaluated daily with rote deposit system, also held every three months held al-Qur'an memorization tests according to the number of opinions

Abstract

This study was aim to determine the relationship between religiosity and democratic parenting with the students’ empathy. The participants of this study were the eighth grade students of MTs Negeri 14 Jombang in the academic year 2019-2020. The participants was 183 students consisting of 93 male and 90 female. The participants is taken by using a random cluster sampling technique that is class VIIIC with 40 students. The data collection tools used in this study were the scale of religiosity, parenting scale and empathy scale that refers to Likert. The assumption test results showed that one of the linearity assumptions of the relationship is not fulfilled, then the data analysis technique which was originally used multiple and partial regression analysis was then replaced with nonparametric correlation analysis of ‘spearman's rho’level. The results of the spearman's rho level correlation between religiosity and empathy obtained rho = 0.327 and sig 0.039 (P <0.05). It means that there was a significant positive relationship between religiosity and empathy for students of class VIII MTsN 14 Jombang. The positive directed correlation means that the higher religiosity had, will be followed by the higher empathy of students. In otherwise the lower religiosity will also be followed by the lower empathy of the students.The results of the spearman 's rho correlation between democratic parenting with empathy obtained rho = 0.367 and sig 0.020 (P <0.05) means that there was a significant positive relationship between democratic parenting with students’ empathy of class VIII MTsN 14 Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the religious values applied by the congregation and the form of implementation of these values in daily life. This thesis seeks to measure the level of the results of the study of the interpretation of the Qur'an in the lives of the Nurul Karimah congregation. This thesis is a field study object with descriptive research that presents data through interviews, observation and documentation. This research step begins by collecting data on congregational behavior and recitation materials. The primary data of this thesis was obtained directly from the original source, namely individuals or the community through research and interviews. The secondary data in the form of data sources derived from previous research, such as journals, books, and other references.The results of this study are as follows: first, the study of interpretation in the village of Gagakan has begun to reverberate for 3 years by Siti Badriyah in 1992 with members of the Nurul Karimah congregation. This study forms religious values as a result of teaching for the life of the congregation. The materials and methods of recitation which include prayer in QS. al-Ankabut: 45, Fadhilah Basmalah, Hamdalah and its fadhilah, and Shalawat and its fadhilah which are packaged with lecture and weton methods. Through these materials and methods, religious values are formed, including: prayer in congregation, harmony in household life and neighbors, mutual respect, patience and istiqmah, qanaah. Second, the study of this interpretation implicitly has a great influence on the lives of the congregation. Consciously, they suggest themselves to be better after the recitation takes place and practice it. The implementation of this value is in the form of congregational morals, the urgency of the study of interpretation, and things that are influential. As for the urgency of the recitation, which is expected to guide their lives for the better, observations have received a positive response and have been successfully practiced by the congregation in themselves and their respective families. Third, the implementation of religious values produced in the study of interpretations on a regular basis, makes the lives of the congregation more organized. Based on social experience, the respondents can carry out reading yasin, tahlil, asthma al-husna, praying, aurad-aurad, and guarding themselves from Allah's prohibition. The social experience and behavior of the respondent is a positive form of recitation of the interpretation of the Qur'an.
