Abstract

ABSTRACT Along with the increase of population, the need will be increasing as well. In order fulfillment and improvement of people's welfare, development plays an important role. The development contains major changes, which include changes in the economic structure, change the physical territory, changing consumption patterns, changes in natural resources and the environment, and so on.Housing and housing is a basic human need and has a very strategic role in the formation of character and personality of the nation, and needs to be nurtured and developed for the continuation and improvement of the lives and livelihood of the people. Housing and settlement can not be seen as a means of life needs solely, but more than that a man in the process of creating space live life to promote himself, and reveal identity. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of variations in the compaction of thecharacteristics of the asphalt layer using the Marshall method which refers to the buildingspecifications of bina marga 2010. In the Marshall plan establishes parameters for the number ofcompaction of heavy traffic conditions compaction test specimen as 2x75 compaction with thecavity boundary mixture of 3,5- 5.5%. While on the asphalt concrete layer is studied AsphaltConcrete Wearing Coarse (AC-WC) subtle gradations lower limit.After the results of the testing materials testing both asphalt and aggregate meets the standardsand then do the manufacture asphalt mixture specimen. From the analysis of the value obtainedafter calculating the optimum asphalt content lower limit of 6,8%. Then used in mixing asphaltcontent for the variation of the collision is 2x50, 2x55, 2x60, 2x65, 2x70, 2x75, 2x80, and 2x85.After it was examined Marshall.From the test results on compaction Marshall 2x50, 2x55, 2x60, 2x65, and 2x70. Does not meetthe Marshall parameter value because Marshall Quotient (MQ) does not enter the specifications.While the value of voids In The Mix (VIM) in the collision 2x50, 2x55, 2x60, 2x65, and 2x70 arealso not included in the specification. Abstract

Inadequate power quality causes damage and may even cause damage to electrical equipment. Solar Power Plants Off-grid is a stand-alone power plant is not connected to the network. This system uses storage media such as batteries to maintain the availability of electricity at night or when the sun's intensity decreases. Solar power plant has a PV module that works based on the intensity of the captured sunlight and the inverter that can change the dc voltage into ac where as is known in the inverter there are non linear components which can result in poor quality of electrical power in this case the total harmonic distortion and voltage variations change. This may result in damage to electrical equipment. The electrical power quality of the STT-PLN off-grid PLTS will be analyzed and compared with the IEEE 519-1992 and SPLN 1: 1995 standards. Based on the results of the discussion that the THDi and THDv values ​​are still above the established standard limit of 5%.

Abstract

With the growth of electricity consumption getting bigger, the possibility of greater losses arises from measuring energy in customers. One cause of the losses due to mistakes in flow ratio CT (Current Transformer) installed on APP Box indirect measurement. Necessary to test the CT accuracy class to determine the current ratio error limits set by the standard PLN. Then do the replacement on the CT accuracy class to resolve this issue. This activity is done at the customer PT. Astra Int Auto 2000 by replacing the CT accuracy class of 0.5 becomes 0,5S. There is a comparison of the measurement between the two different classes. Based on the results of tests performed, a decline in the current ratio error before and after the replacement of accuracy class. After calculating the error margin of the second flow ratio CT installed that are not measured by the energy meter. This Value kWh that is the losses to PT. PLN (Persero) Area Depok. So understanding CT as one of the tools of measurement (instrumentation) should be changed to a point of transaction (point of transaction). So that the revenue gains kWh a business orientation that is fundamental to PLN by pressing slightly possible energy losses (losses) that occur in the measurement system.

Abstract

Abstract - This study discusses banking that is engaged in services, therefore public trust is very important for smooth business, Islamic banking needs to be supported by good bank performance because if financial performance in this study is proxied by ROA and ROE which are reported to be good, it will add information for potential investors so that potential investors will invest their funds. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zakat funds and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility on financial performance in Islamic foreign exchange banks. This study uses Islamic Foreign Exchange Banks as the research sample. The data used is the annual financial report of the Islamic Foreign Exchange Bank for the period 2011-2018 which was obtained from the official website of each bank. The sample used is 32 financial statements. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. The hypothesis test carried out was the T test using spss v 20. The results showed that the data were normally distributed. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that statistically the independent variables namely zakat and ICSR were able to explain the dependent variable ROA of 8.60% while the remaining 91.40% explained by other variables that were not included in this study while the ROE of 9.30% the remaining 90.70% was explained by other variables that were not included in this study. The results of the t-test of zakat funds and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility have no effect on the financial performance of Islamic Foreign Exchange Banks. Abstract

Eventhough  the poteify waste into wood savinncy of timber and thenumber of active moulding industries are deccreasinq  racently, the demand  of moulding products  is still  hight.  Actually  the waste  of moulding  can be utillized  for  fuel but  the  waste  must be  treatedpreviosly. The treatment is to classify weste into wood saving, woodplaning and sawdust. Tile size wood saving and wood planing ware reduced by using a hemmer mill, after that the wastes were screened.wilile  the sawdust was screened directly.  Them. all screened wood were combined  wiht the screened  wood from timber  estate. All of these materials were mixed together with cassava glue. Pellet is an alternative source of fuel. The quality of produced pellet is 0.49- 0.80 gr/cm3 for density parameter. 2.40 - 9.64%  for moisture content, and0.15   -    1.08%   for   ash   content.  These   properties   meet   the requirements   of  national   and   international    market.   How ever; parameter  of gross caloric value of pellet.  which  was 4042 -  4380 cal/g. did not meet the requirements.

Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi berbasis digital saat ini sedang berkembang di Indonesia, termasuk di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, khususnya di Desa Ruhui Rahayu dan Desa Gunung Sari dan Desa Gunung Sari. Dari hasil kegiatan Pelatihan/workshop serta pendampingan bagi pelaku usaha masyarakat Desa Gunung Sari dan Desa Ruhui Rahayu Kabupaten Bulungan Kalimantan Utara diketahui bahwa adanya kegiatan Program Produk Teknologi yang Didiseminasikan Kepada Masyarakat yang di danai oleh BRIN melalui Direktorat Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat sangat membatu bagi pelaku usaha dari kedua desa tersebut, harapanya tindak lanjut dari pelaksana kegiatan ini akan terus dilakukan dalam membantu mempromosikan produk melalui aplikasi market place maupun media sosial, pembinaan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan dan penggunaan alat produksi (mesin kemasan maupun mesin cutting stiker).

Abstract

Environmental damage can be caused by an imbalance of the earth’ constituent elements, which one of the elements is scarcity of clean water in the earth. Dearth of clean water is predicted that will be experienced more than a half of word population of nine million of human being in 2050. The phenomenon of the scarcity of the clean water has been occurred especially in Indonesia that it is a country which has six percent of the potential of the clean water, but in fact it shows the need of the clean water of Indonesia population are still not enough. The dearth of the clean water needs to get serious attention from all stake holder, included people in the boarding school. An effort to decrease the scarcity of the clean water rate is by behaving frugally in using the clean water. To do that need to do socialization massively to the people and it require a long time. Therefore, beside the socialization massively, engineering to decrease the flow rate in using the clean water through the valves that is by applicating flow control method. This simple technology of flow control application, the community service team and Nurul Haramain boarding school located in Kampung Saitem, Ciburayut, Cigombong, Bogor, West Java are collaborated. A measurement result of flow rate before the flow restrictor is applicated in the valve is 7.76 liter/minute and after applicated decrease to 1.13 litter/minute. Percentage of decreasing is to reach 83 percent.
