Abstract

The use of Retona as the additive material in the hot mix split mastic asphalt with a certain comparison is expected to improve the quality of the split mastic asphalt. This study aimed to determine the extent of Marshall properties (Stability, Flow, Marshall Quotient, VITM, VFWA, and Air Void), ITS and UCS test at (30ºC, 40ºC, 60ºC) and Permeability Test. The objective of that is a comparing the results between SMA (AC 60/70) and SMA modified with retona to know the properties if to be used at hot and arid region. In comparison with the results of Marshall Test SMA modified with Retona and SMA (AC60/70) are : the stability value is higher by 11.52%, the flow value is lower by 11.89%, the marshall qoutient value is higher by 26.65%, the VITM value is lower by 1.93%, the VFWA value is higher by 90.57%, and the Air Void value is lower by 9.34%. The ITS value of SMA without Retona is higher than SMA with Retona is 49.28 % at temperature 40oC. The UCS value of SMA without Retona is higher than SMA with Retona is 18.99 % at temperature 30oC. The SMA modified with Retona is less sensitive to temperature changes by using ITS and UCS test compared with SMA without Retona. The coefficient of permeability value of SMA with Retona is higher than SMA without Retona 294% at water pressure 10000 dyne/cm² and by 348 % at water pressure 20000 dyne/cm². Abstract

AbstrakSatuan Kerja Non Vertikal Tertentu (SNVT) Wilayah II Provinsi Jawa Tengah adalah instansi yang menangani jalan strategis nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang mempunyai daya saing tinggi dalam keselamatan dan keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi jalan, besar beban yang terjadi pada jalan,  hubungan antara pertumbuhan lalu lintas dengan kondisi jalan serta kebijakan Bina Marga dalam mengatur ketersediaan dana untuk pencapaian kondisi jalan mantap. Jenis penelitian ini diskriptif yaitu dengan melakukan perbandingan data kondisi permukaan jalan menggunakan NAASRA Roughness-meter untuk menganalisa peningkatan/penurunan kondisi jalan antara Tahun 2008–2013. Beban lalu lintas jalan dihitung dari data lalu lintas harian rata-rata (LHR). Regulasi kebijakan Bina Marga untuk penentuan prioritas penanganan jalan berdasarkan ketersediaan dana, kertas kerja RKA-KL dan rincian pekerjaan Tahun 2008-2013.. Kondisi jalan mantap meningkat dari Tahun 2008 sebesar 78,23% menjadi 97,0% pada Tahun 2013 dengan kecenderungan yaitu y= 139,87*0,01^(1/x). IRI menurun dari Tahun 2008 sebesar 5,66 menjadi 3,91 pada Tahun 2013 dengan kecenderungan yaitu y= 1,847*e^(9,136/x). Beban jalan yang terjadi berdasarkan kondisi riil di lapangan Tahun 2008 mencapai 484.631 standard axel meningkat pada Tahun 2013 menjadi 661.575 standard axel dengan kecenderungan yaitu y= 274,82e^(0,069x). Pertumbuhan lalu lintas meningkat rata-rata 1,07% per tahun. Ketersediaan dana meningkat dari Tahun 2008 sebesar Rp 185.059.648.000,00 menjadi Rp 471.865.926.000,00 pada Tahun 2013. Kecenderungan kemantapan jalan terhadap penyerapan dana yaitu y= 69,96*1,0^x.Kata kunci: roughness, jalan, pemeliharaan, kebijakan.

Abstract

Noise exposure with high intensity on working environment during long time exposure could induce physic  and physicologycally  disorder, giving feeling of uncomfortable and would affect stress and worker quality of life. In other side, social environment at working places that consist of social capital, family support, and good style of leadership phsyicologically giving feeling of comfortable and would reduce phsycologycal burden of workers. Aim of this study was to knew effect  of environmental noise and social environment simultaneously toward quality life of workers. This study was conducted on workers of PT Kusumahadi Santosa, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Samples were 250 workers, selected by simple random sampling method.  Exogenous variable consist of environmental noise, social capital, family support, leadership style, workers status and age. Endogenous variable on this study was quality of life. Data from all variables collected by using questionnaire and analyse with Path Analysis. Result of this study showed that environmental noise on weaving department affect quality of life by stress. Good social capital on working places affect quality of  life of workers. Good works  support  affect quality life of workers.

Abstract

Perkerasan kaku banyak digunakan pada kondisi tanah dasar yang mempunyai daya dukung rendah. Perkerasan kaku merupakan solusi tepat dalam menangani tanah dasar yang bermasalah. Namun jika tebal dan mutu beton tidak diperhitungkan dengan tepat, akan menghasilkan lendutan yang sangat besar, sehingga menyebabkan cracking, serta pumping dan faulting pada perkerasan. Metode Elemen Hingga  adalah salah satu alternatif dalam menganalisis besarnya lendutan  akibat pembebanan  pusat, dan tepi pelat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pelat  berukuran 6x3 m dengan ketebalan 15,20, 25, 30 dan 35 cm dengan pembebanan 8 ton serta dengan mutu beton K250,K300 dan K350 pada pembebanan tengah dan tepi pelat.. Pada CBR 5% dengan tebal 15 cm Nilai lendutan maximum pada pelat tengah adalah  -0,7630 mm sedangkan pada beban tepi sebesar -1,5646 mm dengan prosentase penurunan 51,23%. Prosentase penurunan pada beban tepi dan tengah sebesar 38%-52%.Sebaran tahanan tanah dasar pada beban tepi lebih sedikit dari pada beban tengah sehingga lendutan menjadi lebih besar. Besarnya nilai lendutan berbanding terbalik dengan  mutu beton, CBR dan tebal pelat.

Abstract

Kinerja perkerasan merupakan kondisi perkerasan yang dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada pemakai jalan selama kurun waktu perencanaan tertentu. Ruas Jalan Mangu-Nogosari, Boyolali merupakan jalan penghubung antara Kabupaten Boyolali dengan Kabupaten Sragen. Jalan ini mengalami kerusakan dari waktu ke waktu. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada ruas tersebut antara lain retak (longitudinal, edge, block cracking), pengangkatan (heave), amblas (depression), bergelombang dan berlubang (potholes). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan dan nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengukur panjang, lebar serta luasan dari tiap kerusakan yang terjadi . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Ruas Jalan Mangu-Nogosari, Boyolali memiliki nilai PCI rata-rata pada Ruas Jalan Mangu-Nogosari, Boyolali sebesar 38,69. Ruas jalan yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang terdapat pada tiga segmen, yaitu segmen I (Sta.0+000 s.d 1+000) dengan nilai PCI 50, segmen II (Sta.1+000 s.d 2+000) dengan nilai PCI 44,67 dan segmen III (Sta.2+000 s.d 3+000) dengan nilai PCI 44,33. Segmen yang mengalami kondisi sangat buruk yaitu segmen IV (Sta.3+000 s.d 4+000) dengan nilai PCI 11 dan segmen VI (Sta. 5+000 s.d 6+000) dengan nilai PCI 17,33. Segmen yang mengalami kondisi baik yaitu segmen V (Sta. 4+000 s.d 5+000) dengan nilai PCI 64,83. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi Ruas Jalan Mangu-Nogosari, Boyolali dikategorikan dalam kondisi fair (buruk).

Abstract

Mobile games develop along with technological developments. Gaming applications by applying special graphics technologies optimizes any mobile device. The purpose of this study is to design an Action RPG game application by applying Cocos2d technology to be implemented on mobile devices based on IOS operating system. This study performs data collecting and analyzing, interface designing, application implementation, and application evaluation using the Waterfall Model. Data collection is withdrawn from several surveys related to user needs and similar games. Progressing the study, gameplay design is performed using UML, the data storage structure, and interface design. The study results in an Action RPG game application that is implemented on mobile devices. The results showes that Action RPG games can be developed by incorporating elements of art, graphics, and stories that enhance user's interests.

Abstract

This article presents analysis and design of multimedia based e-notetaking application. The goals of the research are to optimize audio-visual usage in taking note, to organize notes to be tidied and categorized, and to make easy copying and sharing notes to other users. Output of the research is an e-notetaking application implemented on laptops. The designed e-notetaking application has features for users in taking notes by using notebook or netbook as easily as taking notes by using book.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the state of energy security in East Sumba, one of the four regencies dividing the Island of Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. This region was chosen for this study as it is popularly known as the Iconic Island of Renewable Energy. Data was gathered by applying expert interview method and analytical hierarchy process. In sum, 30 source persons dealing with the energy security issue were interviewed: 11 government officials (G), 8 businessmen (B), 5scholars (A), 4 from the common society (C), and 2 from a financial institution. This study applied energy security index to assess energy security in East Sumba. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis and Eckenrode method, with energy security as a criterion. The study results show that the energy security index based on renewable resources in East Sumba is still relatively low (5.91). East Sumba is rich in natural sources of energy, such as sunlight, water, biomass, wind, and biogas. Factors such as poor affordability lead to a low energy security index in East Sumba, which is often a result of poverty. The natural vast hilly and grassland topography and the decentralized settlement of the people of East Sumba also lead to poor accessibility of energy. Moreover, the supporting infrastructure, such as roads, also causes a low index of energy security. The lack of an institutional model also discourages investors from investing in East Sumba. The electrification ratio in East Sumba is still low, reaching only 31%.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2016, di Jalan Dr. Radjiman diberlakukan jalan satu arah. Kemudian pada tahun 2018, arus di Jalan Dr Radjiman berubah dari satu arah menjadi dua arah yang menyebabkan Dishub Solo menambah rambu-rambu untuk menginformasikan kepada pengguna jalan yaitu diperlukan rambu lalu lintas dan Alat Pemberi Isyarat Lalu Lintas (APILL) untuk  mengatur perilaku kendaraan saat berada di persimpangan agar konflik-konflik yang terjadi bisa dihindari.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja simpang yaitu Simpang Bhayangkara (Jalan Dr Radjiman - Jalan Bhayangkara) dan Simpang Baron (Jalan Dr. Radjiman – Jalan Dr Wahidin serta Jalan Batik Keris) berdasarkan metode MKJI 1997 dengan skenario yang dibuat, membandingkan hasil panjang antrian dari hasil analisis metode MKJI 1997 dengan data lapangan, mengetahui kinerja simpang berdasarkan metode HCM 2010 (PTV Vistro) dengan skenario yang dibuat, serta membandingkan hasil panjang antrian dari hasil analisis metode HCM 2010 (PTV Vistro) dengan data lapangan.Dari analisis metode MKJI 1997 kinerja simpang bersinyal dalam kondisi stabil untuk panjang antrian Skenario Gati 3 adalah skenario yang mendekati lapangan. Dalam HCM 2010 (PTV Vistro), kinerja simpang bersinyal dalam kondisi tidak stabil, untuk panjang antrian Skenario Gati 3 memiliki besaran nilai panjang antrian yang mendekati dengan data di lapangan. Tundaan dari MKJI 1997 dan PTV Vistro memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan.
