Abstract

Organic farming is farming that use natural resources input. Recently, organic farming massively conducted by farmer because the demand of output is quite increase. The organic rice is the one of organic farming. The aim this research were (1) to compare and analyze both the cost structure and the income structure between organic rice and anorganic rice farm in Sumberngepoh, (2) to compare and analyze both economic and technic efficiency in  organic and anorganic rice farm in Sumberngepoh. The analyze method that used in this research is multiple linear regression by Cobb-Douglass approach. The research location is in Sumberngepoh, Lawang-malang is basedon that place is a cultivation area and also for central of organic rice development in Malang.  The result shows that In Sumberngepoh, the farming is started from seed selection which is good and filled out, seedling, planting, and treatment which consist of irrigation, weeding, manuring and controlling the pest and disease following the organic agriculture rules. Organic rice farming is more profitable and more efficient on technical than anorganic rice farming, the functional result of Cobb-Douglas production is gotten the organic rice efficiency index  as large as 360,68 and anorganic rice farming intercept as 153,121. Based on B/C ratio result is know that B/C ratio value of organic rice farm is 2,79 and anorganic rice farm is 2,42 Key words: organic rice, economic  efficiency and technic efficiency.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze customer perception and trust in getting agribusiness loans from conventional and syariah banks and discovering efforts that had been and should be done by those financial institutions. Descriptive analysis is used to accomplish first and third purpose and multiatribut fishbein analysis is used to accomplish the second purpose. Conventional banks have better customer perceptions than the syariah due to its wide network, easier loan procedures. Clearer operational systems, simple and easy to understand and good payment opportunities. Customers have a greater trust to convensional banks than the syariah since convensional banks are better known by agribusiness people. Not only did the conventional banks make the effort to add and enlarge branch offices both in the cities and in villages, they also made the loan procedure more simple, easier and faster to get. Whilst the syariah banks are the other and they hire people from conventional banks. Either conventional or syariah banks should conduct the SOP audit as internal control so the bank can work effectively, efficiently, safely, economically, orderly for the improvement of banks performance.   Keywords: perception, trust, customer conventional  and syariah banks, loans agribusiness

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor produksi usahatani padi dengan metode SALIBU yang terdiri dari luas lahan, tenaga kerja, pupuk dan pestisida di Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode sensus. Penetapan daerah penelitian ini secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa menurut data BPS tahun 2020 Jawa Timur menempati peringkat pertama sebagai produsen padi terbesar di Indonesia serta menurut data BPS tahun 2019 Kabupaten Madiun menempati peringkat ke 8 sebagai wilayah penghasil padi terbanyak di Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani padi metode SALIBU yaitu sebanyak 10 petani, hal ini dikarenakan usahatani padi SALIBU tergolong metode baru yang belum banyak diterapkan oleh petani di Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun Jawa Timur. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang meliputi wawancara, kuisioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas dengan Software IBM SPSS statistics 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel faktor produksi luas lahan dan pupuk berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi SALIBU di Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun Jawa Timur. Sedangkan variabel faktor produksi tenaga kerja dan pestisida berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi SALIBU di Kecamatan Madiun Kabupaten Madiun Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi internet dalam sektor pertanian dapat memberikan alternatif pilihan bagi para petani khususnya pada sektor pemasaran, petani dapat berinteraksi secara langsung dengan konsumen serta kemudahan dalam mencari informasi tentang pasar yang mereka butuhkan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pertanian komersial dan berkontribusi pada pencapaian ketahanan pangan yang tinggi. Namun pada kenyataanya tingkat peggunaan internet oleh petani masih sangat rendah menurut BPS jumlah petani Kabupaten Gresik yang telah menggunakan internet kurang dari 15%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan persepsi petani padi Desa Iker-Iker terhadap penggunaan internet sebagai sarana pemasaran produksinya (2) Menganalisis tingkat adopsi inovasi dalam penggunaan internet pada proses pemasaran hasil produksi padi di Desa Iker-Iker. Penelitian ini melibatkan 58 sample dari keseluruhan populasi petani data di analisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan alat ukur skala likert untuk melihat persepsi petani terhadap internet sebagai saluran pemasaran padi dengan menggunakan beberpa indikator dan melihat tingkat adopsi yang dilakukan oleh petani padi Desa Iker-Iker Geger dengan metode tingkat adopsi teknologi dengan beberapa jenis aplikasi yang telah di berikan. Penilaian terhadap fungsi internet sebagai saluran pemasaran mayoritas mendapatkan kategori yang kurang baik dimana mayoritas petani masih belum menggunakan internet sebagai saluran pemasaran melainkan hanya sebagai media hiburan, untuk tingkat adopsi sendiri hanya 10 orang petani atau 17,3% saja yang menggunakan Internet sedangkan yang tidak menggunakan internet sebagai saluran pemasaran sebanyak 48 orang atau sekitar 82,7% dari jumlah sampel, untuk jumlah aplikasi yang paling banyak di adopsi adalah Whatsapp namun sebagai media komunikasi dengan keluarga.
