Abstract

Efforts to achieve improved quality of service and increase the degree of optimal health for the community, organized through maintenance approach, health promotion (promotion), disease prevention (preventive), healing (curative), and the restoration of health (rehabilitation), which implemented a comprehensive, integrated , and sustainable. One of the efforts in the field of health care is to improve the quality of service through increased accuracy, rationalization and efficiency of the use of drugs, preparation of a list of essential drugs which put emphasis on cost optimization with these medicines are absolutely essential. List of Essential Medicines, which is a general list of standard drugs that have been published and are set by the Minister of Health. The evaluation process requires a method that can facilitate the assessment and decision making, as in decision making related to the criteria and the number of alternative suppliers, it is necessary to use a valuation technique that is effective and not too complex, but gives accurate results. This evaluation also involves an assessment of the hospital management or parties related to the supplier so that the accuracy of ratings given by each respondent is essential.AHP is a method to rank alternative decision in choosing one of the best when decision makers and have a wide criteria. In AHP-making hierarchy is used to decompose the problem into the smallest section. Abstract

The PNS Dpk lecturer is part for private universities as a lecturer chief next by KOPERTIS. It is expected to be an example for other lecturers / role in each, PTS either in the TRIDARMA college and performance indicators other kopertis with the rules. Judgment lecturer PNS DPK can be conducted easily and automated, that is by using models system supporting decision corresponding to criteria as stipulated by KOPERTIS, especially KOPERTIS region II. Model that can be referred to that can be used is a model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The application of this model is done through phases: data collection, determination of the main criteria and and sub criteria in the assessment criteria and weighting lecturer, sub criteria, the determination of the priority and implementation using Software Expert choice.Based on application of the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it can be noted that the criteria have been defined, namely educational teaching, research, outreach and supporting elements.Key word : Performance, AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Expert choice.

Abstract

One of the determination the successful students in lectures is the appropriateness in the selection of the courses. In fact, many high school graduated were experiencing difficulty decide the course that will be chosen. In general they don’t know what program should be chosen after graduated from the high school. Unsuitable selection of courses is often experienced by college students perceived generally after undergo the lectures more than a semester. In many case, the student proposed to get to transfer the majors to other appropriate things. It will impact in low index achievement of the students, the length of the study even the occurrence of drop-out (DO). These problems might be solved by applying a system decision making development method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Keyword : SPK, Drop Out, SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)

Abstract

Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS) merupakan salah satu program pemerintah di bidang sosia ekonomi untuk mempercepat penanggulangan kemiskinan nasional. Salah satu pelaksana kebijakan program tersebut adalah pemerintahan desa, peran pemerintah desa dalam hal ini yaitu melakukan pemutakhiran dan penyeleksian data penerima bantuan melalui musyawarah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penentuan penerima bantuan adalah proses pemutakhiran dan penyeleksian yang kurang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan adanya alat bantu berupa sistem dengan metode yang tepat dalam menentukan penerima bantuan dan menghasilka ranking dari hasil perhitungan bobot tiap kriteria. Metode perhitungan yang digunakan ialah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sering juga dikenal dengan istilah metode penjumlahan terbobot. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan sensus. Sedangkan metode dan alat pengembangan siste menggunakan metode terstruktur seperti Flowchart Document, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchart Program, Entity Relationship Diargram (ERD) dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 didukung dengan OsenXP Suite 2006, Crystal Report 8.5 dan MySQL untuk basis datanya.Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan penerima bantuan KKS yang menghasilkan data ranking masyarakat yang layak mendapatkan bantuan, sesuai dengan kondisi penentuan pada Desa Pujorahayu. Data rangking tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatifpilihan untuk mengambil keputusan dalam musyawarah.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).

Abstract

Lecturer is one of the essential components of a system in higher education. Lecturers have a role, duties and responsibilities in realizing the goal of national education. So that the lecturer is the most important component in the college. The main task is Tridarma college lecturers are arranged in standard faculty workload. career systems lecturer in private universities is not only contained in the Acts regulations No. 14 2015 on teachers and lecturers. professional development of lecturers through functional or academic position, while career development in a structural position of secretary courses starting up the post of rector. For private colleges in the determination of structural positions is done without seeing the competency of a person to be served, but it generally is someone who has an emotional connection, meaning not based on seniority, rank, and functional academics. Based on this, we need a system of career paths / career path for lecturers in a structural position to be more focused and measurable so that governance and academic atmosphere in the college better. KEYWORDS: Competence Lecturer, Lecturer Performance, Promotions Department.

Abstract

Sistem informasi akademik SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Sakti saat ini belum menggunakan koneksi database dalam melakukan pengerjaan penyimpanan data berupa pendaftaran, daftar ulang, penjadwalan, nilai dan pembayaran spp. Metode yang digunakan metode Waterfall, dengan metode ini sistem informasi akademik berbasis web ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data akademik di sekolah tersebut. Adapun tools yang digunakan meliputi Contex Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchartdengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dibangunya sistem informasi ini, memudahkan siswa dalam pendaftaran online dan membantu mempermudah pengolahan data akademik sekolah lebih maksimal dan praktis karena dapat diakses dari mana saja sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman.Selain itu bisa dapat memudahkan pihak sekolah untuk mengelola sistem secara professional dalam melayani kebutuhan siswa.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, Web, Waterfall

Abstract

Searchengine is defined as web page  or website that collects  and organizes all content on the internet, here the user input a question or query, then the search engine will provide links to content that reflects what he wants. Until now, there are two problems paid attention by the experts in relation with search engines namely images in a database and the internet using text or keyword. These problems are far away from the expected. The search image by using  the text or keyword is very biased and difficult to justify because the keyword is very difficult to explain the information in an image. Content base image Retrieval is method return the image or image  retrieval  with the use of content the content contained in the picture or image, i.e. elements that can be taken from within the image that can be converted into a value such as color, shape, texture, line and other elements. Elements that are changed are contained in the image are converted in the form of value is to calculate each element and save the value into a histogram which will be used in the comparison process image and the process returns the image or image retrieval.Keywords: Search engine, content base image retrieval, flora, fauna

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan yang tinggi dalam dunia usaha agroindustri yang salah satunya industri hulu coklat, membuat Indonesia dituntut untuk selalu menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Penurunan kualitas produk olahan kakao dapat menjadi penyebab rendahnya daya saing kakao nasional terhadap produksi serupa dari negara tetangga penghasil kakao seperti Malaysia. Negara tersebut  giat meningkatkan produksi agroindustrinya terutama produk kakao. Untuk itu dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas produksi coklat Nasional, pemerintah melalui Badan Standardisasi Nasional Indonesia (BSN) telah menetapkan standar ukuran yang harus dipenuhi agar biji kakao layak pakai dan dapat bersaing dengan produk dari negara lain dan di pasar dunia. Kesulitan yang sekarang masih sering dihadapi adalah kurangnya ke-akuratan dalam menentukanm kualitas biji coklat (cocoa bean). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Content based Image Retrieval (CBIR) untuk menentukan kualitas kako atau coklat. Sekitar 1.000 citra digital coklat digunakan dan dikumpulkan dari perkebunan petani kakao Perusahan Perkebunan Nusanatara PTP II di propinsi Lampung. Hasil riset  menunjukkan bahwa akurasi rata-rata dalam menentuak kualitas  N-AA adalah sebesar 0.98, sedangkan untuk kualitas AA menunjukkan efisiensi akurasi 0.97. Algoritma kami juga menunjukkan waktu yang cukup lumayan dalam pemrosesan pengambilan 1.000 gambar biji kakao yaitu 10,2 detik.

Abstract

The study of Design of Earthquake Early Warning System for Real Time Using Geomagnetism and Total Electron Content with Fuzzy Logic through competitive grants scheme has obtained the prototype of the earthquake early warning system. However, it still needs improvements on in the calibration of thesensor system especially for MAG3110 sensor and DHT11 sensor. This calibration was done by adjusting the sensor system to the existing measuring devices standards in the Physics Department laboratory of the Sains Faculty Lampung University, to obtain measurement accuracyand to get a good result about where and when the earthquake would occurand how strong the earthquake would be. The calibration of MAG3110 sensor and DHT11 sensor obtained the standard correction results, the standard deviation of MAG3110 from 3 axes, namely x axis was 8.5, y axis was 2.66, and z axis was 1.9, whereas the standard deviation for DH11 sensor was 0.1161.
