A product strategy or product strategy is a plan that identifies the aims and objectives of a product and then describes a vision for achieving these goals. It helps link the project's vision to the actual methods used to implement it. A product strategy maps out the critical benchmarks against the creation, marketing, and distribution of any concept you plan to sell. They also provide a central plan that people can refer to guide their efforts and refine their overall business strategy. The food business is a potential business at this time. Factors that need to be considered in facing competition in the restaurant business include product and price. If these two factors are getting better and more attractive, it can make customers feel satisfied. If customers are satisfied, they will be loyal to the restaurant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan SDM dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang di mediasi disiplin kerja di Attarakha Photography Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sample penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan di Attarakha Photography. Partial least square (PLS) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari pelatihan SDM terhadap kinerja karyawan, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari pelatihan SDM terhadap disiplin kerja, terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja, kemudian terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan dari disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This research is to find out the strategic plan of higher education institutions in Indonesia by analyzing the vision statements of the top 50 higher education institutions in Indonesia according to the Webometrics version in 2018. All vision statements were accessed through the official site of the higher education institutions and then the content analysis, segmentation based on the types of responsible authority (public-private) and the region (Java Island –outside Java Island) were conducted. The analysis of this study was conducted using Voyant Tools, a web-based application for conducting text analysis. The finding of this study was that there were 11 similar keywords used by nearly all higher education institutions. The visions made by the higher education institutions in Indonesia tend to expect quality improvement by targeting a better rank in the national and international scale education level and being future-oriented. It can be seen that 36% of the higher education institutions specifically make several targets in a particular period.

Purpose - To find out (1) An explanation of employee performance, (2) describing Talent Management, (3) an explanation of Work Motivation, (4) the effect of Talent Management and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research was conducted on a sample without random, using descriptive and verification approaches with explanatory research methods and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Finding – Talent Management and Work Motivation affect to Employee Performance Originality - The difference is determined in the independent variables, the object and method of the study, the population and research sample, the research period, the measurement instrument and the results of the research, as well as the theoretical sources based on international journals and books and research results.

Organisasi di era industry 4.0 harus mempuyai respon yang sangat cepat dan juga tepat. Organisasi di tuntut untuk menjadi handal dan berkualitas di setiap kegiatan operasional nya serta di dukung oleh sumber daya manusia dengan performa yang tinggi. Riset ini bertujuan menemukan faktor yang akan membantu dalam menaikkan kinerja pegawai terutama di Bank BRI kantor cabang Karawang yang menggunakan talent manajemen serta motivasi sebagai factor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dari penyebaran instrument penelitian yang dilakukan, sampel diperoleh sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis dalam riset ini menggunakan model regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil adanya pengaruh baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan dimana kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh talent manajemen dan juga motivasi kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian terletak pada banyaknya sampel dan kemampuan variabel dependen menjawab permasalahan kinerja karyawan, diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan sampel dalam jumlah besar. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai bukti empirik dan berkontribusi pada bidang ilmu manajemen.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penetilian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Siliwangi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling, dengan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2017 yang masih aktif dan telah menempuh minimal 145 SKS, sampel diperoleh sebanyak 115 mahasiswa. Alat instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan (1) kecerdasan emosional secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, (2) kecerdasan spiritual secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa, dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional, spiritual, dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Hasil kajian ini memberikan implikasi pentingnya nilai kecerdasan emosional, dan spiritual yang baik dalam memperoleh prestasi akademik yang baik.

The present study is motivated by the belief that employee loyalty is an important factor that helps companies to survive in an increasingly fierce business competition. To generate employees’ loyalty, good workplace spirituality and job satisfaction are very much required. The aim of this study is to analyze the loyalty of Generation Y employees as the effect of job satisfaction and work spirituality at private universities in Garut Regency, Indonesia. To this end, the study utilized a descriptive and verification approach in which the data were collected from 132 respondents using the interviews, questionnaires and surveys. The respondents were chosen by using saturated or census sampling techniques. Then, the collected data were analyzed by using path analysis with SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that of all the analyzed research variables, the criteria were quite high. Work spirituality and job satisfaction showed a significant effect on employee loyalty. The findings also indicated that the employees who feel the spiritual values at the workplace tend to stay in the organization. In addition, a fair and decent remuneration system makes the Generation Y employees feel satisfied.

The level of success of the company can be measured through the work productivity of individuals who work in the company. To be able to predict the level of employee work productivity, employee competence has an important role in it. Employee loyalty has a role in mediating the effect of competence on the level of employee work productivity. PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia faces the challenge of employee work productivity not achieving work targets. This study aims to examine the role of employee loyalty in mediating the effect of employee competence on work productivity at PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia. The sample of this study is 250 employees from a population of 745 employees. The data collection technique was done by disproportionate stratified random sampling. Analysis technique using SEM PLS. The results of the analysis show that work loyalty is proven to mediate between employee competence and employee work productivity at PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia. The results show that employee competence can have a significant and positive influence on employee work productivity, so in this case employee loyalty mediates the effect of employee competence on productivity. The implication of this research is that in an effort to increase employee productivity, PT A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia can improve employee competence through training, which is accompanied by increased loyalty through involving employees in decision-making and establishing effective communication.

This study aimed to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy. This research used a survey method by an explanatory survey design. The respondent was 298 students of the FKIP Siliwangi University class of 2019. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling, calculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used was path analysis. The results showed a direct effect, namely:1. Entrepreneurship education significantly impacted Self-Efficacy. 2 Entrepreneurial Ability has a substantial effect on Self-Efficacy. 3. Entrepreneurship education significantly affects entrepreneurship readiness. 4. Entrepreneurial Ability significantly affects Entrepreneurial Readiness. 5. Self-efficacy significantly affects Entrepreneurial Readiness. Then the indirect effect, namely: 6. Entrepreneurship Education has a significant impact in Entrepreneurial Readiness through Self-Efficacy. 7. Entrepreneurial Ability significantly affects Entrepreneurial Readiness through Self-Efficacy. This study concluded that Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurship Ability have a significant effect directly on Entrepreneurship Readiness or indirectly through Self-Efficacy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kemampuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanatori. Responden diambil sebanyak 298 mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Siliwangi angkatan 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yaitu: 1. Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Efikasi Diri. 2. Kemampuan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Efikasi Diri. 3. Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kesiapan Berwirausaha. 4. Kemampuan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Berwirausaha. 5. Efikasi Diri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Berwirausaha. Kemudian pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu: 6. Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Berwirausaha melalui Efikasi Diri. 7.Kemampuan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Berwirausaha melalui Efikasi Diri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Kemampuan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha baik langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui Efikasi Diri.

Teaching factory diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama SMK dengan Dunia Usaha/ Dunia Industri/Dunia Kerja yang baik dan saling menguntungkan sangat penting untuk menunjang tercapainya program pengembangan pembelajaran model teaching factory berbasisis industri. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan model pembelajaran teaching factory berbasisi kelas industry di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan kajian Pustaka dan konten analisis. Data diperoleh melalui instrument obserbvasi dan wawancara pada guru, siswa, dan seluruh pihak terkait yang ada di SMK Wahidin Cirebon yang melakukan kegiatan pengembangan model pembelajaran teaching factory kelas industri program keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran yang bekerjasama dengan Dunia Usaha/ Dunia Industri/Dunia Kerja dengan membentuk kelas industry sebagai model pembelajaran teaching factory. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMK Wahidin Cirebon telah menerapkan program kelas industri pada program keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran yang mana ini dimaksudkan untuk memadukan pelajaran yang akan diajarkan, dengan kebutuhan industry, namun, belum melaksanakan evaluasi implementasi kurikulum kelas industri dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah bersama pihak industry
