Abstract

Job performance will improve if the company can meet the needs and job satisfaction of its employees and is supported by companies that enhance the career development of their employees. employees assume the performance done in the company as he expected and the company has a good future for these employees, this can increase the organizational commitment of employees in the company, so that company goal will be achieved. The problem in this study is whether the lack of job satisfaction affects the high level of turnover intention, whether the lack of career development affects the high level of turnover intention and whether the organizational commitment of employees influences the level of turnover intention in PT Cakrawala Mitra Bersama. This research was conducted by simple random sampling and carried out on the employees of PT. Cakrawala Mitra Bersama. Based on hypothesis testing using the t-test (partial) that the Satisfaction variable influences Turnover Intention, while the Career Development variable has no effect on Turnover Intention and the Organizational Commitment variable does not affect the decline of Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan menggunakan Newman error analysis pada materi bangun datar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di SDN Cijambe 1. Teknik pengumpul data dan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes pemecahan masalah yang berkaitan dengan bangun datar dengan jenis tes uraian. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruhnya siswa yang sudah dapat membaca masalah (99,22%), hanya hampir setengahnya siswa yang sudah dapat memahami masalah (34,38%), sebagian besar siswa siswa yang sudah mampu dalam mentransformasikan masalah (60,94%), sebagian besar siswa yang sudah mampu dalam keterampilan proses diperoleh presentase 57,04% serta hampir seluruhnya siswa sudah mampu dalam penulisan akhir dengan presentase 82,82%.

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to akhrir jasmine object of beauty can be enjoyed by anyone. The beauty of the scent of jasmine flowers that typically creates a quiet and comfortable atmosphere leads the mind to imagine the ideas lead. Form a picture of jasmine flowers are packed in a painting titled: 1). The girl Minang, 2). Options In Life, 3). Entertaining, 4). Waiting for morning, 5). In the darkness, 6). Jasmine White Purple, 7). Sepi, 8). Fading, 9). Sincerity, 10). Seek the Light. In the painting work better writer to create beauty and advantages of jasmine flowers with bercorakan style "Contemporary Realist", which can describe the form of a realist that is free, and create new forms and contemporary issues raised by the technical and creative concepts.   Kata kunci: Melati, lukisan, realis, kontemporer
