Abstract

Peserta didik (siswa) Kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 27 orang, pada kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetauan Sosial berada pada kategori yang rendah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII B yang hanya 17 orang ( 63 % ) yang tuntas atau memenuhi nilai KKM yaitu 70 dari jumlah siswa 27 orang . Hasil ini di analisis berdasarkan ulangan harian yang telah dilakukan pada pertemuan sebelum penelitian dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan diskusi dengan siswa diketahui bahwa peserta didik kelas VIII B selama pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari materi yang bersifat teoritis serta peserta didik kurang aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan ketika belajarIlmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Strategi pembelajaran yang bersifat kurang mengaktifkan (Teacher Centere) membuat peserta didik malas atau kurang berminat belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Selain itu pelaksanaannya harus menerapkan tekhnik/model dan media yang tepat. Sebagai usaha untuk mencari solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Students Team Achievement Divison (STAD) pada materi Permasalahan Angkatan Kerja dan Tenaga Kerja di kelas VIII B SMP N 1 Bangkinag tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, masing – masing siklus berturut-turut dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 pertemuan yang terdiri atas empat langkah yaitu :(1) Perencanaan, (2) Tindakan (3) Observasi (4) Refleksi. Subyek Penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII B SMPN 1 Bangkinang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penilitan tindakan kelas dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2016–April 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui pembelajaran menggunakan model Kooperatif Students Team Achievement Divison (STAD). Peningkatan hasil Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar hasil ulangan harian. Berhasilnya penelitian ini, juga dapat diketahui dari aktifitas peserta didik selama melewati proses kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Enforcing norms need to criminalization, an exciting one with criminalization is watching a sex scene / cybersex impact on adultery and destroying the moral, social reality, but the rules have not been touched by the law and the Constitution. This study uses a method by ????inding the facts objectively to determine the facts that resulted in the proposition of law with normative law research empirical, which is looking for primary data directly interview to teams maker Criminal Code draft, team members Criminal Code draft and socialization to the local leaders and traditional leaders, police manuscripts / books legislation as well as academics. The conclusion: Padang city government has sought to overcome the impact of pornography negative such as additional study hours for students of religion in the mosque, and pesantren Ramadan. Especially for the closure of access to pornography has been no common ground of understanding let alone the technical implementation and enforcement of the Criminal Code Article 485 and the bill is merely the existence of a misdemeanor (plate), adultery and no single Islamic criminal law in the Marriage Law and KHI.

Abstract

Suatu kota dianggap memiliki kualifikasi brand yang kuat jika mempunyai sejarah, kualitas tempat, gaya hidup, budaya, dan keragaman yang layak jual sebagai destinasi wisata dan investasi. Kota Padang dinilai memiliki hampir semua kualifikasi tersebut, namun cara pemasaran daerahnya dinilai kurang efektif dan kurang dipahami oleh investor. Kendala utamanya adalah pilihan produk yang tidak sesuai dan cara mengkomunikasikannya yang tidak mengacu pada branding communication dan city branding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi pemasaran pariwisata di Kota Padang melalui city branding dan apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam upaya pelaksanaan city branding tersebut. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode kualitatif. Metode yang bersifat deskriptif ini cenderung menggunakan analisis. Penelitian ini lebih menonjolkan proses dan makna (perspektif subjek). Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar penelitian tetap fokus dan sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini, city branding tidak diterapkan sesuai dengan proses kerjanya, lebih bersifat spontanitas tanpa perencanaan. Akibatnya, visi, misi, dan tujuan pemerintah kurang konsisten dengan brand yang mereka susun. Sebagian besar birokrat Sumbar belum mampu menjelaskan konsekuensi dan pemahaman mereka terhadap city branding. Di sisi lain, keikutsertaan masyarakat untuk mempromosikan city branding mereka juga tidak begitu terlihat. Abstract

One form of city marketing that is currently developing is the provision of city image or city branding. Brands can have 6 levels of understanding namely attributes, benefits, cultural values, personality, and users. Cultural values are very different, especially around socially embedded issues such as status, gender, family, ethics, and customs. City branding helps influence "transfer of value" by establishing a relationship between what culture sees as a desired city and a particular product. This research is a study of the city branding of Padang city or a brand that is considered to belong to Padang City, namely "Padang Your Motherland", "Serenity of Minangkabau", and "Padang Taste". To what extent does three brand of  padang city  influence consumer awareness of the values of Minangkabau culture that is dominantly adopted by the people of Padang City? Semiotic analysis and personal interviews were used to answer this research question. Some consumers are less aware of the commercial objectives of these three city branding. They don't seem to know much about the intentions of city branding makers "to play with their consciousness".

Abstract

This study applies the collaboration approach of city brand index and city brand personality towards the city branding "Padang Your Motherland". The results of city brand index show that the presence aspect - visitors 'views on international status and reputation globally' gets the highest rating. The aspect of the city brand index of the city of Padang that is relevant to the city branding "Padang Your Motherland" is the presence, place, people, sentiments of feeling, while the indirect is the potential and preconditions. On the other hand, City of Padang city personality scale also shows that some aspects that shape the brand personality of Padang City have direct relevance to the city branding "Padang Your Motherland", namely excitement, skill, and toughness, while the indirect aspects are sincerity and sophistication. This aspect that does not have direct relevance can be a supporter in the personality of Padang City. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the Padang City Government pay more attention to the potential aspects and prerequisites in city brand index and aspects of sincerity and sophistication in city brand personality in the development or evaluation of the city branding "Padang Your Motherland".

Abstract

Since West Sumatra established itself as the world's best halal tourist destination at the World Halal Tourism Award 2016, Padang City is automatically synonymous with the city of "Halal Tourism". The victory in the category of Worlds Best Halal Culinary Destination and World's Best Halal Destination motivated the Padang City Government and all stakeholders to build awareness that the time for tourism in the City of Padang was to rise up and be aligned with other regions in Indonesia. But the fundamental problem faced in the development of Padang City tourism is the non-specificity of the Padang City city branding with the cities and regencies in West Sumatra. Case studies reveal, that the pattern and concept of city branding halal tourism has not been created yet, there is no guarantee that Padang City holds the main principles and conditions for halal tourism even though the population is predominantly Muslim. Important factors for Muslim tourists may also be partly accommodated, such as halal labels, worship facilities and halal services. Padang must be more consistent in the selection of city branding and conducting socialization and promotion on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The interesting thing with criminalization is watching videos of sex scenes impacting on the collapse which is usually called by term “buffalo gathering” which is destroying morals; it is a social reality raises problematic but its rules have not been touched by law and the Law. The Criminal Code Draft, article 485 about buffalo gathering is not implemented and the proposal for the closure of pornographic access. This research is done by using empirical normative legal research methods, that is interview to the RUU team, socialization to local leaders, customary leaders, police officers and legislation as well as parents and academics. The results of the study show that local governments support the rejection of pornographic activities bill which is stated in article 485, the authority of total termination depends on the Communication and Information Office in Jakarta. To anticipate the emergency of adultery is expected to apply the addition of hours of religious learning for students from grade 4-6 primary school to Higher Education, male students must stay at the mosque at least 1 (one) night each week to study the Qur'an Fiqh, traditions hadith duty as muezzin and prayer priest. Students study in the daytime certified. One of the requirements for the increase of classes in public schools

Abstract

The violation of the law is: "Article 32, which reads every person who played, display, use, possess or store pornographic products as referred to in Article 6 shall be liable to a maximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years and / or a maximum fine of Rp. 2,000,000,000.00 (two billion rupiah). (Note: Article 6 of each person is prohibited from playing, displaying, exploiting, memorizing or storing pornographic products as referred to in Article 4 paragraph (1), except those authorized by law". Islamic law views any extramarital sexual relations as adultery and threatening with punishment, whether the perpetrator is married or not, done likes it or not. Our source of law Qs, 24: 2: "The woman who commits adultery and the adulterer then hail every one of them a hundred times dera. This uses the method of empirical normative legal research, which is "Explaining what it is about a legal event or legal conditions. The municipal or local government seems impressed still in determining the termination of access to pornography or cybersex including socialization of positive criminal law about the crime of single adultery such as Draft Law Article 485. Abstract

Competition between tourism marketers and tourists occurs on social media. As the Internet advances, travelers have begun to take on the role of content producers and have started uploading photos, videos, and travel comments – on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube –, and even making recommendations of sites or places visited and services received. 1) the purpose of the research (The purpose of this study is to examine how digital marketing is used as a promotional tool for city branding. City branding managers need to recognize the social working method of social media which is characterized as a storytelling space and requires active story makers). 3) the results (The findings show that city area managers are required to master the internet and digital marketing, including storytelling techniques to promote their city branding). 4) major findings (The status and social network of a storyteller also play a key role in city branding marketing). 2) data, materials, and methodology (This study focuses on the city of Padang but can also be applied to other cities).

Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) merupakan kelompok keluarga miskin yang dibentuk, tumbuh, dan berkembang atas prakarsanya dalam melaksanakan Usaha Ekonomi Produktif (UEP) untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan sosial keluarga. Pembinaan dan pemberdayaan Kube perlu diperhatikan agar tujuan pembentukan Kube untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya dan mengurangi angka kemiskinan dapat tercapai. Namun masih banyak diantara Kube yang belum dikelola dengan baik diantaranya yaitu (KUBE)“ZAIZHA”. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah membantu Kube dalam mengatasi masalah dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut akan dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota dan pengurus Kube tentang Penentuan harga pokok produk, pembuatan pembukuan usaha dan organisasi serta pelatihan pemasaran online. Disamping itu juga di lakukan perancangan dan pembuatan pembukuan dan laporan keuangan kube serta perancangan dan pembuatan alat promosi dan pemasaran online. Dengan adanya pengabdian ini diharapkan meningkatnya kemampuan para pengurus kube dalam penyusunan pembukuan usaha dan organisasi Kube, meningkatnya kemampuan para anggota Kube dalam menghitung harga pokok produk dan harga jual secara tepat serta adanya adanya pemasaran produk secara online yang berujung pada peningkatan omset penjualan dan kesejahteraan anggota
