Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh mengidentifikasi verba dalam teks cerita fabel”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh mengidentifikasi verba dalam teks cerita fabel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 103 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 29 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Tes yang digunakan adalah mengidentifikasi verba dalam teks cerita fabel. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh mengidentifikasi verba dalam teks cerita fabel adalah 44, atau masih dalam kategori kurang. Secara khusus nilai rata-rata berdasarkan bentuk verba yaitu verba asal adalah 46, verba turunan yang terbagi dalam verba prefiks adalah 57 dan konfiks adalah 28. Berdasarkan  klasifikasi penilaian hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh mengidentifikasi verba dalam teks cerita fabel berada dalam kategori kurang dan masih memerlukan peningkatan.Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh sudah mampu mengidentifikasi verba dalam teks cerita fabel, namun perlu ditingkatkan kembali kemampuan siswa memahami verba dalam teks cerita fabel.Kata kunci: verba, mengidentifikasi, kemampuan siswa, teks cerita fabelABSTRACT This study entitled “The ability to Grade VIII SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh identify verbs in the text fable”. In particular, the average value based on origin verb from that is 46, derived verb prefixes are divided into 57 and konfiks is 28. Based on the classification of this assessment shows that the ability of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh identify verbs in the text fable in in the category of less and still need improvement.Thus, it can be said that the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 16 Banda Aceh have been able to identify the verb in the text fable, but it needs to be scaled back the ability of students to understand the verbas in the text fable.Keywords: verb, identify, the ability of students, text fable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan unsur-unsur budaya yaitu, (1) kepercayaan, (2) nilai, (3) norma dan sanksi, (4) teknologi, (5) simbol, (6) bahasa, dan (7) kesenian. Selain itu,peneliti juga mendeskripsikan teknik representasi melalui penyampaian langsung dan tidak langsung. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Putroe Neng karya Ayi Jufridar. Selanjutnya, data penelitian ini yaitu unsur-unsur budaya dan teknik representasi yang terdapat dalam novel Putroe Neng karya Ayi Jufridar. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian jenis kualitatif dan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ayi Jufridar merepresentasikan budaya dalam novelnya yang berjudul Putroe Neng secara apik. Peneliti menemukan tujuh unsur kebudayaan pada novel tersebut, yaitu unsur kekepercayaan, nilai, norma dan sanksi, teknologi, simbol, bahasa dan kesenian. Dalam novel ini teknik representasi budaya disampaikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Representasi tidak disajikan secara gamblang/langsung tetapi disajikan melalui ikon, indeks, dan simbol melalui kata yang memiliki makna konotasi.Kata Kunci: Novel, Representasi, Unsur-unsur Budaya, Teknik Representasi ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the elements of culture that is, (1) belief, (2) values, (3) norms and sanctions, (4) technology, (5) symbol, (6) Language, and (7) art. In addition, researchers also describe representational techniques through direct and indirect delivery. The source of this research data is novel Putroe Neng by Ayi Jufridar. Furthermore, this research data is the elements of culture and representational techniques contained in novel Putroe Neng by Ayi Jufridar. This research belongs to qualitative type research and use descriptive method. The data retrieval technique used in this research is content analysis technique. The results of this study can be concluded that Ayi Jufridar represents culture in his novel Putroe Neng nicely. Researchers found the seven elements of culture in the novel, the element of trust, values, norms and sanctions, technology, symbols, language, and art. In this novel the technique of cultural representation is delivered directly and indirectly. Representations are not presented explicitly but presented via icons, indexes, and symbols through words that have connotation meaning.Keywords: Novel, Representation, Cultural Elements, Representation Technique

Abstract

The study is entitled "Analysis of Heroic Values in the Lolong Anjing di Bulan’s Novel of Arafat Nur's Work". Heroic values or heroism is something that must be emulated. The problem of this research is how the heroic value contained in the novel Lolong Anjing di Bulan by Arafat Nur. This study aims to describe the heroic values in the novel Lolong Anjing di Bulan of Arafat Nur's work. The type of research used is qualitative research. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research is the novel Lolong Anjing di Bulan of Arafat Nur's work which was published in 2018. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. Based on research that has been done, found 55 data that show the heroic value in the novel Lolong Anjing di Bulan by Arafat Nur which includes (1) courage values 17 data, (2) optimistic value 4 data, (3) abstinence value gives up 15 data, ( 4) the value of willingness to sacrifice 7 data, and (5) the value of the union of 12 data. Thus it can be concluded that the novel Lolong Anjing di Bulan  written by Arafat Nur is full of heroic values or heroism. The results of research on these heroic values are expected to be used as a reference for people in a better social life.

Abstract

This research is about the ability of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh in developing the contents of the exposition text through Model Group Investigation. in this study, the problems raised by researchers were, (1) how the students 'ability to identify the main ideas in the exposition text, (2) how the students' ability to identify explanatory ideas in the exposition text. The population in this study were all grade X students of SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, totaling 258 students. Semple is taken at intervals. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive methods. The process of collecting data uses test techniques. After that, the data that has been obtained, is processed using quantitative techniques in the form of average calculations. The average value obtained from the data analysis shows that the ability of class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh identifies each aspect, the average value obtained by students from aspects identifying the main ideas in the exposition text is 86.22, the value is classified into in the very good category. The average value obtained by students from the aspect of identifying explanatory ideas in the exposition text is 83.06, the value is classified into either category. The average value of all aspects obtained by grade X students of SMA Terror 2 Banda Aceh is 79.42, the value is classified into a good category that is in the range of 70-84 grades

Studi tentang Peran Camat dalam Koordinasi Adminstrasi di Kecamatan Sangatta Utara Kabupaten Kutai Timur, dibawah bimbingan Ibu Jamiah, S.Sos., M.Si dan Bapak Ibu Salasiah, S.Sos, M.Si.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bagaimana Peran Camat dalam Koordinasi Adminstrasi di Kecamatan Sangatta Utara Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, khususnya dengan teknik wawancara peneliti menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, kemudian untuk mendapatkan data yang valid, maka peneliti melakukan triangulasi sumber yang memungkinkan bagi peneliti untuk melakukan pengecekan ulang serta dapat melengkapi informasi dari berbagai sumber.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan bahwa Studi tentang Peran Camat dalam Koordinasi Adminstrasi di Kecamatan Sangatta Utara Kabupaten Kutai Timur baik bersifat vertikal dengan instansi terkait maupun  koordinasi administrasi horisontal dengan kepala seksi-seksi yang ada di Kantor Kecamatan Sangatta Utara. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, Koordinasi pelayanan administrasi pemerintah Kecamatan dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat terdapat faktor penghambat yaitu kurang tersedianya sarana dalam kelancaran proses administrasi seperti sistem administrasi yang masih panjang, kurang profesionalnya staf dalam menjalankan tugas serta terdapat satu Kelurahan yang memiliki jarak yang jauh dengan Kantor Kecamatan. Faktor pendukung dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat ialah tersedianya anggaran didalam proses meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi dan terdapatnya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung dalam proses pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat

Abstract

Every society has its local pearls of wisdom in educating its generations. In the western part of Indonesia, Acehnese society frequently uses figurative language, like idioms, as a tool for teaching morality to their generations. Even though research on local society's use of local wisdom to educate their generations has existed, research on the use of idioms in the Acehnese language is scant. This study investigated whether idioms in the Acehnese language contain educational values. In doing so, this study used interviews to collect data and involved 14 respondents from seven districts in Aceh that use a similar dialect of the Acehnese language, including Aceh Utara, Aceh Timur, Lhokseumawe, Bireuen, Aceh Besar, Pidie, and Banda Aceh. The results showed ten hand-related idiomatic expressions in the Acehnese language fall into pure idioms and semi-literal idioms. The idioms are used to teach moral values, such as encouragement to work, hardworking, responsibility, diligence, creativity, and many more. In conclusion, there is a nexus between the Acehnese hand-related idioms in the Acehnese society in Indonesia and the educational values they embrace.
