Abstract

This study was conducted in March 2014, at the Fish Landing Base (PPI) Dumai Dumai Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of utilization of the facilities available in the PPI Dumai.Facility utilization rates in the PPI Dumai consists of docks 237.19%, 140.98% of pond harbor area, harbor pool 58.75%, 47.54% auction room, fuel tanks 41.17%, 128.54% ice factory and 144.65% fresh water tank. Where the evaluation of the utilization of the facilities in 2014 is increasing compared to the use of the facilities in 2005.Keyword : Evaluation, facilities, fish landing bases

Abstract

A series survey activity was carried out on March 23th to April 3rd, 2013 at fishingport in Tiku village. Purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation ofmanagement theory at fishing port. The result shows that the management theory in fishingport has not been well conducted. This conditions was caused less of personal staff (4persons), as well as the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) was not applied and norulesgoverning thearrivalanddeparture of the fishing boat. Abstract

A series survey activity was carried out for evaluating management function atlabuanhaji fishing port, South Aceh regency. This research was emphasis on planning, organizing, action and controlling at management pattern of labuhanhaji fishing port. The facilities of fishing port data and daily activities description of staff at labuhanhaji fishing port was used as additional information and consideration in management of labuhanhaji fishing port. Lack of good management was impact on staff and controlling, nevertheless activities at labuhanhaji fishing port is going well.Keywords: Labuhanhaji fishing port, management, South Aceh Regency

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the role of fishing port for giving contribution at fisheries sector in Agam regency, west Sumatera province. A series survey activitywas conducted to evaluate the development of fisheries sector at Tiku regency with the presence a fishing port at Tiku village. The data was analyzed by percentage (%) calculation of fish production at tiku fishing port, further to compare with fish production data at Agam regency. The result shows that the Tiku fishing port was given an incremental number of fishing boat at Agam regency as 43.92-54.69%. The number of fishermen was increased as 53.75- 69.84%, and the number of fishing gear was given contribution as 46.20-68.79%. The total fish production was given small contributionas 28.33-7.58% or smaller than 50%.Keywords: Agam regency, contribution, fisheries sector, Tiku fishing port

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to know the functional facilities utilization of Bungus fishing port. A series survey was conducted in October 1th-11th 2013. Based on survey result revealed that functional facilities there is tuna processing building, dry ice building, net repairing loft, fish market hall, fresh water tank, fuel tank and ice factory. From 8 facilities existing, only 3 facilities that could be analyzed. Based on analyzed, it is found that the utilization rate of fuel tank is 38.31% were classified not good, fresh water tank at 30.53%, which is still classified not good, and the ice factory was 65.91% were classified as less better.Keywords: fishing port, functional facilities, utilization level

Abstract

For purpose to identify type, capacity and condition of the facilities, as well as to evaluate thefacilities utilization level at Tiku fishing port. Series survey activities were conducted at Tikufishing port, Agam regency, West Sumatera Province during April 2013. The result shows that theTiku fishing port had complete facilities such as basic, functional and supporting facility.Nevertheless, we were identified the malfunction and useless facilities at Tiku fishing port, such asfresh water tank, cold storage, and fish market hall. The calculation of facilities utilization level was109.35% for fuel tank, 81.48% for Ice and 48.4% for fish market hall.Keywords : Basic facility, functional facility, supporting facility, facilities utilization level, Tikufishing port facilities

Abstract

A series survey activity was conducted on April-Mei 2013 at the fishing port Bungus,Padang city West Sumatera province. Purpose of this study is to know efficiency level of longliner fishing catches, which has been landed in fishing port and its factor influenced. The resultshow that the efficiency level of fishing catches landing time was 56.98-72.73%, with uploadingefficiency time was 64,65% in average. There is seven free variable influence on the timeefficiency of fishing landing, with the value r=0,836 and R2=83,6%. So the diversity ofindependent variable gives the contribution to the diversity assess of time efficiency as 83,6%.Keyword : Fishing port, long line, mooring time, time efficiency, tuna (thunnus sp)

Abstract

Fish landing place of  Labuhanhaji is a place that support the economy of marine in fishiness south Aceh District. Fish landing place of Labuhanhaji is a fishiness port Type D that fu fill local resident needs. The development of PPI’s Labuhanhaji is guide well because of its strategies photon  and abundant of its resources. Besides, it is supported by current transports from south Aceh District to other place as North Sumatera. The goal of this research is to understand Condon and utilization rate of the PPI. The research benefits is to give input and consider to in future development. Data is analyzed  by technical utilization rate, and SWOT analyzes. The result is 26,14 %. For berth, 112,41 % to TPI 533,37 % port asin and 41 % to the depth of pot basin   Kata Kunci : Fish landing Harbors, The Condition of facility, capacity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe experiment was conducted during of october 2014 in the village of Sei Injab (Sungai Injab) Village Terkul Rupat Bengkalis District of Riau Province. This study aims to determine the best location suitable for development to the fishing port from two candidates favored location.The method used is a survey method. By comparing its aspects such as physical aspects of technical, aspects of fisheries potential, demographic aspects and infrastructure aspects. The results of the analysis of the study data show that the port site selection based on a comparison of the two points of observation sites in Sei Injab (Sungai Injab), it can be concluded that the location A in RT.019 has many advantages in many aspects than location B in RT.023 for the construction of fishing ports.Key words: fishing fort, physical, fisheries potential, demographic, infrastructureaspects.

Abstract

This research was conducted in 17-31 March 2015 in the oceanfishing portBelawan. This goal to find the amount offuelthatmustbe brought a fish net fishing board when performing fishing effort. Data could be gotten by research to 27 samples of fish net merk is Cummins machine. Seeing the relationshipfishing trip, size of theship, size of the machine and machine age to theamount offuelcarried fish net use statistics multiple regression analysis. Basedtestinganddiscussionin this research was capable of concluding that fishing trip (X1), size of the ship (X2), and themachine age (X3) to amount offuel that carried by fisherman (Y) is Y= 27,548+0,20X1-1,549X2+0,01X3.
