Abstract

Generally, the national economy is facing a tough challenge, globaleconomic conditions are less favorable lead to higher competition led in thedevelopment of banking sectors. To be a winner in business competition, bankmust have a innovation.This research aimed to analyze the effect of perceivedusefulness and easy of use on intention and adoptionof internet banking towardcustomers in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pangkalan KerinciBranch. The research was conducted quantitatively with causal and descriptiveresearch design. The amounts of sample are 100 customers by using proportionalstratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques used in thisresearch is a survey and observation. Measurement scale used is the Likert scale.The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS)with SmartPLS 3.2.3 applications.The results showed that perceived usefulnes andeasy of use affect significantly positive toward intention but not to adoption. Whilecustomer’s intention of usage has a significant and positive affect toward adoption of internet banking

Abstract

This research aims to describe the functionality and absorption of matter child friendly education pocket book (Kuku Perak) as media of counseling family education. The research done with the type of descriptive quantitative. The data collection method used is the questionnaires with Likert scale, multiple choice test and documents study. Analysis of the data used is the percentage formula and frequency distribution. The results of research Kuku Perak is it can be implemented as a media of counseling family education or parenting education.

Abstract

Islam was originally used as a living joint manifested in the customs of the Acehnese people who then switched to following the system of government that resulted in the decline of the religious adaptation of Islam. Shifting of Islamic values to Syari'ah enforcement regions resulted in conflict. Aceh is able to rise to prioritize the syari'ah of Islam to be a mecca in the case and make a custom in life. Gayo which is one of the areas in Aceh to develop the Aceh Gayo Traditional Assembly so that the value of Islam and customs in line in educating the community into a khalifah. This paper reviews the concept of MAANGo in preparing a dignified society on the aspects of life in Islamic and customary hasanah law. and to know the results of institutional tasks in educating people based on Islamic and customary law. MAANGo as an institution in tradition establishing  by breathing Shari'ah in accordance with the condition of the region that prioritizes Islamic values. The concept in dealing with the behavior of society that in fact is changing is by making education as the front guard to doctrine mindset and behavior according to custom syariat through the field of customary law, the field of assessment, education and development, conserving library or guidance of customs and empowerment of women. The result in carrying out the mandate as an tradition institution to build the smoothness of government duties, conservation of customary law values and to maintain harmony in social matters.

Abstract

Bullying sering terjadi di perguruan tinggi dan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi korban. Agar tetap mampu berfungsi positif, korban haruslah memiliki resiliensi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan resiliensi adalah dengan pemberian Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) dalam meningkatkan resiliensi pada mahasiswa korban bullying. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 12 orang mahasiswa korban bullying yang memiliki resiliensi rendah, dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala resiliensi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan mixed design anova. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pemberian CBT efektif secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan resiliensi pada mahasiswa korban bullying.

Abstract

of exhaustion of local remedies through the mechanism of a national judicial forum.Mechanisms in resolving the violations of human rights at the national level are usuallyformed by a country by establishing a special court of human rights. Indonesian HumanRights Court established in the year of 2000 as a step up from the Article 104 of Law No.39 Year of 1999 about the Human Rights. Jurisdiction of that Human Rights courtincludes serious violations of human rights as the crimes against Genocide and humanity.Furthermore, the mechanism in resolving the violation of human rights at theinternational level consists of the Human Rights court that is ad hoc and permanent.International Criminal Court (ICC) is a first permanent international criminal courtwhich has authorities to investigate, prosecute and punish all people who commit themost serious international crimes, such as genocide, crimes against humanity, war andaggression crimes.Keywords: gross violation of human rights, Rome Statute of 1998, the internationalcriminal court, the court of human rights in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine the factors that encourage farmers to make independent fish feed and to determine the motivation level of fish farmers in making independent fish feed in Koto Tibun Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The method used is a survey method by making direct observations to the object of research by collecting data through a questionnaire, selecting respondents using a census method carried by 27 people. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive method, using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the driving factor for farmers in making independent feed is the price of expensive factory feed, the quality of self-feed is not much different from the quality of factory feed, the cost of feed is more profitable and the increase in cultivators in Koto Tibun Village is 77.78% available in the category high (score 160-200), meaning encouraging fish farmers to make independent feed wholeheartedly to run this business.Keywords: Motivation, Fish Farmers and Independent Fish Feed

Abstract

This study had two objectives, the first was to find out the role of organizational commitment and employee engagement to readiness for change. Second was to find out the determinants of readiness for change based on aspects of organizational commitment (i.e., identification, involvement, and loyalty) and dimensions of employee engagement (i.e., organization, leadership, team member, job and individual). Self-administered questionnaires were used to measure the three variables. There were 206 plantation employees involved in this study. The result showed that organizational commitment and employee engagement contributed to employee readiness for change. This study also found two aspects of organizational commitment and two dimensions of employee engagement contributing to employee readiness for change. This study could be the guidelines for the policy makers in implementing policies of better human resources. Abstract

The purposeof thisstudy wasto examine the employee’s anxiety in facing assessment centers based on the big fivepersonality and perceptions of organizational support. The subjects of this studywere 241 telecommunication employees with position sequel to assistant manager. Data were collected using assessment centre anxiety scale, big five inventory and organizational support scale. The statistic a analysis showed that assessment centre anxiety was negatively related to the trait of extraversion, openness to experience, and organizational support and positively to neuroticism and conscientiousness. The implication of this study is that the role of organizational support is crucial in improving employee’s conviction and confidence in facing assessment centre.

Abstract

This objective of tis research was to: 1) Determine whether the Central Lampung District has a comparative advantage and competitive advantage in rice production. 2) Determine how the sensitivity of changes in output prices and input prices to the comparative and competitive advantage in rice production. Location of the study was conducted at the Rama Utama Village and Ramayana Village, Seputih Raman Subdistrict of Central Lampung District. This research was conducted by survey and interview methods to farmers by using a questionnaire that had been prepared. Respondents in this research is rice farmer in the Seputih Raman subdistrict of Central Lampung District, totally 73 farmers were selected by simple random sampling method (simple random sampling). Types of data used are primary and secondary data obtained through direct interviews and offices or agencies. To answer the first objective analysis was used Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM) and to answer the second objective was used sensitivity analysis. Results showed that: 1) rice farming in Central Lampung District has a comparative advantage and competitive advantage with a value of PCR (Private Cost Ratio) equal to 0.4635 and the value of the DRC (Domestic Resource Cost) of 0.4368 so that feasible and profitable to be conducted. 2) comparative and competitive advantage of rice production in Central Lampung District is sensitive to changes in output prices. Increase or decrease of output prices will affect the comparative and competitive advantage of of rice production in Central Lampung District. Abstract

The development of alternative energy which is sourced from cow manure has good prospect to fulfill domestic needs of society. There is one way that can be done by turning farm waste, especially cow manure, to alternative energy as the substitution of fuel in form of biogas. The aim of the study was to analyze developing strategy of biogas as domestic alternative energy by making use of cow manure in Sari Bhakti village, District of Seputih Banyak in Region of Lampung Tengah. The method used in this study was SWOT analysis. Respondents were selected purposively (purposive sampling) from Sari Bhakti village, district of Seputih Banyak with the total sample were 25 cow farmers and 4 experts who have the competence in developing biogas from cow manure. The research finding showed that based on the result analysis of SWOT metrics, recommendation that should be given is ?progressive strategy?. Alternative strategy that can be applied is by utilizing cow farming group to get support from the governance in order to decrease the pollution of environment and to increase the prosperity of society, moreover, increasing socialization of biogas as domestic alternative energy is essential to increase the role of farming group in innovating technology of alternative energy.
