Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengguna jasa pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas menuntut pelayanan yang berkualitas tidak hanya menyangkut kesembuhan dari penyakit secara fisik akan tetapi juga menyangkut kepuasan terhadap sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan dapat memberikan kenyamanan Semakin tinggi pelayanankesehatan yang diberikan maka akan semakin meningkat kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja Puskesmas.. Tujuan: Mengetahui Hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien pengguna Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di Puskesmas Sokaraja 1. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 98 responden, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan sebagian besar baik sebesar (61.2 %) dan Kepuasan pasien dapat diketahui bahwa 55.1% responden yang menyatakan puas. Hasil analisis uji Chi Square didapatkan ρ-value = 0,000 (< 0,05), yang artinya ada hubungan antara mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien peserta jaminan kesehatan.di Puskemas I Sokaraja. . Kesimpulan: Mutu pelayanan kesehatan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pasien peserta jaminan kesehatan.

Abstract

Nutrition or the ideal food for babies is breast milk (ASI). Other food or drink cannot replace breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low. Data Riskesdas reported exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia only 30.2%. The level of knowledge of mothers on exclusive breastfeeding is still lacking. Implementation of health education on exclusive breastfeeding can be done by many people, one of whom is a toddler Posyandu’s volunteer. This study was to identify effect of exclusive breastfeeding workshop on volunteer Posyandu Balita against knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding in the Central Sokaraja village, Banyumas. The study design using pre-experimental approach to one group pretest-posttest design. The population is all children under five in the village cadres Posyandu Middle Sokaraja 32 cadres Posyandu toddler. The sampling technique total sampling. Statistical test using the Wilcoxon test. Abstract

Clinical learning is a very important activity at the stage of professional nurse program. In this activity, the students implement theories obtained during college. The learning process requires a good method in order to achieve learning objectives. Furthermore, clinical supervisors must identify the existed obstacles so that they can determine the clinical learning method to be used. The purpose of the study was to describe some clinical learning methods in the practice of professional nurse program and the obstacles in the clinical learning. It was a descriptive analytical study with cross-sectional approach. The samples were 88 students of professional nurse program, selected by using the accidental sampling technique. The bivariate analysis used chi square statistical test. The test results showed that experiential learning method and preceptorship method was highly implemented (respectively 22.7%), observation learning method was frequently implemented (34%), the conference method was rarely used (34.0%), and the nursing clinic method was extremely sparse (64.7%). The most frequent obstacle in clinical learning came from clinical supervisors (65.9%). The statistical results obtained p value 0.001 < 0.05, which can be concluded that there was a relationship between methods and obstacles of clinical learning.

Abstract

Objective : To find out the factors that affected the motivation on online learning in undergraduate nursing students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto during the Covid-19 pandemic.Methods: The study used a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique was a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 88 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results: The results revealed that there were 70 respondents (79.5%) who were 20 years old. There were 35 respondents (39.8%) who were in the fifth semester. The results of the chi-square test showed that the p values on the variables of interest, ability, and learning environment were 0.001; 0.08; and 0.029Conclusion: there is a correlation between students’ interest and learning environment with motivation on online learning for undergraduate nursing students during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is no correlation between students’ ability and motivation on online learning for undergraduate nursing students during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Background: Unwanted events such as patients falls are still common and can not be avoided even though the management of patients falls has been implemented,due to lack of nurses knowledge about patient safety. Misinterpretation when reading prescriptions given by doctors is an incident that still occurs and can be dangerous to patients in addition to incidents of patients falls that can be found. Therefore, it is necessary to link the knowledge of nurses with the implementation of patient safety. Objective: To find out the relation between nurses knowledge and the implementation of patient safety in the inpatient ward of Kardinah Tegal Hospital. Method: This study uses a method taken with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was nurses in class III inpatients at Kardinah Tegal Hospital as many as 80 respondents taken by total sampling technique. Data analysis uses chi-square test. Results: The level of knowledge is good (51.2%), enough (23.8%), and bad (25%). The implementation of patient safety was good (86.3%) and enough (13.8%). Chi-square Test results obtained p-value = 0,000 (p <0.05) showed a relationship between the knowledge of nurses with the implementation of patient safety. Conclusion: There is a relationship between nurses knowledge and the implementation of patient safety in class III inpatients at Kardinah Tegal Hospital. Abstract

Kasus yang sering terjadi setelah pembedaan di ruang pemulihan salah satunya adalah hipotermi. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya hipotermi pasca operasi adalah jenis anastesi yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan jenis anastesi dengan kejadian hipotermi. Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh pasien post operasi di ruang Pemulihan RSUD Banyumas selama 3 bulan terakhir sebanyak 500 pasien. Besar sampel 83 pasien dengan menggunakan teknik sampling consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi untuk mencatat jenis anastesi dan suhu tubuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan Pasien sebagian besar responden berumur 36-46 tahun sebanyak 51 responden (61,4%), laki-laki sebanyak 52 responden (62,7%) dan pendidikan SMA/SMK sebanyak 39 responden (47,0%). Responden mendapatkan anastesi general sebanyak 58 responden (69,9%) dan hipotermi sebanyak 60 responden (72,3%). Hasil uji statustik didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 yang menunjukkan ada hubungan jenis anastesi dengan kejadian hipotermi di Ruang Pemulihan RSUD Banyumas. Jenis anastesi yang digunakan dapat menentukan terjadinya perubahan suhu tubuh yaitu hipotermi. Kata Kunci: Anastesi, Hipotermi, Ruang Pemulihan

Abstract

The patient safety in hospitals is often not optimally implemented due to the imperfect roles of nurses to implement the patient safety. Errors that result in injured patients can be due to inaccurate identification of patients. As a result, it triggers to delays in diagnosis, failure in action, medication errors and dosage errors when administering drugs. In 2016, it was found 11 nurses experiencing needle stick injury. This occurs due to wrong method of re-inserting the needle into the syringe that is used by using two hands. It also occurred in 2018, based on K3 RS report, there were 9 nurses experiencing needle stick injury.This research aims to find out if there is a relationship between nurses' knowledge about patent safety and its implementation the inpatient room of Purwokerto Hospital.This is a qualitative research method with a cross-sectional approach. The samples of this study are nurses 35 nurses as respondents in the inpatient room of RSI Purwokerto. Chi-square test is used as data analysis.It is found that 25 respondents (71.4%) have good knowledge of patient safety, while 10 respondents (28.6%) are in moderate category (good enough). 16 respondents (45.7%) have implemented the patient safety well, and 19 respondents (54.3%) have carried out it quiet well. Based on the statistical test, the p value is 0.408. Which is <of 0.05.so there is no relationship between patient safety knowledge and the implementation of patient safety.There is no relationship between the knowledge about patient safety and the implementation of of patient safety in the inpatient room of hospital in Purwokerto Hospital.

Abstract

The means of communication between nurses and other medical teams through handover must be recorded properly. Communication dysfunction during the handover may have an effect on nursing documentation such as errors in action planning.This study aimed to determine the correlation between the implementation of handover and the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of Banyumas Hospital.This research was a descriptive analytical with a cross sectional approach research. The sample of nurses on duty in the inpatient room were 67 persons. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and the analysis of research data were completed by the Chi Square test.Most of the nurses are female totaled 43 persons (64.2%), 65 persons are married (97.0%) and 41 persons are civil servants (61.2%). Most of the respondents have a DIII Nursing education (41.2%). The average age of the nurse is 33.67 years with an average working period of 8.51 years. Most of handover are in the good category, 42 persons (62.7%). Most of the nurses' performance are in good category totaled 49 persons (73.1%). There is a correlation between the implementation of handover with the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of Banyumas Hospital (p = 0.000).In conclusion better implementation of handover will improve the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of Banyumas Hospital.

Abstract

The change in learning models from conventional to online during the Covid-19 pandemic is a solution so that the learning process continues. That can make students in a state of stress and boredom. To find a description of the level of stress and boredom of learning in online learning for Nursing students S1 Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto. This research was descriptive quantitative using survey method. The number of samples were 148 respondents using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The independent variables in this study were the level of stress and learning saturation. The questionnaire used in this study was a modified DASS-42. The data analysis used univariate analysis. The results showed that the stress levels of students in online learning were mostly in the medium category as many as 88 (59.4%), mild as much as 43 (29.1%), normal as much as 12 (8.1%), heavy as much as 5 ( 3,4%) and no one experienced stress in the very heavy category. Then the level of learning saturation is most dominant in the moderate category as many as 71 (48%), high as much as 40 (27%), low as much as 30 (20.3%), and very high as much as 7 (4.7%). The level of stress and boredom of learning in online learning for third semester undergraduate nursing students is in the medium category. From the results of the study, it is recommended that respondents are be able to anticipate the occurrence of stress and learning saturation by knowing the causes of stress and learning saturation

Abstract

Latar Belakang Kepuasan pasien merupakan indicator utama keberhasilan pemberian pelayanan kesehatan . Salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan yaitu memberikan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatanya berupa jaminan kesehatan.. Yang mana bertujuan untuk manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran . Metode Methode penelitian ini adalah analitik kualitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Sampel penelitian adalah pasien peserta BPJS yang berobat ke Puskesmas Sokaraja I, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling sebanyak 96 pasien. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan uji statistic mengunakan Chi Square Hasil Hasil pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi prosedur pelayanan (pendaftaran) p= 0,004, persepsi pelayanan sumber daya manusia (tenaga kesehatan) p= 0,039, dan persepsi fasilitas p=0,011 dengan kepuasan peserta BPJS. Kesimpulan Ada beberapa factor yang tidak berhubunga dengan kepuasan pasein peserta BPJS yaitu jenis kelamin, dan umur.
