Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence either partially orsimultaneously of English vocabulary mastery, basic computer and basic accountingtoward the learning achievement of MYOB accounting computer at class XI AccountingSkills Competency at SMK N 1 Bawang in the academic year of 2011/2012. Thepopulation of the study was 94 students and they were all the respondents. The datawere collected by test and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by percentagedescriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the studyshowed that simultaneously, English vocabulary mastery, basic computer and basicaccounting influenced the learning achievement significantly for 23.7%, partiallyEnglish vocabulary mastery influenced the MYOB accounting computer learningachievement for 7.95%, basic computer mastery influenced it for 5.15%, and basicaccounting mastery influenced it for 7.51%. It means that the good mastery of Englishvocabulary, basic computer and basic accounting can improve the learningachievement of MYOB accounting computer.

Abstract

Nowadays, the teachers’ performance did not meet the expectation based on the competencies. There were many problems related to their performance such as; only a few teachers who did classroom action research, creating the lesson plans which were not supported by the learning media, the lack of learning sources, delivering the lesson without using creative learning so students were difficult to get the lesson. The factors which could influence the teachers’ performance were the principals’ leadership, the teachers’ activeness to join the Subject Teachers Forum/ Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Thus; the problem of the study: was there any influence of the principals’ leadership, the teachers’ activeness to join MGMP toward the Economics/ Accounting teachers’ performance of Senior High Schools in Kendal either partially or simultaneously? It was a population research so 35 Economics/ Accounting teachers of State Senior High Schools in Kendal as the samples. The data were analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis and doubled linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the study; simultaneously the principals’ leadership and the teachers’ activeness to join MGMP influenced positively and significantly up to 55.5% toward the Economics/ Accounting teachers’ performance of State Senior High Schools in Kendal and partially, the 1st variable (The principals’ leadership) influenced up to 43.16%, whereas the 2nd variable (The teachers’ activeness) influenced only 16%.

Abstract

the accounting lectures have a big challengeb to improve the quality of graduates who are expected to have high knowledge and skill, to have good critical analysis and decision making. Thus: accounting lecturers are needed to improve their teaching and learning processes especially on learning design and assessment. Improving students knowledge and skill in accounting field can be created by using learning philosophy which makes students active and integrative in the class room. this articles discusses about the innovation of accounting learning with blended learning which collaborates cooperative learning and e-learning. Cooperative learning is a learning approach which emphasizes on structured behavior to cooperate in groups it can improve students interpersonal skill, cooperation, critical analysis and decision making. On the other hand, the application of cooperative learning needs more time so it can be solved by using computer with e-learning.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were; (1) to investigate the influence of blended learning approach implementation towards the accounting knowledge and (2) to investigate the influence of blended learning approach implementation towards the generic skills. It was a quantitative research approach with quasi experimental research design with static group comparison design. The samples of the study were economics education students which were taking the Introduction to Accounting Subject at the materials of adjustment entries. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (independent sample t-test). The results of the study showed that there were differences on students’ learning outcomes for the materials of adjustment entries between students who were taught by blended learning approach and those who were taught by conventional method. Moreover; there were also differences on generic skills between those two approaches. Students’ generic skills who were taught by blended learning approach were bettter than those who were taught by conventional method.Keywords: blended learning, accounting knowledge, generic skills, accounting education students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the reseach development on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. It analyzes the articles which published in accredited national journals from 2009-2017. The samples of this research are 96 articles from 27 journals. The result of the study shows that researches on MSMEs from 2013 to 2017 have increased. The journal which actively publishes the MSMEs articles is Jurnal Aplikasi Manajemen which published 20 articles (20%). The most frequently topics discussed on MSMEs in the last decade are on strategy of MSMEs for 28 articles (29%). Furthermore; 77 articles (80%) used the quantitative method and only 25 articles (26%) were successfully cited by other articles. Recomendation for future reseach to explore taxation research with experimental methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kondisi kesehatan, motivasi belajar, perhatian dalam belajar, kesiapan belajar, peran orang tua, kondisi ekonomi keluarga, metode mengajar guru, cara belajar siswa, dan teman bergaul terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 secara parsial serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 107 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan unit analisis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis faktor konfirmatori dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan seluruh faktor dalam penelitian berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa, sedangkan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa adalah motivasi belajar (10,89%), dan cara belajar siswa (10,95%).This research aims to determine influence of healthiness, learning motivation, learning concern, readiness in learning, role of parent, family economic, teacher’s learning methods, student’s learning style, and associate friends on accounting learning outcome among Students Grade XI Accounting Skills Competence of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang School year 2013/2014 partially and to figure out the most influential factor. The population of this research is all students of class XI Accounting Skill Competence of SMK Negeri 2 Semarang school year 2013/2014 as many as 107 students, all of which are used as the unit of analysis. Data collection methods using documentation and questionnaires. Method of data analysis is descriptive percentile, confirmatory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that all factors on this research have influence for students accounting learning outcomes, while the most influential factor on accounting learning outcome among Students was learning motivation (10,89%), and student’s learning style (10,95%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian  ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara peranan keluarga, interaksi teman sebaya, dan kompetensi guru terhadap karakter siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA 2 Kudus baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA 2 Kudus yang berjumlah 99 orang. Karena populasi kurang dari 100 maka penelitian ini disebut penelitian populasi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket / kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data mengguanakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil  penelitian menunjukan bahwa peranan keluarga, interaksi teman sebaya, dan kompetensi guru secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap karakter siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA 2 Kudus sebesar 57,9%. Sedangkan secara parsia, variabel peranan keluarga berpengaruh sebesar 5,71%, variabel interaksi teman sebaya berpengaruh sebesar 5,29%, dan variabel kompetensi guru berpengaruh sebesar 11,69%.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the family is there any influence, peer interaction, and teacher competence on the character class XI IPS in SMA 2 Kudus either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS in SMA 2 Kudus totaling 99 people.Because the population less than 100, this study called a population study. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire / questionnaire. While the method of data analysis mengguanakan descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the role of family, peer interaction, and the competence of teachers simultaneously affect the character of class XI IPS in SMA 2 Kudus of 57.9%. While the Parsia, family role variables influence of 5.71%, the variable peer interaction effect of 5.29%, and the variable effect of teacher competence of 11.69%.
