Abstract

The  study,  entitled  "Analysis  of  Tourism Interest  Development  Strategy  through the Service Improvement  at Widuri Coast Pemalang Regency". The aims of this research to  determine  the  optimality  of  service  Widuri  Coast that  can  give  satisfaction  and  to determine the optimal formulation of strategies to improve the quality of service torealize customer  satisfaction.  So  it  really  could  create  interest  for  the  beach  attractiveness  of Widuri  Coast,and  finally  could  increasing  the  original  income  of  Pemalang Regency. Creation of interest in travel by increasing the satisfaction of the tourists / visitors that the number  of  tourists  /  visitors  better,  and  the  tourists  /  visitors  who  have traveled  to  enjoy the scenery  of Widuri  Coast Sights  have  not  lose  to  perform  Sights  tour  back  in  Widuri Coast. Efforts  to  realize  and  enhance  the  satisfaction  of  the  tourists  /  visitors  through optimization service improvements generated by Widuri Coast and Beaches Sights Eating and or other business units in locations Sights Widuri Coast, with an attempt to formulate the  strategy  is  expected  to bring  the  tourist  crowds  pengminatan  Pemalang  particular district  Sights  Beaches  on  Widuri  Coast. This  strategy  is what  should  be  done  by  the managers  of  Widuri  Coast Beaches  Sights  and  managers  Eating  and  or  other  business units who were at the Beaches Sights Widuri Coast.Keyword: travel interests, optimizing service improvements, visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Financial performance in this study was measured and analyzed with the ratio of liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The analysis showed that the performance of KUD “x” showed unhealthy performance. By conducting as a SWOT analysis, the sustainability strategy that can be carried out by the KUD is revitalizing cooperative membership, cooperative asset inventory, rationalizing and evaluating employee needs. Keywords: Low member participation, cooperative debt, unemployed assets, government intervention.

Abstract

This research determines differences in Quality Control Consumer, Location, and price perception of purchasing decisions. This research was carried out in another Bebek H Pak Slamet. Respondents using non-random sampling techniques. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique, with the following criteria: consumers or customers who are at least 17 years old, consumers or customers who have consumed other Bebek H Pak Slamet Banyumanik Semarang products and have already visited Bebek H Pak Slamet Banyumanik Semarang. The technique of data collection uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which aims to test the variables of Quality Control Cosumen, Location and price perception of purchasing decisions. The results showed that Quality Control Consumer had an effect, Location, and price perception had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Peneliti ingin membuktikan rasio hutang, piutang, dan juga ukuran perusahaan kepada likuiditas serta dampaknya kurun waktu covid-19. Sampel dari riset ini memakai bidang Properti dan barang konsumsi yang listing dari triwulan terakhir 2019 hingga triwulan kedua 2020. Riset ini merupakan riset kuantitatif yang memakai data sekunder laporan triwulanan dari BEI. Adapun sistem pemilihan sampelnya metode yang dipergunakan ialah purposive sampling yang akhirnya didapat 105 sampel perusahaan, Sedangkan metodenya analisis regresi data panel. Dari analisa memperlihatkan kalau rasio hutang sangat berefek negatif kepada likuiditas sedangkan lainnya berdampak positif. Hal ini dikarenakan naik ataupun turunnya variabel itu tidak berpengaruh kepada tingkat likuiditas. Di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, tidak terjadi perbedaan hubungan diantara tiap-tiap variabel independen kepada likuiditas.Kata kunci: covid-19, rasio hutang, kinerja keuangan, likuiditas

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of profitability,liquidity, and company size on the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Secondary data is used for the research and it is collected using purposive sampling. The data then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Research results shows that profitability and companies size have no effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, the liquidity have effect on capital structure. The limitation of this study is the lack of a research period to the small sample used. Researcher’s suggestion for further research is to increase the time period of the study, which is aimed to increase the accuracy of the research data.
