Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze and describe the improvement of pedagogical competence comprised of; proprietary documents, ability in teaching preparation, and the ability in executing the lesson plan. This research used Margaret Riel model and was done in three cycles where each cycle passed through study and plan, take action, collect and analyse evidences, and reflect. The subject of the research were teacher and student. The guiding focus were the teachers who had not been mentored yet. The result of the research showed that proprietary documents of all mentees had reached the standard operating procedure, they could make lesson plan according to standard operating procedure and the teaching ability had improvements in applicating teaching and learning process based on student centered in the characteristic frame of active, creative, effective and enjoyable learning. This proved that the action which was done could fulfill the success of criteria targeted.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru yang terdiri dari: kepemilikan dokumen, kemampuan merencanakan pembelajaran, dan kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan Margaret Riel yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, dimana kegiatan melalui fase; mempelajari dan merencanakan, melakukan tindakan, mengumpulkan dan menganalisa bukti, dan merefleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Fokus pendampingan adalah guru kelas yang belum pernah mendapat pendampingan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan dokumen dampingan telah memenuhi standard operating procedure, dampingan telah mampu menyusun RPP yang memenuhi standard operating procedure, dan kemampuan mengajar mengalami peningkatan dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada siswa dengan ciri pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan (PAKEM). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan dapat memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, pendampingan, pendekatan kolaboratif, penelitian tindakan

Abstract

The national maize necessity directly increase in the last few years. On the years 1996-2000 periods rate of maize import was about 52,08 % per year. The amount of national maize need for feeding increased approximately 52,4% of food derived from maize to increase the national maize production by expansions of maize hybrid and composite. However their development on the former still slowly. The production increasing from 1996 to 2001 0,17% on year and maize productivity about 2,67 t/ha. In the west sumatera by exspansion maize planting area and utilization of land area more efficient, and include land area either coconut plant. West sumatera province had coconut plantation would total area 91,920 ha. And spreahed in some regensi and city. The result of the experiment and assessment in west sumatera BPTP. In land area inter coconut plant plant can be growth maize C5,C7 and C9 hybrids and yield average about 5,0 6,7 t/ha in 50 kota dan Padang Pariaman regency with r/c ratio 1,9 2,5. From the result of research and assessment of west sumatera BPTP. Application of land area inter coconut plant had opportunity to increase maize production in West Sumatera. Abstract

Abstract Health inspection activities on the workforce is still a challenge in its application because no initial health checks and special health checks on the workforce. Based on these considerations, this study aims to evaluate the application of labor inspection in the Center for Occupational Safety and Health Development, in accordance with Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 02 of 1980 concerning health checks and work safety management. The research method used was qualitative discussion material that discussed health issues at the Center for Occupational Safety and Health Development. Data sources analyzed were the results of interviews, direct observations in the field of services, the general field of labor and document review at the Makassar Center for Occupational Safety and Health Development. Research results related to the implementation of medical examinations in companies are still ineffective because they apply initial and special health examinations, the discussion offered by researchers for BBPK3 to revise or amend, Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning work safety and the application of ISO 15189 on clinical laboratory accreditation so that companies can examine initial, periodic and special occupational health, examine the workforce health of workers to improve efficiency and improve workforce performance higher. Abstract

School is a place to give birth to intelligent and virtuous human beings, and one of the most important elements are teachers and school principals. The good teaching carried out by teachers cannot be separated from the management system that applies in schools, and this is the authority of the principal. Therefore, this study wants to see the relationship and influence of leadership as an organizational attribute and as an individual on teacher performance. To prove the results of research scientifically, quantitative research methods, regression analysis techniques, and research instruments are used as the basis for data collection. The results of the study suggest that teacher performance does not stand alone, but is influenced by many factors, one of which is the school management system created by the leader. However, teacher performance will be better if the principal can actually carry out the management function wisely, both in terms of planning, regulation, supervision, and control (evaluation and assessment).

Abstract

Corruption is a criminal act. Corruption causing state unable to fulfill  its legal duty; to protect and to welfare his society, in those conditions states wouldn't be able delivering happiness for the people. Corruption recently in Indonesia is involving all society element, including the law enforcement officer. Furthermore, some verdicts describing un- responsive and un-progressive decisions, then make this verdict having no quality and fairness. These realities, motivating KPK RI (.....) take some real steps in preventing and combating corruption through court recording activity in any corruption case at the court; prosecutor could be from KPK or district attorney with specific circumstances, the case get much public attention; because of its actor or how big government loss. Court records during court session over corruption case has improved some law enforcement officer behavior for not doing corruptive. It has also become an effective tool for arising social control which is a part of corruption eradicating.

Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro merupakan pembangkit listrik skala kecil yang menggunakan air sebagai penggeraknya dan penggerak mula adalah turbin. Sistem pembangkit ini sangat tepat digunakan di pedesaan karena sistem ini mudah dibuat, menghasilkan daya listrik yang cukup besar dan biaya pembuatan yang lebih relatif murah. Atas dasar diatas maka perlu dirancang suatu turbin yang mendukung sistem pembangkit ini, diantaranya adalah Turbin Aliran Silang. Untuk merancang sebuah turbin air agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam perancangan (seperti hal-nya biaya pembuatannya) maka dilakukan perancangan prototipenya. Sebuah prototipe Turbin Aliran Silang dirancang dalam kegiatan tugas akhir ini dengan debit (Q) = 0,03  m3/s, head (H) = 2 m dengan efisiensi 0,80. Spesifikasi teknik utama dari hasil perancangan turbin adalah diameter runner (D) = 0,195 m dengan putaran turbin 281,39 rpm daya keluaran efektif sebesar 470,4 W.

Abstract

Accountability of management of waqf is not in accordance with Act No. 41 of 2004 on Baitul Mal of Aceh province, due to the lack of socialization of Law and Accountability management of waqf has not been complied with by Act No. 41 of 2004 on Baitul Mal Province Aceh, because its implementation does not refer to the Law, Accountability waqaf management yet to be implemented and carried out activities in accordance with legislation and qanuns waqf, which is caused due to lack of training or development provided by the organization to improve the reliability of waqf manager. Pewaqaf did not pay attention and consider the ability nazir, so as to manage the waqf property is not optimal due to the lack of socialization of Law Number 41 Year 2004 on Waqf and Aceh Qanun No. 10 of 2007 on BaitulMal.

Abstract

Bank syariah merupakan industri keuangan yang mengandalkan pembiayaan untuk menunjang kinerjanya. Hal ini sering dikaitkan dengan adanya rasio pembiayaan (FDR). Financing to deposit ratio (FDR) sendiri adalah rasio antara besarnya seluruh volume pembiayaan yang disalurkan oleh bank dan jumlah penerimaan dana dari berbagai sumber. Secara garis besar financing to deposit ratio (FDR) juga merupakan rasio keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang berhubungan dengan aspek likuiditas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bank umum syariah di Indonesia yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai objek penelitian, yaitu berjumlah 11 Bank. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data yang dipakai merupakan laporan keuangan tahunan bank periode tahun 2013 s.d 2015 yang diperoleh dari situs masing- masing bank. Dengan total unit analisis berjumlah 33 laporan keuangan bank umum syariah selama periode 3 tahun. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan keseluruhan variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Pengujian secara parsial memperlihatkan hasil bahwa hanya variabel capital adequacy ratio saja yang mempengaruhi financing to deposit ratio. Sedangkan variabel independen lainnya yaitu pembiayaan musyarakah dan tingkat margin murabahah tidak berpengaruh terhadap financing to deposit ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the optimization of the utilization of land and building assets belonging to the Banda Aceh City Government, especially in market buildings to increase local revenue. Research on the optimization of the use of land and building assets owned by the Banda Aceh City Government uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports in the Banda Aceh City Government during 2015-2018, and also primary data using interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the contribution rate of asset utilization from 2015-2018 is still not optimal for increasing PAD and below 1% with an average of 0.045%. Meanwhile, the level of contribution to the market retribution services is still not optimal for increasing PAD. seen the contribution of the realization of market service levies to local revenue in 2015 amounted to 0.092%. 2016 The contribution of realization of market service fees was 0.083% Likewise in 2017, the contribution of market retribution of services was the same as in 2016, namely 0.083%. However, in 2018, the contribution to the realization of market services was higher than the previous year, the amounting to 0.094%
