Abstract

Fuzzy C-Means Clustering (FCM) is a data clustering technique where each data point belongs to a cluster by membership degree. FCM starts with the concept of cluster centers that mark the mean location of each cluster. By iteratively updating the cluster centers and the membership degree for each data point, then the cluster centers move to the right location. FCM can be applied to group the nutrients of foods based on three functions of nutrients which are food as energy provider, body functions regulator and growth developer. Abstract

Tuberculosis prevention in Banyumas which still become problem is the owness of case finding of positive Tuberculosis victims. It is caused by lack of supporting aspect from community. For 2007 there are 4229 cases and 367 of them are active patients who take medical treatment. This research aim to for: a). to making a map of thematic which good for knowing pattern spreading of disease of TB in Banyumas, b). knowing factors having an effect on to spreading of disease of TB in Banyumas, and c). knowing subdividing pattern (regional clustering) pursuant to spreading of disease of TB in Banyumas. This research uses method of fuzzy set with approach of Geographical Information System.Results which are obtained from this research are: a) Tuberculosis event is significantly related to poverty. It is caused by low education level and occupation of Tuberculosis victim. b) Tuberculosis spreading is not related directly to population density, age, disease status of Tuberculosis victims and distance from medical facility. Spatial distribution pattern of Tuberculosis does not follow a certain pattern and c) Tuberculosis clustering tend to cluster at poor area in the city and spread follows the river flow.

Abstract

Increasingly strong competition in intercollegiate and students who increasingly selective and knowledgeable require universities to continue to improve his ministry. Matter requires a knowledge of the conditions for this service, that has adapted to student expectations or not . This study aimed to determine the extent to which level the match between the expected service quality and perceived student at Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsoed and explain the influence of the five dimensions of service quality that is tangibles, reliability, responsiviness, assurance and empathy for student satisfaction and loyalty. Results of the study was assessment of the quality of student services at the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unsoed is perceived service quality is still below the expected service quality , perceived still not satisfactory. Five dimensions of service quality consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, positive effect on student satisfaction. Satisfaction indirect influence on student loyalty and there is a direct influence of the five dimensions of service quality on loyalty through student satisfaction. Student loyalty translated in expressing positive things about the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences to others , recommending courses at the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences to the others, recruiting new employees from alumni, and ready to provide assistance if needed.

Abstract

Pada makalah ini dibahas mengenai prediksi berat tubuh sapi perah Friesian-Holstein menggunakan model Von Bertalanffy. Laju metabolisme pada model terdiri dari anabolisme dan katabolisme. Prediksi berat tubuh sapi perah ini penting karena dapat digunakan untuk menentukan usia kawin pertama kali sapi perah FH. Usia kawin pertama yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan produksi susu yang rendah dan tidak tercapainya berat tubuh pedet yang ideal. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh konstanta anabolisme sebesar 0,3854 dan konstanta katabolisme sebesar 0,0438. Dengan konstanta tersebut, diperoleh rata-rata kesalahan absolut sebesar 4,9708% (6,5358 kg). Selanjutnya, diperoleh hasil bahwa sapi dapat dikawinkan pada saat memiliki berat tubuh 273,9152 kg sampai 303,2340 kg dengan umur 59-66 minggu (14-16 bulan).

Abstract

In this paper, we discuss fuzzy neural network with neuron fuzzy Kwan dan Cai. The algorithm used in this fuzzy neural network is the feed forward algorithm. Futhermore, fuzzy neural network with neuron fuzzy Kwan and Cai can be applied to evaluate a defense performance of football clubs. In this application, we do calculation manually and using a program.

Abstract

In this paper, we use the Fuzzy inference system of Tsukamoto method to determine the rice seeds quality. The input variables are production average, the age of plant, and fallen seeds, and the output variable is rice seed quality. The output is determined through 4 steps i.e. fuzzification, determine fuzzy rules, and defuzzification. The results show that the best quality of rice seed is IR 64 and the worst is Lusi.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of two types of stopping criterion on the strawberry algorithm, which are stopping criteria based on iterative error and Cauchy criterion. Furthermore, the strawberry algorithm program is simulated on the optimization problem with the objective function is quadratic function. The simulation results on optimization problem with the objective function is quadratic function show that strawberry algorithm with stopping criterion based on Cauchy criterion has the best performance, when compared with stopping criterion based on iterative error and without stopping criterion

Abstract

This paper discusses about Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) using Mamdani method to recommend the choice of major field for students of Mathematics department Unsoed. The method of Mamdani consist of a fuzzification, an application of the implication functions, composition of rules, and defuzzification. The input of fuzzification is score of some compulsary subjects for each field. The application of implication function used min implication, while the composition rule is based on PAP in Mathematic department Unsoed. The defuzzification required score of some compulsary subjects for each field as input and the recommend score of each major field as output. Based on the output, a student of Mathematic department Unsoed is able to choose a major field according to his/her score.
