Abstract

This study analyze the influence of the implementation of entrepreneurial education in college, locus of control and need for achievement on entrepreneurial attitude among students. The population of this study are the 2012 generations of economic education students Economics Faculty of UNESA as many as 264 people with the total samples 159 people. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that partially entrepreneurship education significantly influence entrepreneurial attitudes, locus of control significantly influence entrepreneurial attitude, and need for achievement significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. While simultaneously the results showed that entrepreneurship education, locus of control, and the need for achievement significantly influence entrepreneurial attitudes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap minat beli ulang pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan non probabilty sampling, dengan total responden 137. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu konsumen yang sudah pernah datang pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y)  pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung, sedangkan variabel harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang (Y) pada Kedai Kopi Hakui Kota Tulungagung , dan variabel Kualitas Layanan (X1) dan Harga (X2) Secara bersamaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

Professional teachers not only perform functions related to pedagogical competence, but also professional functions. Indicated by improve professional functions in writing scientific papers. This Community Service collaborates with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang. The aim of this Community Service is to train teachers to write scientific papers well, and publish their papers as well. These activities conducted in training activity, lecturing, question and answer, discuss and practice how to write scientific papers well. The result of these activities are 1) the implementation of this scientific writing training for vocational high school teachers is consistent to the steps that planned before, with two partners, which are teachers who are member of MGMP Office Administration and teachers in SMKN 1 Jombang, 2) the overall response from the participants of this scientific writing trainingare very satisfied, mainly because of the aspects of activities, speakers aspects, and general aspects.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran oleh guru merupakan faktor utama dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini. Sebuah tantangan bagi guru untuk membuat sebuah media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan variatif yang mampu merangsang siswa untuk lebih aktif, merangsang daya pikir kritis dan kreatif siswa. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan daya konsentrasi dan minat siswa adalah media audio visual, yang mampu merangsang indra penglihatan dan indra pendengaran secara bersama-sama. Pelatihan untuk merancang media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis IT ini menggunakan aplikasi Powtoon dan aplikasi Screencast O Matic. Pelatihan secara langsung dan pendampingan yang dilakukan memudahkan guru untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif berbasis audio visual. Tujuan pelatihan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk 1) memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang hakikat media pembelajaran, 2) pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan audio visual dengan aplikasi Powtoon dan aplikasi Screencast O Matic, 3) memberikan pendampingan terkait pembuatan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis IT. Subyek dalam PKM ini adalah guru-guru SMK di Kabupaten Bangkalan.yang tergabung dalam MGMP Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP). Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini menggunakan metode ceramah bervariasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, tutorial secara langsung dan praktik secara langsung pembuatan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis IT. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah sebagian besar peserta pelatihan mampu mempraktekkan dan merancang media pembelajaran dari mata pelajaran yang diampunya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Powtoon atau aplikasi Screencast O Matic

Abstract

This type of research is the development of research. Development using a modification model Borg and Gall (2003), the data collection techniques through technical documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were the data results of the review and testing of the products as the basis for improvement of media. Than, questionnaire respondents assessment of the effectiveness of media related learning on student results. From the overall stages of the study showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes by using powerpoint compared with the results of classical learning of students by using interactive media flash

Abstract

The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the dominant factor as a determinant of the entrepreneurship intent of the students of the Department of Economic Education of the State University of Surabaya.This research uses explanatory research method, the sample used is 166 students from the total population of 286 students with purposiverandom sampling technique. The results showed that locus of control, subjective norms, and entrepreneurial attitudes affect the intention of student entrepreneurship. From the three determining variables of the entrepreneurship intentions, there is one dominant variable as determinant of student entrepreneurship intention, it is locus of control. The locus of control of students related to entrepreneurship is a personal belief in the success gained from the business and learning process. The implication of this research is students need to strengthen the formation ofentrepreneurial mindset to be able to grow their self-confidence on their own potentials.

Abstract

Nowadays one promising business is the fashion industry, especially footwear. UD. Poker is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises which engaged in the footwear industry. This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews directly with the owners, employees, and communities around UD. Poker. Depth interviews, observation, and documentation are also used in data collection. Data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of four stages, 1) analysis of internal and external environment UD. Poker, 2) analyzing using the SWOT matrix, and 3) formulating alternative strategies, 4) recommending strategic decisions to develop business for UD. Poker. Based on the SWOT matrix program, the position of UD Poker is in quadrant I (aggressive strategy) which means that UD Poker is growing so UD. Poker is more appropriate to implement the Strength Opportunity (SO) strategy through market penetration and product development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cafe atmosphere and price on customer satisfaction at Source Coffee Sidoarjo. The following type of research is quantitative research and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research sample used is the number of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics, data analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Results obtained from this study indicate that the cafe atmosphere variables (X1) a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y), while in the variable price (X2) are also significantly affect customer satisfaction (Y) and the cafe atmosphere variables (X1) and price (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y) in Source Coffee Sidoarjo

Abstract

The research use questionnaire distribution. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience and perceived risk on interest in using electronic money payment systems in the Shopee E-Commerce application. The independent variables studied were perceived ease and risk. Usage variable is usage interest. The following types of research are quantitative research. The population in the study are active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya, class 2018 – 2021 who use the ShopeePay payment system, and get a sample by opening 100 respondents. Using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Based on the analysis of this study, it was found that the variable perception of ease had a positive and significant effect on interest in use, and the variable perception had a positive value and had no effect on interest in use. Meanwhile, the perception of convenience (X?) and the perception of risk (X?) together have a positive effect on interest in using (Y) in the Shopee E-Commerce application.
