Abstract

Advertising is one of the key elements in the promotion mix, the company has to design its ads so that the communication and promotion objectives can be achieved. Advertisement part of the message in communication, for how to communicate a type of business using the communication process in a verbal or not verbal manner depending on the media used. Abstract

Raharja Employee Attendance Information System (RISKA) is one of the existing system models at Raharja University, designed to improve the quality of information services for leaders and financial divisions regarding attendance, discipline and payroll of Raharja employees, as well as data documentation for the Human Resources Development (HRD) division. . Many previous studies have been carried out regarding employee attendance, some of which use the fingers print method and scan QR codes for employee attendance systems. This research was built with different methods in designing employee attendance models, namely by using the modified Intelligent Access Card (IAC) method. Model design is done through analysis, design, constructions and testing implementation. The test results show that the attendance of RISKA employees made in this study can make it easier for the Human Resources Development (HRD) division to provide digital information with good data validation and simplify the process of documenting manual attendance data in the form of a paper form provided by HRD then filled in by the employees in doing presence into the System.

Abstract

cIn the development of information technology and computerization today, it encourages humans to create systems that can help their lives. Especially in the case of inventory of goods, especially if the location of these items is unknown due to their large number and large and large storage space. The PSO (Particle Swarm Optimazation) algorithm method is a suitable method for dealing with problems, namely searching for inventory data on computer equipment. This method is very useful, especially where the inventory stock of computer equipment is already huge, thousands of them. Especially with the small components. Equipment or computer data whose location was previously unknown, it is hoped that with this PSO algorithm method the inventory can be known which is then put in the data and managed properly. The reporting of computer equipment inventory data can be conveyed properly so that the company management can determine the steps to be taken with the data obtained.
