Abstract

Penggunaan lahan sebagai kawasan pusat bisnis (CBD) merupakan salah satu ciri sebuah kawasan perkotaan. Salah satu infrastruktur perkotaan yang harus tersedia yaitu jalur pejalan kaki, karena adanya kegiatan perpindahan moda transportasi. Jalur pejalan kaki di Jl. Raden Intan adalah salah satu jalur pejalan kaki yang paling aktif di Kota Bandarlampung karena selain kegiatan perdagangan dan jasa juga dekat dengan Stasiun Tanjung Karang. Eksisting jalur pejalan kaki di di kawasan simpur center berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan parameter walkability dan teknik survai walkthrough didapatkan hasil skala penilaian dengan proporsi terbanyak yaitu jalur pejalan kaki buruk. Dari hasil pengamatan ada beberapa yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung walkability di kawasan perbelanjaan simpur center berfungsi sesuai peruntukan sebagai CBD dan transit, seperti ketersediaan jalur pejalan kaki yang bebas hambatan, penyediaan fasilitas bagi pejalan kaki berkebutuhan khusus dan jalur pejalan kaki harus bersifat kontiyu. Kata Kunci: Kota Bandarlampung, Kawasan CBD, Simpur Center, Walkability, Transportasi Non Motor

Abstract

Sustainable transportation service is not only about reducing exhaust emissions but about its impact on society.This work seeks to analyze the potential of ITERA Smart Bus Rapid Transit (Smart BRT ITERA) as a regional campus buses in creating the accessibility needed by the wider community, affordable in terms of tariffs, efficient and supporting economic development and reducing emissions and waste generated in the Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) in Lampung, Indonesia. As a commitment to sustainability by planning Smart BRT ITERA form of collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. ITERA, in this case, acts as the operator of 10 buses grants by the Ministry to serve this activity. It is hoped that this project can become a best practice for other universities in Indonesia

Abstract

Lampung Province, especially in Bandarlampung City, according to the spatial plan (RTRW), Lampung Province has been designated as one of the National Activity Centers (PKN) and as a strategic area for Sumatra Island in the transportation sector. This condition encourages Bandarlampung City to apply the Smart City concept in developing its city, in realizing this concept Bandarlampung City utilizes digital infrastructure platforms in its activities. The digital infrastructure platform is expected to be a solution to push Bandarlampung City towards the realization of the Smart City concept and improve the public's mindset towards technological advances to facilitate and improve the quality of public services. In addition, according to Castells (2010) theory, the existence of this digital platform will reduce mobility in Bandarlampung City because many public service activities are carried out from home without transportation. The digital infrastructure platform of Bandarlampung City that include in this research is a platform for local transportation network infrastructure, government, education, health, trade and commerce, clean water and electricity networks and telephone network utilities. In this research, it was identified that there was a connection between changes in the frequency of use of digital infrastructure platforms which in fact affected the mobility of the citozens of Bandarlampung City.
