Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of currency exchange rates and inflation on the profitability of sharia banks as measured by return on equity as dependent or dependent variable. This study used a sample of three Sharia Commercial Banks, the data obtained are secondary data based on financial statements within 5 years and taken for a month. Sampling method used is purposive sampling method and tested statistic used is multiple linear regression test. The empirical results of this study indicate that there are simultaneous effects on exchange rate variables and inflation on return on equity. The results of this study also shows that currency exchange rate variables partially affect the return on equity on each Sharia Commercial Bank, while inflation does not partially affect the return on equity in each of the Sharia Commercial Banks namely Muamalat Bank, Mandiri Shari?ah Bank, and Mega Shari?ah Bank.

Abstract

In this study conducted a comparative analysis of the level of efficiency in the commercial bank of sharia before and after the spin-off, expected the sharia can getan idea of things that need to be improved so that factors inefficiencies can be minimized and encouraged to immediately change the form of its businesses intosharia bank. The measurement of efficiency using parametric approach Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) and the comparison of the level of efficiency before andafter the spin-off using hypothesis testing using a paired t test (paired t-test). Where the bank is the object of research, BJB Sharia. The results showed that the averagelevel of cost efficiency in BJB Islamic Banks prior to the spin-off in the amount of 99.92% and after the spin-off amounted to 99.97%. There is significant/significant between BJB Islamic Banks (BJB Sharia) before and after the spin-off. BJB Sharia after the spin-off is more efficient in managing their funds than when prior to the spin-off.

Abstract

In the midst of tight competition, Islamic banking is expected to have a good performance in order to compete with conventional banks both local and foreign. The purposes of this study were to analysis the bank cost efficiency level and analysis the effect of input (cost of fund and cost of labor) and output variables (total financing and owned securities). The object of this study is Islamic Banks (BUS) which operates during the period of January 2010 to December 2013. Methods of Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) was used to analyze the level of cost efficiency and multiple regression analysis to see the influence of the factors of input and output to the level of cost efficiency. The results showed that the level of efficiency of the BUS is not optimal because there are up to 100%. BMS has the highest efficiency levels. The input and output factors that influence the bank (BUS) cost efficiency level are cost of fund, cost of labor, and total financing.

Abstract

The success of the banking world will be fulfilled if it can create customersatisfaction to achieve the goal then the banking company apply RelationshipMarketing. But creating customer satisfaction is not easy then this study aims toanalyze the influence of the implementation of Relationship Marketing to customersatisfaction consisting of three dimensions of the Financial Benefits, Social Benefitsand Confidence Benefits. The method used in this research is quantitativecorrelational. Methods of data analysis of this study using multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously the variables Financial Benefits, ConfidenceBenefits and Social Benefits significantly influence customer satisfaction. PartiallyFinancial Benefits and Confidence Benefits have no significant effect on customersatisfaction, BNI Syariah should pay more attention and improve Financial Benefitsand Confidence Benefits to create optimal customer satisfaction while SocialBenefits partially significantly influence customer satisfaction BNI Sharia Bank canimprove customer satisfaction with more emphasis on Social Benefits variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background, level of religiosity, andsuitability of the department on employee performance at the Bank Muamalat Indonesia Bekasi branch.The independent variable consists of Educational Background, Religiosity Level, and DepartmentSuitability, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This study uses primary dataobtained from the questionnaire or questionnaire that has been filled in by all employees of BankMuamalat Indonesia Bekasi Branch who were sampled. The analytical methods used in this researchare the Data Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis,Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test), andHypothesis Test (T-Test, F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination). From the results of the t-test, itcan be concluded that partially the variables of Educational Background, Religiosity Level, andDepartment Suitability (Dummy) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.And from the results of the F-test, it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of educationalbackground, level of religiosity, and conformity of the department have a positive effect on employeeperformance.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banks this time, the quality of service and customer satisfaction isa key factor that will become a competitive advantage of a company. Therefore a company is largelydetermined by the ability of banks to provide the best quality service compared to its competitors.This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The object of this research is BPRS Harta InsanKarimah Branch Of Cikarang. While the subject is a customer of BPRS Harta Insan Karimah BranchOf Cikarang, amounting to 5 (five) people with 1 (one) the informant of BPRS Harta Insan KarimahBranch Of Cikarang. Methods of data collection by observation, interview and documentation. Forvalidation data using triangulation sources. Data analysis techniques there are three, namely: DataReduction, Presentation Of Data, and nteresting Conclusion and Verification. These results indicatethat (1) the service quality of BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Branch Of Cikarang is quite satisfactory forour customers. However,there are still factors that make customers feel quite satisfied, namely on timeconstraints. (2) There are four factors that determine the quality service pick-up of savings productson customer satisfaction at BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Branch Of Cikarang, namely Responsivness,Reliability, Assurance, and finally Emphaty (Empathy). (3) The quality level of savings product pick-upon customer satisfaction is carried out by BPRS HIK Cikarang Branch, namely by providing the bestquality service and fulfilling customer desires with that customers will be satisfied with the servicesprovided by BPRS HIK Cikarang Officers.

Abstract

Posbindu Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) belum terbentuk di Desa Rambeanak. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pencegahan dan mengendalikan penyakit tersebut adalah pemberdayaan kader kesehatan desa, melalui Posbindu PTM. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menginisiasi pembentukan Posbindu PTM untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi warga memeriksakan kesehatannya. Strategi yang digunakan adalah dengan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan kegiatan serta monitoring evaluasi kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif, model Participatory Rural Apraissal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Rambeanak selama kurun waktu 2 bulan melalui kerja sama dengan Puskesmas Mungkid. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa terbentuknya pengurus Posbindu PTM yang disahkan melalui SK Kepala Desa pada 15 orang kader dari 3 dusun, pelatihan pada kader Posbindu tentang penyakit tidak menular dan pencegahannya, manajemen Posbindu PTM, terapi akupresur pada PTM, pelatihan penggunaan alat pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan simulasi 5 meja Posbindu PTM. Setelah itu dilakukan pendampingan pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM sebanyak 3 kali di Dusun Ponggok, Dusun Rambeanak 5 dan Dusun Jambean. Hasil evaluasi berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dari pre-test pada nilai cukup 67% menjadi 0%, nilai baik dari 33% menjadi 53%, sedangkan nilai sangat baik dari 0% menjadi 47%. Pada kegiatan pendampingan, seluruh kader sudah terampil menggunakan alat pemeriksaan kesehatan dan melakukan wawancara dan konseling. Partisipasi warga juga tinggi, tiap kegiatan warga yang memeriksakan diri sekitar 30 orang. Dengan demikian, pembentukan kader Posbindu PTM dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader serta meningkatkan partisipasi warga dalam pemeriksaan kesehatannya.

Abstract

The study analyzed the financial performance conditions of BJB Syariah Bank before and afterthe implementation of GCG through measurement variables of ROA, BOPO, and CAR. The methodused to obtain research data is quantitative data methods. The ratios used to measure the financialperformance of Bank BJB Syariah are ROA, BOPO, CAR. Data analysis in this study is using datanormality test and hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. Nowadays it shows that the financialperformance condition of Bank BJB Syariah for ROA after the application of GCG is better than theROA before the implementation of GCG with an average ROA after 0.0500%> than the average ROAbefore GCG which is 0.0150%. BOPO after GCG implementation is better than BOPO before GCGimplementation with an average BOPO after GCG 111.2500%> than the average BOPO before GCG9.5000%. CAR before GCG implementation is better than CAR after GCG implementation with anaverage CAR before GCG 34.5000%> than the average CAR after GCG 18.5000%. Based on theresults of the data normality test that has been done, it is found that the data is normally distributed.Hypothesis test results using the Paired Sample t-test, namely for the ROA ratio there is no significantdifference to the financial performance of BJB Syariah Bank before and after the implementation ofGCG with a significance value of ROA 0.015> 0.05. There is no significant difference in the BOPOratio on the financial performance of Bank BJB Syariah before and after the implementation ofGCG with a significance value of BOPO 0.226> 0.05. The CAR ratio is a significant difference tothe financial performance of Bank BJB Syariah before and after the implementation of GCG with asignificant value of CAR, namely 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for IslamicCommercial Banks using the Islamic Social Reporting Index (ISR) method. The research period usedis 2016-2019. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population includes all IslamicCommercial Banks (BUS) that publish Annual Reports on their respective websites during the 2016-2019 period. The sample was determined by purposive sampling and obtained 13 Islamic CommercialBanks. The results of this study indicate that of the 13 Islamic Commercial Banks disclosed during2016-2019 that each bank has a different level of disclosure. Bank Mumalat Indonesia and BankSyariah Mandiri received the title Very Informative while Bank Panin Dubai Syariah, Bank AcehSyariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, BCA Syariah, Mega Syariah, BJB Syariah produced Informativepredicate. Meanwhile, BTPN Syariah, Bukopin Syariah, Bank Net Syariah and Bank Victoria Syariahreceived the title of Less Informative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine “The Effectiveness of the Subsidized Housing Programon KPR BTN Sejahtera IB Products (Case Study: Bank Tabungan Negara Bekasi Sharia BranchOffice)”, this research includes field research (field research) with qualitative methods and supportedby library research (library research). ) relating to the effectiveness of the subsidized housing programon KPR BTN Sejahtera IB products. Data collection techniques for this study consisted of observation,interviews, and documentation. As well as data analysis techniques for this thesis research usingtechniques: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Measurement of effectiveness,seen from three factors, namely: first, convenience, second, target accuracy, and third, affordability.Based on the results of the research, it shows the effectiveness of the subsidized KPR program, namelythe convenience factor because the requirements, processes, forms of service, and administrative costshave been effective and affordable because it is easy for the public to obtain information about KPRBTN Sejahtera IB at Bank Tabungan Negara Bekasi Sharia Branch Office, monthly installments. ,details and total costs during the contract that are not burdensome, payment facilities have helpedcustomers, and there are no sanctions or fines if they experience arrears in payments every month,while the ineffectiveness is seen in the factor of the accuracy of targeting because many customerswho take the subsidized housing program are not occupied but only for investment. Therefore, it mustbe improved in all its aspects in order to produce optimal effectiveness for the subsidized housingprogram on the KPR BTN Sejahtera IB product at the Bekasi Sharia Branch Office State Savings Bank.
