Abstract

The problems that occur are a lot of data contained in village financial institutions, which raises difficulties in terms of village budgeting and expenditure, so it is necessary to implement an a priori algorithm for data on village income and expenditure budgets. The method that will be used in this study is Apriori by analyzing the village income and expenditure budget data. The formation of association rules is obtained by determining the minimum support value of 2% and minimum confidence of 50%. The association rule with the smallest support score and the highest value of confidence, which is 100%, becomes the rule chosen for the reference of bundling strategies in village expenditure items. Apriori Algorithms can be applied to support the Village Expenditure Budget Item. Planning and spending of the Village Budget Item is greatly assisted by the application of this Priori algorithm so that the effectiveness is expected to be increased. The application of the Apriori algorithm which is done through software designed has been shown to show the appropriate results. This is proven by calculating the value of support and confidence which shows the same results.

Abstract

Klasifikasi adalah sebuah teknik untuk menentukan keanggotaan kelompok berdasarkan data-data yang sudah ada. Penentuan pemilihan penerima bantuan rumah sehat hanya di putuskan melalui forum musyawarah desa sehingga membutuhkan ketelitian dalam pemenuhan kriteria dan syarat penerima bantuan rumah sehat. Pada pengumpulan data, data yang didapatkan memiliki 11 kriteria di antaranya yaitu nama kepala keluarga, pekerjaan, usia pernikahan status perkawinan, jumlah anggota keluarga, status kepemilikan tanah, atap, langit-langit, lantai, dinding dan jamban. Tahap pengujian menggunakan 114 record data. Keakurasian dari hasil uji coba menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan C4.5 ditinjau dari dua parameter yaitu X-Validation dan jumlah data training. Nilai keakurasian hasil klasifikasi yang ditinjau dari parameter Algoritma C4.5 mendapatkan nilai akurasi yang tertinggi dengan tingkat akurasi 96.51% dibandingkan dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95,61%.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing the Repository application, initially the system was more directed to journal searches, did not provide reading access rights, no journal download feature and the information was still incomplete so that it would be developed using Android-based technology. Through this research, it is hoped that the journal search process wil be much more this application was developed using the SDLC system development method or Software Development Life Cycle which has several stage, namely Planning, Analysis, Design and Implementation. By using system testing Black-box type Boundry Value Analysis/Limit Testing. The result of this research are in the form of an Android-based library repository application software.
