Abstract

Research aimed at knowing kinds, concentration, and application time of botanical fungicides on development of anthracnose in vitro and in vivo, and organoleptic test on postharvest banana. The in vitro test was arranged by factorial based on Completely Randomized Design with kinds of the fungicides, i.e., leaves extract of neem, soursop, or pepper betle as the first factor and concentration as the second one. The in vivo one was designed with Split-Split Plot Design, as main plot, subplot, and sub-subplot were kinds of the fungicides, injury or inoculation, and application time, respectively. Result of the research pointed out that leaves extract of pepper betle 30% had the same ability to suppress anthracnose fungus in vitro with benomyl. However, the leaves extract of neem 30% given before injury or inoculation was the best treatment to decrease the disease as 63.13%. The botanical fungicides did not affect aroma, color, and taste of banana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui suhu yang efektif menurunkan  viabilitas benih, (2) mengetahui lama penderaan yang efektif menurunkan viabilitas benih, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi suhu dan lama penderaan yang efektif menurunkan viabilitas benih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Jatimulyo dan Laboratorium Benih Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung pada bulan Juni 2012 sampai Agustus 2012. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah faktorial (2x6) dalam rancangan kelompok teracak sempurna (RKTS) dengan faktor utama adalah suhu 39°C dan 41°C dan faktor kedua adalah lama penderaan yang terdiri dari: 0 jam (kontrol), 24 jam, 48 jam, 72 jam, 96 jam dan 120 jam. Jika asumsi terpenuhi analisis data dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh lama penderaan nyata menurunkan viabilitas benih buncis, sedangkan pengaruh suhu dan pengaruh interaksi suhu dan lama penderaan memberikan pengaruhtidak nyata. Viabilitas benih buncis sudah menurun secara nyata setelah didera selama 24 jam yang ditunjukkan oleh variabel kecepatan perkecambahan, sedangkan variabel kecambah normal total, kecambah normal kuat, dan benih mati mengalami penurunan viabilitas setelah didera selama 48 jam.

Abstract

Path analysis is one of the causal analysis and is an advanced analysis of correlation and regression studies. Path analysis is the development of correlation analysis that explains the closeness of the relationship between characters by way of outlining correlation coefficients into direct and indirect effects. This research was aimed to obtain information on the direct and indirect effects of agronomic characteristics on the production. This research uses Siti Maysaroh research data entitled “The Effect Of NPK Fertilizer On the Growth And Production Of Four Soybean Varieties (Glycine max (L.) Merr)”.  The data that have been obtained will then be analyzed using path analysis method. Data is analyzed using microsoft excel program. The results of this study show the difference between the two models, namely: on the way of fertilizer feeding two variables that directly affect the yield of soybean production is the weight of 100 grains, whereas On the way of giving a one-time fertilizer variables that directly affect the yield of soybean production is the number of pod

Abstract

Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) is a mechanism that can be used to segment network in switch equipment. With the trunking method, the switch can be connected with the router to connect all the VLANs. Through this way existing network equipment can be optimized to support network services.The research is aimed to analyze the current network at SMK Negeri Takeran and optimize the network by proposing changes to the design and use of VLAN. The methodology used in this study is the NDLC method of analysis, design, simulation prototyping, implementation and simulation, monitoring, management.Then the results achieved is to reduce existing problems by building a VLAN network that will reduce the congestion and broadcast domains so as to improve the existing network quality in SMK Negeri Takeran. The conclusion of this research is SMK Negeri Takeran with VLAN able to overcome the problems of congestion and broadcast domain and facilitate network monitoring.Keyword : NDLC, Quality of Service, availability  performance, Delay dan packet loss.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the number of plants per hole on seed vigor of all sorghum varieties. Experiment is prepared by treatment with randomized block design (RAK) and repeated three times to do to achieve that goal. The first factor is the number of plants per hole that is 1 plant / hole (p1), 2 plants / hole (p2), 3 plants / holes (p3), and 4 plants / hole (p4). The second factor is the variety Numbu (g1), Keller (g2), and Wray (g3). The seed that had been harvested from each of the combination treatments in the test vigornya through germination test method Rolled Paper Test (UKD). Prior to germinate, seeds treated quickly with imbibition pengusangan on rice paper damp ethanol 8%. The results showed that the population of one plant per hole produces seeds with higher vigor than those harvested from other populations. Numbu varieties produce seeds with higher vigor than varieties Keller and Wray especially on untreated seed pengusangan quickly. Population 1 plant per hole produces the best vigor compared with a population of 2, 3 and 4 plants per hole on the three varieties of sorghum seed. Abstract

INTISARIAndroid merupakan salah satu sistem operasi untuk perangkat mobile yang mempunyai pengguna terbanyak pada saat ini. Berdasarkan data Statista.com pada rentang waktu antara bulan Januari 2012 sampai bulan Juli tahun 2017 sistem operasi Android telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat dimana saat ini sudah mengusai 73,39% pangsa pasar didunia[1]. Dari data International Data Corporation (IDC) pada semester 1 tahun 2017 sebanyak 292 juta perangkat Android didistribusikan ke seluruh dunia dimana dari jumlah itu sebanya 90% perangkat sudah dibekali dengan sistem GPS[2]. Dengan adanya GPS memudahkan pengguna smartphone untuk menjangkau lokasi-lokasi dimana informasi berada. Di Indonesia  berdasarkan data dari Technasia pengguna smartphone pada tahun 2018 diperkirakan sebanyak 100 juta pengguna aktif.[3]Informasi lokasi bengkel tambal ban merupakan informasi yang sangat penting bagi pengendara kendaraan beroda (baik itu sepeda, sepeda motor maupun mobil). Hal ini terkait dengan permasalahan ban bocor yang merupakan hal wajar karena bagian dari resiko. Pada umumnya apabila terjadi masalah ban bocor pengendara akan bertanya kepada lingkungan sekitar untuk mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Hasilnya ada dua kemungkinan, mendapat informasi lokasi tempat tambal ban atau tidak ada yang mengetahui. Apalagi jika hal itu terjadi daerah asing yang belum ketahui.Sebuah aplikasi untuk smartphone yang berbasiskan GPS untuk mencari lokasi bengkel tambal ban tentu saja akan menjadi solusi yang sangat tepat bagi para pengendara yang mempunyai smartphone. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi mobile yang bersifat interaktif yang dapat diinstall pada smarphone berbasiskan sistem operasi android dimana pengguna aplikasi nantinya dapat melihat lokasi tempat menambal terdekat dari posisinya berada dan dapat menambahkan lokasi tambal ban yang belum tercatat didalam aplikasi.Kata Kunci :  Location Based Service, Google API, Web Service, Android, Maps Google ABSTRACTAndroid is one of the operating system for mobile devices that have the most users at this time. In Indonesia based on data from Technasia smartphone users in 2018 is estimated as many as 100 million active users.Information on the location of the tire repair shop is very important information for wheeled motorists (be it bicycles, motorcycles or cars). This is related to the leak tire problem which is normal because part of the risk. In general, if there is a problem leaking tires rider will ask the surrounding environment to get the information. The result is two possibilities, get information about the location of the tire or no one knows. Especially if it happens unfamiliar areas.An app for a GPS-based smartphone to locate a tire repair workshop would certainly be the perfect solution for riders who have smartphones. The result of this research is an interactive mobile application that can be installed on smarphone based on android operating system where application users can see the location of the nearest patch from its position and can add the location of tire that has not been recorded in the application.Keywords : Location Based Service, Google API, Web Service, Android, Maps Google

Abstract

 INTISASIPenelitian dengan studi kasus pada PT Jogja Rekayasa Engineering ini adalah sebuah pengembangan dari aplikasi pencatatan keuangan, yang termasuk di dalamnya, kontrak, rencana anggaran proyek, rencana anggaran belanja, beserta  data vendor, juga pekerjaan dan barang yang di supply. menjadi suatu tolok ukur pengambilan keputusan pemilihan vendor supplier yang tepat bagi perusahaan PT. Jogja Rekayasa Engineering yang sebelumnya sudah di implementasikan dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Proses penelitan memanfaatkan metode Fuzzy C-Means untuk klasterisasi pada data yang di ambil dari database aplikasi, penelitian ini di harapkan agar perusahaan dapat memilih serta menentukan supplier mana yang terbaik untuk dapat menjalin kerja sama, dengan memanfaatkan beberapa variabel pengukuran yang tersedia dari banyaknya data yang sudah di klaster. Penelitian sendiri akan berupa simulasi data yang besar untuk proses clustering itu sendiri. Ketika proses cluster dengan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means sudah berjalan seperti yang di harapkan, kemudian akan ditanamkan pada fitur aplikasi perusahaan untuk menentukan keputusan pemilihan vendor, yang akan di kerjakan oleh tim web developer mereka.                             Kata Kunci — SPK, Clustering, FCM, Fuzzy, Supplier, Vendor. ABSTRACTThis research with case study at PT Jogja Engineering Engineering is a development of financial recording application, including contract, project budget plan, budget plan, beside the vendor data, also work and goods in supply. become a benchmark decision making vendor selection appropriate supplier for company PT. Jogja Engineering Engineering which previously been implemented with web-based applications. The research process utilizes the Fuzzy C-Means method for clustering the data taken from the application database, this research is expected to enable the company to choose and determine which supplier is best to be able to work together, by utilizing several measurement variables available from the number of data already in the cluster. The research itself will be a large data simulation for the cluster-ing process itself. When the cluster process with the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm is already running as expected, then it will be embedded in the enterprise application features to determine the vendor selection decision, which will be done by their web developer team.Keyword – DSS, Clustering, FCM, Fuzzy, Supplier, Vendor..

Abstract

INTISARISistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah Sistem Informasi yang berdasar pada data keruangan dan merepresentasikan obyek di bumi [6]. Dalam SIG sendiri teknologi informasi merupakan perangkat yang membantu dalam menyimpan data, memproses data, menganalisa data, mengelola data dan menyajikan informasi [2]. SIG merupakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi yang menolong dalam me-maintain data tentang lingkungan dalam bidang geografis.Narkoba (singkatan dari Narkotika, Psikotropika dan Bahan Adiktif berbahaya lainnya) adalah bahan/zat yang jika dimasukan dalam tubuh manusia, baik secara oral/diminum, dihirup, maupun disuntikan, dapat mengubah pikiran, suasana hati atau perasaan, dan perilaku seseorang. Narkoba dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan (adiksi) fisik dan psikologis.Saat ini pengguna narkoba  meningkat sangat pesat, peredaran nya yang sampai ke pelosok-pelosok daerah, sangat meresahkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, maka pada penelitian ini di harapkan dapat melihat dan mengetahui daerah mana saja di Sumatra Utara yang memiliki tingkat pengguna Narkoba tertinggi, dan bisa dilihat dari hasil visualisasi peta yang dikerjakan menggunakan ArGIS 10.2 Untuk keakuratan peta sebaran Narkoba, penelitian ini di uji testing  system  menggunakan Metode Matrix Error. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memetakan sebaran narkoba dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang menghasilkan laporan rancangan system berbentuk dokumen, menghasilkan data visualisasi peta. Dan dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi yang baik mengenai jumlah pasien narkoba di wilayah Sumatra Utara, agar nantinya Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) dalam melakukan penyuluhan tidak salah sasaran. GIS is a computerized system that helps me maintain the data about the environment in the field of geography.Drugs (abbreviation of Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive other hazardous materials) are materials / substances which when administered in the human body, either orally / drunk, inhaled, or injected, can change his mind, mood or feeling, and behavior. Drugs can cause dependence (addiction) physical and psychological.Currently the drug users is rapidly increasing, the circulation of its up to the outposts area, devastating the whole society, so in this study is expected to see and know which areas in North Sumatra that have high levels of drug users is highest, and can be seen map visualization of results is done using ARGIS 10.2 for the most accurate map of the distribution of drugs, this study tested using the testing system Matrix Error method.The purpose of this study to map the distribution of drugs in a Geographic Information System (GIS) that generates a report form system design documents, generate data map visualization. And from this study can provide good information about the number of patients the drug in North Sumatra region, so that later the National Narcotics Agency in conducting counseling is not misplaced.Key Word : Geographic Information System, Drugs, Matrix Error Method

Abstract

INTISARI Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan di Jawa Tengah kususnya di daerah purworejo berkembang dengan pesat. SMK VIP Purworejo saat ini menggunakan sistem informasi penjadwalan berbasis web. Jumlah mata pelajaran yang banyak dan sering berubah sewaktu-waktu sering menimbulkan masalah. Banyaknya jumlah mata pelajaran dan guru yang mengajar maka akan semakin membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengetahui mata pelajaran yang diampu oleh guru tersebut dan untuk mengetahui jam mengajar. View merupakan virtual table dimana isinya (kolom dan baris) didefinisikan dari satu query yang dapat melibatkan beberapa tabel sekaligus. Tujuan dari pembuatan view adalah untuk kenyamanan (mempermudah penulisan query), untuk keamanan (menyembunyikan beberapa kolom yang bersifat rahasia), atau bisa digunakan untuk mempercepat proses menampilkan data (terutama jika kita akan menjalankan query tersebut secara berulang). Eksekusi query basisdata membutuhkan response time. Apabila query yang dieksekusi membutuhkan response time yang lama, maka performansi basisdata berkurang. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan performansi basisdata adalah dengan menerapkan view.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efisiensi sintak dan performa kecepatan dengan menggunakan query join dan view.Kata Kunci? Database, Optimasi query, view ABSTRACT The development of education technology in Central Java kususnya in the region purworejo growing rapidly. SMK VIP Purworejo currently uses web-based scheduling information system. The number of subjects that are overwhelming and often changing at times often creates problems. The large number of subjects and teachers who teach it will take a long time to find out the subjects being taught by the teacher and to know the hours of teaching. View is a virtual table where the contents (columns and rows) are defined from a single query that can involve multiple tables at once. The purpose of view creation is for convenience (ease of writing queries), for security (hiding some secret columns), or can be used to speed up the process of displaying data (especially if we will run the query repeatedly). Database query execution requires response time. If the query that is executed requires a long response time, then the performance of the database is reduced. One way to improve database performance is by applying view. The purpose of this research is to know the efficiency of syntax and speed performance by using join and view query.Keywords- Database, query optimization, view
