Abstract

PT.Tatalogam Lestari is a company engaged in the manufacture of metal tiles. In terms of procurement of raw materials, the company has several suppliers. Fulfillment of anticipation aspect on raw material requirements often changes with uncertain deviation. This situation led the company on the issue of supplier selection. Wrong decision on selecting suppliers has negative impact on the quality of raw materials, which will certainly have an impact on the company's losses. Therefore, it takes a decision support system that can perform supplier selection for PT. Tatalogam Lestari. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to provide ranking value for each supplier.
