Abstract

Laboratory of Prof.Dr.Soerojo Magelang Mental Hospital is medical support installation that has a function of serving the community to carry out examinations in diagnosing, healing, and recovering diseases. Operational and productivity in the laboratory need to be supported by good inventory management. However, this laboratory has several problems in inventory management. The main problem is finding a stock card to use an item which take a lot of time, so that the officers often make use of the item even before writing it in the stock card, it causses disrepancy between the physical data and data in the list. In the other hand, the receipt data records is written conventionally inside a book which causes the records to be piled up. Because of there are too many number of item, makes the recapitulation of the received and used items will be prone to errors. To reduce these problems, a system that could manage laboratory inventory should be developed. This system was developed based on web and using codeigniter framework with progressive web application technology to provide easy access. This research resulted in 91 functional needs and 1 non-functional needs with the features of managing demand, receipt, use, and report. The results of the system testing on unit testing produced valid status in 3 sample units, integration testing produced valid status, validation testing produced valid status on 91 needs and the alternatives, and compatibility testing shows that the system is free from critical issues so means that the system meet the compatibility aspect.

Abstract

There are some documents in official trip, namely official trip orders, official orders and reports on results and finances that are done manually, take a lot of time, writing errors and duplication of incoming data often occurs. In addition, there is the possibility of missing data. Then there is not enough evidence for employees did official travel. Therefore this study will discuss the data collection for each available file and monitoring of each employee. Employees submit official trips and reports during official trips which will then be stored in a database which can then be checked by the administration, treasurer and school principal. The system was developed using PHP 7.2 and JavaScript. The method used is the waterfall because it has a development flow to find out the needs of teachers, principals, administration and treasurers directly and fulfill the needs clearly. Data collection is done by interview. Unit testing, integrating and validating are a test wich will be conducted for functional needs. While compatibility is used for non-functional testing by using sortsite which the result can be accessed by several different web browser.

Abstract

This sponsorship and partnership search engine was initially designed to bring companies and communities together. Sponsorship is a form of financial support from a company to ensure the success of an upcoming event, which in return will help the company to gain awareness and good image through the event. However, there are many obstacles that communities often encounter. One being the difficulties in finding accurate information of the sponsor. As for the company, in order to settle into an agreement to support an event, must acquire detailed information regarding the event itself and take many factors into consideration. To solve the issues, a website is built to showcase not only a list of sponsors, but also list of events that might need one. That way, the product offer as well as the aim of the event will be shown clearly. This research is conducted using Object Oriented approach, with MVC [Model - View - Controller] design protocol, and will be developed using the waterfall methode. The sytem development will be conducted through MySQL database. The research has been succesfully tested through unit test, integrated test, validation test, and compatibility test. The entire research has been successfully conducted according to the previous design and analysis.

Abstract

Abstrak E-Kiosk adalah suatu sistem vending machine informasi bagi publik yang dapat diakses kapanpun pada umumnya tersedia di tempat-tempat publik. Secara umum e-Kiosk terdiri dari tiga kategori besar :Information Kiosk, Transaction Kiosk, dan Multimedia Kiosk. E-Kiosk dalam perkembangannya telah menjadi suatu fasilitas akses publik yang interaktif (self-service), terhubung dalam suatu sistem jaringan infonnasi terpusat dalam LAN (Local Area Network), Intranet, bahkan Internet. Dengan terhubungnya e-Kiosk dalam jaringan, maka diperlukan aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melayani fungsie-Kiosk selama 24 jam oleh suatu server. Hal ini mutlak diperlukan mengingat fungsi utama e-Kiosk yang selalu standby dan selalu diakses oleh publik kapanpun dan dimanapun.Selain itu, juga diperlukan suatu manajemen trafik jaringan e-Kiosk tersebut agar dapat memberikan layanan yang memuaskan kepada publik. Pada Penelitian ini akan dilakukan rancang bangun server jaringan e-Kiosk (Multi Client e-Kiosk) yang dapat melakukan fungsi memberikan informasi dan akses administrasi akademik di lingkungan PTIIK kepada civitas akademik. Kata kunci: Kiosk, sistem informasi akademik Abstract E-Kiosk is a vending machine system for public information that can be accessed anytime in general available in public places. In general, e-Kiosk consists of three major categories: Information Kiosk, Transaction Kiosk, and Multimedia Kiosk. E-Kiosk in its development has become an interactive public access facilities (self-service), connected in a network system, The information centralized within a LAN (Local Area Network), Intranet, and even Internet. By e-Kiosk interlinked in a network, it is necessary to web-based applications that can serve fungsie-Kiosk for 24 hours by a server. It is absolutely necessary given the major functions of e-Kiosk is always standby and always accessible to the public whenever and wherever. It also required a traffic management e-Kiosk networking order to provide a satisfactory service to the public. This research will be conducted on the design of e-Kiosk network server (Multi Client e-Kiosk) that can perform the function of providing information and access to the academic administration, PTIIK and the academic community. Abstract

With the ICT should be able to be utilized as possible because it can provide greater benefits in life as well as in developing business for companies and entrepreneurs. In this study, the author takes a case study at RM Pecel Pincuk Bu Tinuk which has constraints in running its business process and in collecting information in the form of income, expenditure and stock from each outlet. The owner recaps the sales report of the product by collecting cash register tape, causing the owner to do his own bookkeeping to manually recap. While in the business process occurs inefficiency in terms of throwing food order information between the cashier and kitchen workers. Therefore in this research make a point of sale system which is integrated between each outlet. Aiming for owner to view information in real time and accurate without having to make bookkeeping that spend a lot of time. With the stage of performing the requirement analysis in accordance with the identification of problems that have been collected and then design and implement the system. In the implementation stage, the writer uses the CodeIgniter framework that embraces MVC (Model-View-Controller) and javascript language to support the web to be more attractive. In this study also performed functional testing, whitebox and blackbox and non-functional testing in order to be proven that the system is running well without any errors that will occur in the future. The results of the tests that have been done resulted in a 100% success rate

Abstract

Requirement engineering is the initial stages of software engineering activities, where requirements elicited and analyzed. Requirement prioritization is an important process in requirement engineering that can determine the success of a software development project. Requirement prioritization activities can choose which requirements are important and less important, so the resource of the development team can focus on solving the key problem first so that resources are not wasted to solve a less urgent problem. MVGB (Majority Voting Goal Based) is a requirements prioritization method that takes into account the value given by each stakeholder as well as the dependency value of a requirement. This system of prioritizing software requirements using MVGB method is a system that provides a place to elicit and prioritize requirements by involving selected stakeholders using web technologies. The system has 46 functional requirements that are useful for elicitation, observation, and prioritization of requirements, the system has been tested with unit testing for 3 major system functions, integration testing for 3 pairs of system main classes, and validation testing for all requirements, the test yield a valid value for all test cases.

Abstract

Events can be defined as activities that are held to celebrate the important things throughout human life both individually and in groups (Noor, 2013). Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Brawijaya (FIA UB) is really active in organizing events such as seminars, workshops and competitions. There is an event proposal submission procedure for holding an event in FIA UB. The event proposal submission procedure is different and it depends on who is the event organizer, what resources are required and the where the event will be held. There are some problems that arise in the process of event proposal submission in FIA UB. From the event organizers perspective, they don’t know the status of the submission of the event proposals that they have submitted, they also don’t know the status of the venue’s availability and many of event organizer do not know the flow of the event submission. From perspective of the General and Equipment Subdivision, the checking of venue’s availability and recording of venue’s reservation that are still performed manually in files is less efficient and time-consuming. So, the author have a solution to make an application called Event Management application. This Event Management application will be implemented using Node.js, Express.js framework and SemanticUI. The testing conducted using unit, validation and browser compatibility testing methods. In unit testing, all of independent paths tested and all of them are valid. The validation testing also shows result 100% valid. While browser compatibility testing shows that this application can be run without missing functionality in Microsoft Edge, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox and Opera.

Abstract

The choice of strategic business locations will affect the success of business activities that will be implemented. While, the people often gets some problems when they are determining the right business potential in the search location. These problems occurred in Malang Regency, when people or investors are determining potentially business areas, they don’t have any consideration for the appropriate and profitable locations from existing land resources. For example, they are currently not able to get any informations about the mapping of the business potential digitally (spatial data). To solve these problems, a system that can provide geographic information as well as perform analysis for making decision about recommendations of business potential location is required. That information can be realized by utilizing Geographichs Information System (GIS) technology and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This system has been successfully tested using the white-box testing method for unit testing and the result is there are 6 independent-paths from Analisis Kriteria Class, 6 independent-paths from Analisis Alternatif Class, and 14 independent-paths from Ranking Class while the black-box testing method used for validation testing and the result is very good 100% (valid).

Abstract

The success of the software depends on the selection of needs that are prioritized properly. Priority needs are considered as one of the most important approaches in the process of needs engineering. needs prioritization is used to determine the bookings or the schedules to carry out the needs based on their priorities or interests with respect to the stakeholders' point of view. There are various techniques and methods that have been proposed by the researchers. In this study, the researcher applies the priority method proposed by Jim Azar, Randy K. Smith, and David Cordes to prioritized the software needs which only use a core business value. The Value-Oriented method Prioritization is a method that emphasizes the main business value in the process of determining the priority, using an ordinal scale according to how important the business in the company is. the risk of the business carried on by the company is also identified and given a positive value for weighting the business core, while a negative value for weighting the risk. This application has been tested for functional and non functional requirements, functional requirements using black-box testing, namely validation testing, and white box testing, namely unit testing and integration and non functional requirements using compatibility testing with the help of sortsite software with the result of not getting critical issues in many browsers and acuuracy testing, so it can be concluded that it gets a valid results.

Abstract

SMK YP-17-1 Malang is an organization that operates a formal education. It holds a vocational education on a senior-high grade as a continuation from Junior high (SMP, MTS or any comparable junior high). As an organization that holds a formal education, it is imperative for SMK YP 17-1 to implement any govermental policy in its operation. In the process, there will be problems such as difficulties on implementing the dynamically changing curriculum and the problem of developing the staff's proffesionalism. Based on that fact, we need the skill, cooperation, and feedback among teachers on their daily routine so that they can share their knowledge. Hence, need to implemented a software to manage education/training process and also acts as a web-based information gateway for Training of trainers system. The completed system uses CodeIgniter framework that implements Waterfall development cycle and fulfills the functional requirement with 100% validation percentage. All three of the main feature has a complexity level under 21 which proves that this system can be operated with easy maintenance. Moreover, user satisfaction value reaches 84.17% which indicates that the completed system is categorized as "good" and has an adjective value of "B".
