Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the correlation of visionary leadership and self efficacy to teachers work productivity. This study is conducted in primary public school in District of Tamansari. The study population is 168 teachers and the number of sample is 118 teachers decided by proportional random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data analysis technique applied correlation regression partial and multiple. The result shows that there is positive correlation between vissionary leadership and teachers work productivity (the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,530 and the detemination coefficient r2 y1=0,281), there is positive correlation between self efficacy and teachers work productivity (the correlation coefficient ry2 =0,472 and the determination coefficient r2 y2=0,222), and there is positive correlation of visionary leadership and self efficacy to teachers work productivity (the correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,562 and the determination coefficient R2 y.12= 0,316). Based on the result, it can be concluded that the teachers work productivity could be enhanced through visionary leadership and self efficacy either partially or concurrently.Keyword: teachers work productivity, visionary leadership, self efficacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan meneliti variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranya yaitu kompetensi pedagogik dan teamwork berdasarkan metode kuantitatif. Kompetensi pedagogik dan teamwork sebagai variabel bebas sedangkan variabel terikat adalah efektivitas pembelajaran. P enelitian ini mengkaitkan lingkup unit analisis, yaitu guru SMK swasta yang berstatus Guru Tetap Yayasan (GTY) di Kecamatan Cibungbulang Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2018. Populasi berjumlah 168 orang dengan jumlah sampel 119 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data dengan menyebar angket dan menggunakan likert. Teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi regresi parsial dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (ry1) = 0,201 dan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara teamwork dan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (ry2) = 0,759, dan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dan teamwork secara bersama-sama dengan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan koefisien korelasi (ry12) = 0,769. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan melalui kompetensi pedagogik dan teamwork. Abstract

This research applies quantitative research with correlational approach. This study outlines how the productivity of teachers work can be improved, by researching and seeking relationships between: 1) transformational leadership of principals with teacher work productivity, 2) organizational culture with teacher work productivity, 3) transformational leadership and organizational culture together equal to teacher work productivity. This research was conducted at private vocational school in Cibinong Sub-district, Bogor Regency in Year 2018. The number of population in this study is 240 with the number of samples of 150. Data were collected from a questionnaire with Rating Scale. The analysis technique uses partial regression and multiple correlation. The research finding points out three conclusions that is: first, there is positive and significant correlation between transformational leadership with teacher work productivity. Second, there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational culture with teacher work productivity. Third, There is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture together with teacher work productivity.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Teacher Productivity
