Abstract

Muara Sungai Bang di Kabupaten Malang mengalami pendangkalan di mulut sungai diiringi dengan penyempitan sungai yang dapat mengganggu lalu lintas kapal nelayan saat air surut dan dapat mengakibatkan banjir saat air pasang yang dapat merugikan penduduk karena sebagian besar daerah tersebut digunakan sebagai pelabuhan ikan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju sedimentasi di muara, sehingga dapat memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah pendangkalan dan penyempitan muara.Berdasarkan perhitungan gelombang diperoleh bahwa gelombang dominan berasal dari arah Selatan. Berdasarkan perhitungan angkutan sedimen pada muara Sungai Bang sebesar 15369,728 m3/th;sedangkan angkutan sedimen pantai sebesar 66042,94 m3/tahun dari arah selatan dan 73790,85 m3/tahun dariarah utara. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa angkutan sedimen yang mempengaruhi muara berasal dari angkutan sedimen sungai dengan volume budget sedimen per tahun sebesar 23117,64 m3. Oleh karenaitu diperlukan bangunan jeti sebagai bangunan pengatur sedimen di muara.Bangunan jeti direncanakan dengan panjang 480 m, ketinggian 9,7 m dari dasar laut dengan usiaguna 16 tahun. Strategi pengelolaan muara sungai terbaik yang dapat dilakukan untuk menanggulangi masalah sedimentasi di Sungai Bang adalah dengan mulut sungai terbuka.Kata kunci : Muara, Gelombang, Sedimen, Jeti

Abstract

The physical hydraulic model carried out in the laboratory is intended to determine the hydraulic behavior of the flow in hydraulic structures. The aim of Hydraulic model test of Sakagilas Dam spillway is to determine the flow profile that occurs in spillway system, including flow depth, velocity, water flow pressure, and Froude numbers. Also to find out the hydraulic performance of side spillway design, transition channel, chute way channel, energy dissipator, and escape channel. Investigation of water flow pressure in the spillway system (side channel spillway, transition channel, and especially chute way channel) was measured and analyzed to determine the condition of structure safety against cavitation and vibration flow.The spillway of Saka Gilas Dam is a side channel spillway (Fixed+Gated) with an Ogee spillway. The shape of the side spillway is circular quarter circle (45⁰). Preliminary observations on the physical model test are carried out under the condition of Original Design, which if there is a poor flow hydraulic behavior, design modifications will be made. The design modification is intended to get the best flow hydraulic behavior, according to the standard design criteria for the side channel spillway system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effects in terms of technical and economic optimization if done the pipe and the pump head and the simulation of water pricing on water supply systems network in the Kademangan District Blitar Regency. While the purpose of this study contribute ideas to the relevant agencies so that it can be used as a reference whether for optimization and simulation of network systems providing clean water, decent built or not.The method used in this study is the analysis of water network with watercad software in order to obtain the total project cost incurred economic analysis was then performed to determine the magnitude of benefits that can be obtained after the project was built involved the comparison of Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C = 1), Net present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), the breakeven point of investment and sensitivity analysis can then be used as the basis for tariff setting water prices.Based on the results of simulation and optimization of the selected alternatives are technically and economically feasible are alternative 2, which consists of GIP pipes with diameters ranging from 300 mm up to 2.54 km of water sources and PVC pipe 250 mm starting from the end of the pipe to the reservoir with GIP distance of 3.12 km. With a pump head of 130 m using a pump Grundfos SP 125 type 5A with a capacity of 25 l/s in 2 units. The total cost of investment needed to build a network of water supply system is Rp. 18,428,996,200 with the price of water that is suitable and economically viable is Rp. 10,500.Key Word: optimation, pipe system, simulation, alternative price of water

Abstract

Kondisi geologi pondasi rencana bendungan Bajulmati yang lulus air (permeable) mengharuskan untuk dilakukan perbaikan pondasi agar rembesan yang terjadi tidak membahayakan keamanan bendungan. Dalam studi ini akan dianalisa pola aliran dan debit rembesan untuk beberapa alternatif perbaikan pondasi dengan menggunakan analisa numerik elemen hingga (software Seep/W) pada kondisi steady state, waduk pada kondisi muka air tinggi. Penyusunan hasil analisa dilakukan dalam 2 tahap, tahap pertama analisa dilakukan terhadap kondisi tanpa adanya perbaikan pondasi dan analisa tahap kedua terhadap beberapa alternatif perbaikan pondasi yaitu sementasi tirai (grouting), cutoff wall, alas kedap air hulu (upstream blanket).Hasil analisa pada kondisi tanpa perbaikan pondasi adalah sebagai berikut faktor keamanan terhadap piping 2,113 < 4.Lokasi yang diindikasikan berbahaya terhadap piping adalah pada dasar inti dan dasar lereng hilir timbunan bendungan. Berdasarkan pola aliran yang terjadi, maka debit rembesan diperiksa terhadap beberapa lokasi yaitu Q1 (dibawah lereng hulu), Q2 (di bawah inti), Q3 (di bawah lereng hilir), Q4( kaki bendungan hilir). Kuantitas debit rembesan Q1 = 0,021 m3/det, Q2 = 0,277 m3/det, Q3 = 6,423 m3/ det, Q4 = 0,023 m3/det lebih besar dari kuantitas debit rembesan yang diijinkan (Qijin) yaitu 0,022 m3/det. Hasil analisa pada kondisi dengan perbaikan pondasi dijelaskan pada penjelasan di bawah ini. Alternatif 1, perbaikan pondasi dengan sementasi tirai (curtaingrouting), faktor keamanan terhadap piping adalah 10,6> 4, kuantitas debit rembesan pada Q1, Q4 dan Q3> Qijin, tetapi Q4< Qijin, namun terjadi penurunan 68,00% s/d 94,73% dari Q tanpa perbaikan. Alternatif 2, perbaikan pondasi dengan cutoff wall, faktor keamanan terhadap piping adalah 10,6 > 4, kuantitas debit rembesan Q1, Q2, dan Q4< Qijin, tetapi pada Q3> Qijin, namun terjadi penurunan 94,87% s/d 99,39% dari Q tanpa perbaikan. Alternatif 3, perbaikan pondasi dengan alas kedap air hulu (upstream blanket), faktor keamanan terhadap piping adalah 2,65> 4, kuantitas debit rembesan pada dasar pondasi (Q1, Q2, Q4) > Qijin, tetapi Q4< dari Qijin, namun terjadi penurunan 0,45% s/d 0,71% dari Q tanpa perbaikan.Dari beberapa alternatif perbaikan pondasi di atas, maka alternatif 2 merupakan alternatif yang paling efektif untuk mencegah bocoran dari waduk dan mengurangi bahaya piping.Kata kunci: permeable, Seep/W, perbaikan pondasi, debit rembesan, piping

Abstract

Diversion structure consists of diversion tunnel and Cofferdam. These two contructions should built in the early construction of the dam, have function to divert the river flow during the period of dam construction. The plans of Kualu dam diversion tunnel designed using horseshoe shape F, upstream of the tunnel at a depth of 41.625 m and upstream elevation + 695.5 m. In this study there was flood routing with Q25th which is 709,331 m 3 /s and obtained using 9 m diameter, then a cofferdam is planned to build as high as 15 m. Based on the calculation of loading and calculated four load combinations, they are : after contruction condition, after contruction under earthquake condition, at the operation time condition, and at the operation time under earthquake condition. From the results of the load combinations, the structure was analyzed using Beggs method and Staad Pro method. These two methods were used to figure the maximum moment of the structure and to determine the needed reinforcement in the tunnel construction. After the analysis, it is noticed that there is a difference position of the maximum moment, this is caused by the support in the Beggs method assumed to be a vertical loads.

Abstract

The Tanjungwangi Beach has a length of 4.52 km has been experiencing with accretion and abrasion in some area due to the dominant wave from northeast direction. Therefore, it is important to take any actions considered as necessary countermeasures to solve the problem of accretion and abrasion. The aim of this study is to understand the distribution of wave direction, the wave with the return period of 25 years H max , H , and the dominance of wave from northeast direction. In term of sediment transport and coastline stability problems, the study location is aiming to find the technical solution. The results indicated that the direction of highest wave comes from the south with rate of 51.505 %, while the highest wave was developed from the northeast direction was 12.596 %. Transported sediment based on data analysis were 13,267.552 m 10 3 /year (abrasion) and 812.239 m /year (accretion). However, the field observation within 10 year period showed that the transport rates are 13,294.955 m 3 /year (abrasion) and 808.018 m 3 3 /year (accretion). Based on the analysis, Tanjungwangi Beach is majorly experiencing with abrasion processes. The revetment structure of natural rock pile was suggested to be set up within the study area.Keywords: Tanjungwangi beach, wave, accretion, abrasion, revetment

Abstract

Pangandaran regency is located on West Java. Sukahurip Dam will be built to fulfill community needs of raw water supply. To solve this problem, the government is planning the construction of dams. Hydrauic analysis of physical models Sukahurip Dam spillway is one of the procedures to planning the dam. The purpose of the analysis of physical models Sukahurip Dam is researching and provide the best planning alternative for the performance improvement of hydraulics spillway based on the original design. Hydraulic analysis of physical models is based on original design. The final result of physical model is indicates that the design of the dam was safe but for the safety of scouring should be groundsill added on the downstream of stilling basin.Key words: Dams, Spillway, Scouring, Models test, Hydraulic

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Sebuah proyek memiliki batas waktu yang harus diselesaikan tepat waktu atau bahkan sebelum batas waktu yang ada sehingga tujuan dari sebuah kontraktor dapat tercapai dengan maksimal. Penentuan batas waktu yang ada membuat suatu proyek terhindar dari pemborosan biaya. Dalam pengerjaan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan Microsoft Project Manager 2013 dalam pengerjaannya. Durasi normal proyek yang didapat dari analisis penulis yaitu 28 bulan dengan biaya proyek sebesar Rp149.165.111.606.01 dan sumber daya yang digunakan sebesar 117 orang. Alternatif yang digunakan pada studi kali ini yaitu penambahan jam kerja selama 2 jam dan 3 jam. Pada penambahan 2 jam didapat durasi proyek menjadi 27 bulan dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp152,078,069,076.37 dan sumber daya yang digunakan sebesar 122 orang sedangkan pada penambahan 3 jam kerja durasi proyek menjadi 26 bulan dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp157,711,059,753.84 dan sumber daya yang digunakan sebesar 124 orang. . Kata Kunci: Alternatif, Durasi Microsoft Project Manager 2013, Penjadwalan, Proyek ABSTRACT: A project has a time limit that must be completed on time or even before the existing deadline so that the goal of a contractor can be achieved maximally. Determining the time limits makes a project avoid the waste of costs. In this minor thesis work, the author uses Microsoft Project Manager 2013 in the process. The normal duration of the project obtained from the author's analysis is 28 months with project cost of Rp149,165,111,606.01 and resources used for 117 people. Alternative used in this study is the addition of 2 working hours and 3 working hours. In addition to 2 hours the project duration is reached to 27 months with total project cost of Rp152,078,069,076.37 and resource used is 122 people while in addition of 3 working hours of project duration to 26 months with total project cost of Rp157,711,059,753.84 and resources used for 124 people. Abstract

ABSTRAK: Jawa barat merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan kebutuhan listrik yang terusmeningkat dan memerlukan tambahan energi listrik untuk memenuhi energi listrik yangterus meningkat. Dengan melihat potensi yang ada di Jawa Barat, di Saluran PrimerSindupraja yang terletak di Kabupaten Majalengka dapat menjadikan pilihan untukmemperbesar nilai produksi energi listrik dari sektor terbarukan. Agar dapat dimanfaatkanperlu adanya kajian perencanaan terhadap kelayakan dari sisi teknis dan ekonomi untukPLTMH Sindupraja. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, debit pembangkit sebesar Q45% =17,813 m3/detik. Adapun komponen lain meliputi bangunan pengambilan, saluran pembawa,bak penenang dan pipa pesat. Pipa pesat yang digunakan dengan diameter 2,25 meter danketebalan 11 mm dengan bermaterial baja (welded steel). Setelah itu, terdapat saluranpembuang (tailrace) yang fungsinya untuk menyalurkan air dari turbin kembali ke saluran.Turbin yang digunakan berjenis Kaplan dengan 2 unit yang menghasilkan daya sebesar220,664 kW dan memproduksi energi dalam 1 tahun sebesar 1.928.145,78 kWh. Hasil darianalisa ekonomi menunjukkan proyek PLTMH Sindupraja layak dibangun denganparameter BCR sebesar 1.53, NPV sebesar 7,6 Milyar rupiah, IRR sebesar 10,94% danPayback period selama 7,45 atau 7 tahun 4,5 bulan.Kata kunci: PLTMH, debit, pipa pesat, listrik, analisa ekonomiABSTRACT: West Java is one of the area with increasing of electricity demand and requireadditional electrical energy to fullfil the growing electrical energy. By looking at thepotential that existed in West Java, the Sindupraja channel located in the district Majalengkacan be an option to increase the value of electricity production from renewable sectors.In order to be utilized, there needs of designing from technical and economic feasibility ofPLTMH Sindupraja. From the calculation, plant discharge (Q45) to be 17,813 m3/s. Thereare the components such as intake, headrace, forebay and penstock. Penstock used 2,25 mof diameter and 11 mm of thickness with the welded steel material. Then, there is a tailracethat will transmit the water from turbine back to channel. The selected turbines are 2 unitsof Kaplan type, with the 220,664 kW power produced and 1.928.145,78 kWh energyproduces in a year. The result of economic analysis, the project is feasible with BCR = 1,53,NPV = 7,6 Billion rupiahs, IRR = 10,94%, and payback period within 7,45 or 7 years and4,5 month.Keyword: Hydropower, flow, penstock, electric, economic analysis

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Potensi pembangkitan listrik yang sangat tinggi sehingga perlunya dilakukan Studi Perencanaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Minihidro di Sungai Aek Siomonggo, Desa Sion, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Perencanaan pada studi ini didapatkan hasil debit banjir Q100 sebesar 682,31 m3/detik dan debit pembangkit dengan keandalan 40% sebesar 15,88 m3/detik. Tinggi bendung 4 meter dengan lebar 56 meter, peredam energi tipe bak tenggelam dengan jari-jari 6 meter, intake dengan tinggi ambang 2 meter dan lebar 4,5 meter (3 pintu), bak pengendap dengan luas endapan 604,69 m3, saluran pembawa dengan lebar 5 meter, pipa pesat dengan diameter 2,5 meter dan ketebalan 25 mm, bak penenang dengan volume 2.176,87 m3, dan saluran pembuang dengan lebar 5 meter. Turbin yang digunakan adalah tipe francis , yang mampu menghasilakan 11.634,58 kW dengan energi 67,99 GWh dalam 1 tahun. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan Rp 463,825,496,434.55 dengan suku bunga 10,50%, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 1,47, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 12,44 %, Payback Period selama 13,6 tahun. Dari beberapa metode Analisa ekonomi yang digunakan dapat disimpulkan untuk pembangunan PLTM Sion layak secara ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Hidrologi, Turbin, Daya, Energi, Listrik, Sensitivitas. T ­Abstract: The potensial of electric generation is very high so that the need for a planning study undertaken power plant Minihidro on the river Aek Simonggo, the Sion village, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatera Province. Planning in this study the selected flood discharge  Q100 to be 682.31 m3/s and plant discharge 40% to be 15.88 m3/s. High Dam holds 4 meters with a width of 56 meters, the energy reducer type tub sink with a radius of 6 meters, the intake with a high threshold of 2 meters and a width of 4.5 metres (3 doors), settling basin with extensive deposits of 604.69 m3, the head race with a width of 5 meters, penstock with a diameter of 2.5 meters and a rapidly and thickness of 25 mm, a forebay with a volume of 2,176.87 m3, and tail race with a width of 5 metres. The turbine used is capable of francis type, with the 11,634.58 kW or 67.99 GWh of energy in one year.  The cost needed for the development of Rp 463,825,496,434.55 with interest rates 10.50%, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.47, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 12.44%, Payback Period for 13.6 years.
