Abstract

Company responbility not only limited to just creditor and investor but also have to hold responsible to employees, consumer and environmental about. Through social expression, company can communicate the social activity and also obtain the legitimasi from all stakeholder. Expression of social Responbility presented by a company will give the influence for investor in decision making its investment. This research aim to test empirically social responbility expression influence of comapny to investor reaction. This research population is company enlisted in BEJ in the year 2005. Technique on Intake sampel use the method of purposive sampling. Obtained sample as much 52 company that is 40 incoming company categorize the high profile and 12 incoming company categorize the low profile. Result of examination in this research have fulfilled the classic assumption that is do not find of multikolinearitas, autokorelasi and heterokedastisitas. Result of test of normalitas data indicate that the normal distribution data. Result of test F indicate that by simultan all free variable (ownersip of management, size, profile, leverage and profitability) having an effect on significant to investor reaction. Result of test t indicate that by parsial variable of ownership and profile have an effect on the significant to investor reaction.

Abstract

The community service aims to increase the application of social media usage as a digital marketing in order to expand market and increase sales. In addition, digitization is also disseminated on cash flow recording and implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the production scope. This activity was carried out on the “Semprong Nining” MSME located in Kramat Hamlet RT03/RW04, Gondang Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency. The method used is to educate partners about digital marketing and its application in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Whatsapp Business, as well as to promote the use of the Android-based BukuKas app and hold joint discussions about strategies that must be implemented so that MSMEs can expand their market reach even further. From the activities, Partners understand and are able to use social media as a promotional tool and the BukuKas application as a digital recorder.

Abstract

The high monthly costs associated with the use of electrical energy for the production of dairy cowsheds at the KTT Sumber Sari, as well as the problem of PLN blackouts, have a negative impact on the smooth production process. Meanwhile, KTT Sumber Sari already has a 40 m3 biodigester that has only been used for household cooking. Problem identification, socialization, product development, and modification are the methods used in this program. The problem that has been solved as a result of this community service program is the provision of a biogas-fueled electric generator with a capacity of 5 kWatt. To optimize the performance of the engine driving the electric generator, a few changes were made to the standard gasoline-fueled genset propulsion engine, including the construction of the fuel intake and the adjustment of the combustion chamber compression pressure. The KTT Sumber Sari, can use this capacity to support energy-independent cages.

Abstract

Gula semut merupakan salah satu produk unggulan daerah Kabupaten Magelang. Kecamatan candimulyo merupakan daerah penghasil gula semut yang cukup banyak. Nira pohon kelapa merupakan bahan baku dalam pembuatan gula semut. Produk ini memiliki kelebihan jika dibanding dengan gula cetak pada umumnya. Produk dapat disimpan dalam jangka waktu satu sampai dua tahun tanpa mengalami perubahan warna dan rasa. Tempat penyimpanan produk memerlukan tempat yang rapat dan kedap udara. Aroma khas karamel palma gula semut sangat sesuai untuk menambah citarasa pada makanan dan minuman. Namun demikian, gula semut yang menjadi komoditi ekspor ini masih kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat magelang dan sekitarnya. Metode yang ditempuh dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dengan membantu pengusaha gula semut untuk dapat memasarkan produknya secara sederhana dan tepat sasaran. Kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memperluas pemasaran serta mengenalkan gula semut ke masyarakat magelang dan sekitarnya. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memasarkan gula semut di beberapa pusat oleh-oleh dan toko-toko terdekat. Pemasaran juga dilakukan melalui car free day di kota magelang. Harapan dari kegiatan ini dapat membantu pengusaha gula semut untuk dapat memasarkan produknya dalam jangkauan lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel market aggregator, payment, settlement and clearing, dan risk and investment management dalam mempengaruhi inklusi keuangan pada UMKM di Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang ada di Kota Magelang , jumlah sampel sebanyak 323 responden. Sampling penelitian menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Data diolah dengan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel payment, settlement and clearing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan UMKM di Kota Magelang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether entrepreneurial orientation, management ability and image differentiation have an effect on competitive advantage. The sample used in this study is business actors in Food and Beverage SMEs in Magelang Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with 96 respondents. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Data processing was tested using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation variable, management ability and image differentiation simultaneously have a positive effect on competitive advantage, the entrepreneurial orientation variable partially has a positive effect on competitive advantage, the management ability variable partially has a positive effect on competitive advantage, and partial image differentiation has a positive effect. positive for competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, knowledge management and organizational culture on employee performance at the UMKM Tahu Mejing Village. The population in this study were the employees of SMEs Tahu Mejing Village, Candimulyo District, Magelang Regency. The sample taken in this study were 76 employees with purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge management had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The study aims to test the effect of discounted prices, customer reviews and electronic word of mouth on purchase decisions at Shopee. This research sample is the people of Magelang Regency Shopee users and at least have done transactions shopee. The data retrieval method uses purposive sampling with non-probability sampling techniques with a sample number of 100 respondents. The tool used is a multiple linear regression analysis tool with the help of SPSS. The results of this study showed that discount prices had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, customer reviews had no effect on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth had a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital adequacy ratio, operational cost of operating income, loan to deposite ratio, net interest margin to profitability . The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research data uses secondary data and hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression. The research sample is 28 banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange periode 2014-2017. The results showed that operational cost of operating income have a positive effect on profitability. While the capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposite ratio, net interest margin has no effect on profitability

Abstract

Since the Covid 19 pandemic occurred, SMEs in Indonesia have experienced a decline in sales, as have the Getuk Eco Magelang SMEs. To overcome this decline, SMEs continue to try to influence consumer purchasing decisions, namely through digital marketing, halal labels, and product quality. This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing, halal labels, and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Getuk Eco Magelang. The sample used in this study is the consumer of Getuk Eco Magelang SME’s the number of respondents is 95 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, halal labels have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.
