Abstract

This study is done to analyze how to Internship Student can be used by Tech Dev as a Research Outsourcing Body, what to tweak and modify. It is suggested to use CVR / IT Model on Research Project Management System Utilization. The model is implemented in system procedures. Based on observation until 2009, the system adoption rate is 40 % at most.

Abstract

Writing notes on paper is fun because we can simply write whatever we want on it. Writing notes in the digital media is also advantageous for it can be shared directly. If we can combine the two functions, it will be more profitable. Therefore, the author wants to combine the benefits of writing as you wish like as on paper with contemporary digital writing. Somehow, writing using PC cannot be done at any time due to the needs of both electrical connection and space availabilty. Therefore, Smartphone or tablet is the right choice because it is not tied to two needs. The Smartphone to be selected is the one built with android platform for ease of note transfer compared to other platforms.

Abstract

Diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths in 2012. Higher-than-optimum blood glucose, as the precursor of diabetes, caused an additional 2.2 million deaths. Blood glucose level monitoring is important to mitigate the problem. This inspiring Non Invasive Biomarking Working Group runs the research to measure blood glucose level in non invasive manners, which works using spectrophotometry based methods, and the proper inference engine is needed to recognize the tools spectral responses. This research objective is to compare performance of Multi Formulated Regression Methods (MFR) and Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network (BPANN). This is a comparative experimental study. We let both inference engines to learn same training data and measure its Rooted Means of Squared Error (RMSE). Research done in Material Physics Laboratory, Department of Physics, Bogor Agricultural University, in January 2017. BPANN achieve 6.1372 mg / dl RMSE, as opposed to MFR at 6.0668 mg / dl. The MFR can outperform BPANN in learning accuracy and execution speed, at the expense of far longer training time. We recommend usage of MFR over BPANN for blood glucose level spectral data.
