Abstract

Family planning is an effort to regulate the birth of children, the ideal age range for giving birth, and to regulate pregnancy through the promotion of protection and assistance in accordance with reproductive rights to create a quality family and realize the norms of a happy and prosperous small family. The Karya Wanita Inpatient Community Health Center, Rumbai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City is an area with the lowest active family planning coverage rate of 34.4%. Problems found in The Community Health Center for Inpatient Karya Wanita for the Family Planning Program is still inadequate in terms of Human Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure and the distribution of information is still uneven. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Planning Program at the Karya Wanita Community Health Center, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City in 2022. This type of research is a qualitative research and descriptive research method to 6 informants consisting of the head of the community health center, the holder of the maternal and child health/family planning program, the midwife and 3 family planning acceptors. This research was carried out in April 2022 at the Karya Wanita Inpatient Community Health Center, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. Data was collected by means of in-depth interviews related to family planning programs at community health centers, document searches, and observations The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of human resources in the community health center and in the family planning program and the incomplete facilities and infrastructure as well as the lack of distribution of counseling carried out by the community health center which can hinder the implementation of the program in the community health center. Suggestions from this study are the need for additional health workers in the family planning program, complete facilities and infrastructure, and increase counseling about family planning programs that are scheduled and evenly distributed. Keluarga Berencana (KB) adalah upaya mengatur kelahiran anak, jarak usia ideal melahirkan, dan mengatur kehamilan melalui promosi perlindungan dan bantuan sesuai hak reproduksi untuk mewujudkan keluarga berkualitas serta mewujudkan norma keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera. Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru merupakan wilayah dengan angka cakupan KB aktif terendah yaitu sebesar 34,4%. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita untuk Program Keluarga Berencana ialah masih kurang memadai nya Sumber Daya Manusia, Sarana dan Prasarana serta penyuluhan yang masih kurang merata. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Berencana di Puskesmas Karya Wanita Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif kepada 6 orang informan terdiri dari Kepala puskesmas, Pemegang Program KIA/KB, Bidan dan 3 Akseptor KB. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2022 di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Karya Wanita Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam berkaitan dengan program keluarga berencana di puskesmas, penelusuran dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan masih kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia di puskesmas serta dalam program Keluarga Berencana dan masih belum lengkapnya tersedianya sarana dan prasarana serta masih kurang merata penyuluhan yang dilakukan oleh pihak puskesmas yang dapat menghambat pelaksanaan program di dalam puskesmas. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penambahan Tenaga Kesehatan di dalam Program Keluarga Berencana, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, dan meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang program KB yang terjadwal dan merata.

Abstract

To realize the highest degree of health and realize a healthy Indonesia and reduce the number of conscientiousness caused by cigarettes, the government issued a Joint Regulation of the Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs No.188 / Menkes / PB / I / 2011 No. 7 of 2011 concerning Guidelines for Non-Smoking Areas. And the Mayor of Pekanbaru issued a regulation on non-smoking areas, namely number 39 of 2014. The researcher's problem is how to implement the KTR policy at the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Compliance with the No Smoking Area (KTR) Policy at the Rejosari Health Center, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City in 2022.The type of research carried out is qualitative with a descriptive method, a scientific approach to which the phenomenological approach is used. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 7 informants, namely the head of the Public health center, Public health center officers, security, and visitors. The results of this study show that the implementation of compliance with the No Smoking Area Policy at the Rejosari Health Center has not been carried out properly. the implementation of socialization that has not been effective to officers and visitors which makes the lack of public knowledge about KTR in Public health center, and there is no Special Team to supervise the Public health center environment, the readiness of the implementer has not fully demonstrated an attitude that supports the policy of non-smoking areas in puskesmas, there are still findings of visitors who smoke in the Public health center environment this is because there is no strict sanction from the Public health center. and have not prepared guidelines and commitments. It is recommended to the Head of the Rejosari Health Center to provide knowledge to all officers and visitors of the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City regarding the No Smoking Area at the Public health center, conduct socialization, form a special KTR Team and make strict sanctions, namely making written regulations and making commitments.

Abstract

Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a health program that aims to prevent chronic disease complications from BPJS Health, this program can facilitate routine health checks for people with chronic diseases. The chronic diseases that Prolanis focuses on are Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Based on data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office in 2020, it is known that the Rejosari Health Center has the highest number of Diabetes Mellitus patient visits in the city of Pekanbaru as many as 1,757 patients. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) in Diabetes Mellitus Patients participating in BPJS Health at the Rejosari Health Center Pekanbaru City in 2022. The type of research carried out was qualitative with a phenomenological design. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 6 informants, namely the head of the puskesmas, the person in charge of the program, the implementing officer, and 3 prolanis participants with diabetes mellitus. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of prolanis at the Rejosari Health Center has not been effective because there are still many obstacles and obstacles that exist in the Rejosari Health Center. It can be concluded that the implementation of prolanis is still not optimal, due to the shortage of prolanis officers and the overlapping of tasks in the puskesmas making several prolanis activities constrained, only 3 out of 5 prolanis activities are carried out at the Rejosari health center in Pekanbaru city. It is recommended to the Rejosari Health Center to add officers for the implementation of prolanis so that all prolanis activities can be carried out.

Abstract

Exclusive Mother's Milk (ASI) is breast milk that is given to babies from birth to 6 months without providing additional food or replacing it with other foods or drinks, except drugs, vitamins and minerals. Breast milk also contains colostrum which is rich in antibodies, because it contains protein to maintain the baby's immune system and kills germs in high quantities which can also reduce the risk of death in infants. Umban Sari Public Health Center, Rumbai District, is the area with the lowest coverage percentage, which is 48.5%. The problems found at the Umban Sari Health Center related to this exclusive breastfeeding program are HR/Health Personnel, Facilities and Infrastructure, Funding, Coordination, Counseling and Counseling. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at the Umban Sari Health Center, Rumbai District in 2022. This type of research was a qualitative research with descriptive research methods to 8 informants consisting of the Head of the Puskesmas, PJ ASI, 2 Posyandu Cadres, 2 Mothers. Pregnant, Lurah and RW. This research was carried out in April 2022 at the Umban Sari Health Center, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City in 2022. The results of this study indicate that human resources / health workers are still not optimal because there are still many who have double jobs and there are still no facilities and infrastructure such as diaper changing tables. for babies, breast pumps, etc. and for funding, namely the unavailability of special funds related to the exclusive breastfeeding program, for the coordination itself it has been going well but not specifically for the exclusive breastfeeding program but for all programs and for counseling activities, namely the lack of community participation and support from family during the implementation of this activity and for the outreach activities themselves, which are not carried out routinely every month and community participation is also still low

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≧90 mmHg. In addition, in primary medical practice hypertension is one of the most common diseases found. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) believes that one in three patients has hypertension. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the hypertension management program in the working area of the RI Sidomulyo Public Health Center in 2022. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research design with in-depth interviews, observation and document tracking methods, to 5 informants consisting of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the PTM Program , Head of Administration, Doctors, and Nurses. This research was carried out in Mei 2022 at the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that human resources are adequate but the coordination and cross-programme are not running well. Facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, such as the unavailability of a technical guidebook for the discovery and management of hypertension and no instructions for implementing the hypertension program. covid-19, in addition to the puskesmas itself, the visit, judging from the achievements, the SPM is not too good, because many people are lazy to seek treatment and do not care about their health and the implementation of the PTM Posbindu in the Implementation of the Hypertension Management Program in the Work Area of the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo was known before the pandemic Covid-19 activities at the Posbindu implementation have been going well, but during the pandemic the activities did not run and were not optimal, apart from the lack of Posbindu.

Abstract

Ergonomi dibutuhkan studi tentang sistem dimana manusia, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungannya saling berinteraksi dengan tujuan utama yaitu menyesuaikan suasana kerja dengan manusianya. Berdasarkan survei awal yang di lakukan oleh peneliti di Ruangan Filing/penyimpanan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Pekanbaru diperoleh informasi bahwa letak ruangan sempit, dimana berkas rekam medis sebagian di dalam kotak/kardus bertumpuk dibawah rak penyimpanan, Kebersihan ruangan penyimpanan juga kurang bersih nomor rekam medis hilang/sobek dikarenakan padatnya berkas rekam medis. Untuk mengetahui aspek ergonomi ruangan filling dalam menjaga kerahasiaandokumen rekam medis di rumah sakit bhayangkara pekanbaru tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Dengan melihat dari analisis aspek ergonomik ruangan filing dalam menjaga kerahasiaan dokumen rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tahun 2022, Informan penelitian ini 2 orang, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 petugas rekam medis dan objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ruangan filing. Aspek ergonomi yang tidak sesuai yaitu ,sikap tubuh dalam bekerja tidak sesuai dengan standar, pengorganisasian kerja/pola waktu sudah sesuai dengan standar, pengendalian ligkungan kerja masih ada yang belum sesuai,penyebab kelelahan kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan standar, kesegaran jasmani dan musik sudah sesuai dengan standar. Masih banyak pengaruh aspek aspek ergonomi yang belum sesuaidengan standar ergonomi, dan juga kurangnya kebersihan pada ruang filing.

Abstract

Covid-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernafasan akut yang parah. Virus ini terutama menyebar di antara orang-orang selama kontak dekat sering melalui tetesan kecil yang dihasilkan oleh batuk, bersin, atau berbicara. Virus ini dapat bertahan di permukaan hingga 72 jam Penyakit ini paling menular selama tiga hari pertama setelah timbulnya gejala, meskipun penyebaran mungkin terjadi sebelum gejala muncul dan pada tahap selanjutnya penyakit. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 ini yaitu dengan cara menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan dan menjaga jarak. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Penerapan 3M (Menggunakan Masker, Mencuci Tangan Dan Menjaga Jarak) Dalam Pencegahan Penularan Covid-19. Metode Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan di Panti Asuhan As-Salaam Nur Hidayah Pekanbaru”. Luaran Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah jurnal pengabdian Peduli Masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan berjalan dengan lancar dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dengan rata-rata pengetahuan setelah diberikan penyuluhan sebesar 34%, dimana termasuk pada kategori cukup baik (≥75%). Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini adanya perubahan perilaku masyarakat secara kesadaran sendiri mau dan mampu menerapkan protokol kesehatan 3M dalam kegiatannya dimanapun dan kapanpun sehingga rantai penularan Covid-19 dapat dicegah.

Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Waktu tunggu adalah waktu yang digunakan pasien untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan mulai dari tempat pendaftaran sampai masuk ke ruang pemeriksaan dokter.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Waktu Tunggu Pasien Rawat Jalan dan Kompetensi Petugas Dalam Pelayanan Rekam Medis di RSUD Kecamatan Mandau.Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan Eksplanatori sekuensial,  informan berjumlah 9 orang,  100 sampel.Hasil: Hasil penelitian observasi rata-rata waktu tunggu di bagian pendaftran 4 Menit 27 Detik, di penyimpanan 6 menit dan distribusi 4 Menit 48 Detik. dengan 69% waktu tunggu lebih dari 10 menit dan (31%) waktu tunggu kurang 10 menit.Simpulan: Proses Pelayanan Di Bagian Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien (TPP) dimulai dari menerima pendaftaran, pelayanan dibagian filing menggunakan system penyimpanan sentralisasi, dibagian pendistribusian petugas nya hanya satu orang sehingga membuat pendistribusian terkendala waktu pendistribusian. Motif dalam pelayanan rekam medis pasien sangat resposif dalam menjalan pekerjaan, motivasi petugas rekam medis sangat bagus, tetapi Reward belum ada, SDM dan sarana prasarana masih kurang. Pengetahuan petugas dalam standar waktu tunggu pasien masih kurang, karena petugas masih ada yang berlatar belakang non rekam medis. Kesimpulan terkait pengetahuan petugas tentang rekam medis masih kurang sehingga di perlukan adanya pelatihan tentang kualitas petugas pelayanan yang terbaik, penambahan SDM, adanya supervise dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Upaya pengendalian DBD masih perlu ditingkatkan mengingat penyebaran DBD masih bertambah luas dan Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) masih sering terjadi dan juga obat untuk mencegah virus Dengue hingga saat ini belum tersedia, maka cara utama yang dapat dilakukan sampai saat ini adalah dengan pengendalian vektor penular (Aedes aegypti). Pengendalian vektor ini dapat dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan PSN 3M Plus maka perlu adanya Juru Pemantau Jentik (Jumantik) dalam melakukan pengawasan dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat agar kegiatan PSN 3M plus dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan Pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader jumantik dalam penanggulangan DBD dan meningkatkan peran serta keluarga dan masyarakat dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian DBD. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk bimbingan teknis berupa ceramah melalui daring (online) dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom meeting. Peserta diberikan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur pengetahuan peserta terhadap penanggulangan DBD. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini didapatkan 60% pengetahuan responden sebelum diberikan bimbingan teknis dan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 80 % setelah diberikan materi bimbingan teknis tentang DBD dan penanggulangannya. Kesimpulan diharapkan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara rutin sehingga peran kader jumantik semakin meningkat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga lingkungannya
