Abstract

Application of GA3 and NPK fertilizers is already known to promote growth of plants. Potential effects of GA3 and NPK on the growth of Phalaenopsis ambilis L. orchid were investigated in the present study. However, increasing application GA3 concentrations of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ppm/plant and NPK concentrations of 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 gram/plant. The observation started 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 days after application. This research was use the concentration of GA3 and NPK separately (without combination), each treatment showed a significant effect on the number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf area and leaf area index and had no significant effect to plant height variables. Treatment of GA3 (3 ppm / plant) showed positive results on the variable number of leaves, leaf area and leaf area index. Increasing the concentration of GA3 to 5 ppm / plant did not show any significant difference with the treatment of GA3 concentration of 3 ppm / plant. This shows that plants are needed in small amounts. The dose of fertilizer 1 g / plant showed positive results on the variable number of leaves and stem diameter, while for the leaf area variable and leaf area index required higher NPK fertilizer osis ie 2 g / plant. The increase of NPK fertilizer dosage up to 4 g / plant was not significantly different from treatment 1 and 2 g / plant.Keywords: Phalaenopsis ambilis L., GA3, NPK, Growth

Abstract

The aim of this research was to compare the effect of substitution of Ammonium Sulfate  (AS) fertilizer on sugarcane growth, nutrient content, and soil chemical properties.  This research was conducted on up-land of sugarcane plantation in Tegalweru village, Dau district, Malang regency. This study tested ten treatments consisting of three treatments using AS fertilizer, six treatments using AS substitute fertilizers that used combination of Urea, Gypsum, and bio-compost and one control (no fertilizer). This research used randomized complete block design with three replications. The results showed that the plant growth between the treatment used AS fertilizer and AS substitute was not significantly different. However, the treatment used 400 kg Urea per ha+938 kg Gypsum per ha tended to have the best plant growth and the highest N uptake. For the treatments using AS substitute fertilizer, the higher the application rate was, the higher the soil N and S contents were.  The treatments used AS fertilizer due to lower soil pH than AS substitute fertilizer. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of alternative fertilizers as a substitute of the AS fertilizer is recommended to reduce an adverse impact on soil fertility. Abstract

This research serves a thorough outlook on the effectiveness of models of learning morality in Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan subject by constructivist approach for the students of SMP-s around Madiun Municipality. The research makes use of quasi experiment approach by factorial design 2 x 2. The effectiveness of teaching-learning process is evaluated under qualitative method. The subjects of the research include 625 students which belong to grade 1 and 2 of SMP in Madiun Municipality. The analysis results in conclusion that constructivist approach raise the grade 1 students’ achievement by F(1.318)=4.463, p = 0.035. the consistent result is also achieved by the grade 2 students’ achievement by F(1.298) = 118.309, p = 0.000. The qualitatative evaluation on the model also shows significance. Keywords  :  constructivist approach, moral education

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji masalah-masalah mendasar sebagai berikut: Bagaimana aktifitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika pokok bahasan Elastisitas dan Gerak Harmonik Sederhana dengan menerapkan metode Discovery? dan Bagaimana ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan Elastisitas dan Gerak Harmonik sederhana setelah diterapkan metode Discovery?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (a) untuk mengetahui aktifitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika pokok bahasan Elastisitas dan Gerak Harmonik Sederhana dengan menerapkan metode Discovery, dan (b) untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan Elastisitas dan Gerak Harmonik sederhana setelah diterapkan metode Discovery.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dalam pengumpulan data. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah (a) lembar observasi (pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, pengamatan keterampilan afektif dan psikomotorik), dan (b) tes hasil belajar (THB) kognitif sebanyak 34 soal dari 50 soal yang telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda dan tingkat kesukarannya.Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IA-4 SMAN-2 Palangka Raya yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Subyek diajarkan materi pokok Elastisitas dan Gerak Harmonik Sederhana dengan menerapkan metode Discovery. Subyek diberikan tes akhir pada akhir pembelajaran, untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif.Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah sebagai berikut: 1a) Aktivitas guru dengan penerapan metode Discovery terlaksana sangat baik dengan rata-rata total skor 129,75, 1b) Aktivitas siswa terlaksana dengan kriteria sangat baik dengan rata-rata total skor 1654,25, dan 2) Siswa tuntas pada THB kognitif sebanyak 24 siswa (68,57%) dari 35 siswa, ketuntasan TPK sebesar 57,14% (tidak tuntas), ketuntasan hasil belajar afektif siswa sebesar 92,86% (tuntas), dan ketuntasan hasil belajar psikomotorik siswa sebesar 85% (tuntas).Kata Kunci: Metode Discovery, Pembelajaran Fisika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Semarang baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 125 dari populasi 284 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random  sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara self-efficacy dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,565, F(3,121) = 18,903, p = <0,01), kemudian antara konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R= 0,030, F(5,116) = 1,265, p = >0,05). Sedangkan antara self-efficacy dan konformitas dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,595, F(18,903) = 7,957, p = <0,01). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian guru Bimbingan dan Konseling disarankan memberikan layanan BK untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik melalui pengembangan self-efficacy dan konformitas.   This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy and conformity with academic procrastination of students Guidance and Counseling State University of Semarang either partially or jointly. This research uses correlational quantitative design. The sample used is 125 from the population of 284 students with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that between self-efficacy and academic procrastination had significant relationship (R = 0,565, F (3,121) = 18,903, p = <0,01), then between conformity with academic procrastination had no significant relationship (R = 0,030 , F (5,116) = 1,265, p = >0,05). While between self-efficacy and conformity with academic procrastination have significant relationship (R = 0,595, F (18,903) = 7,957, p = <0,01). Based om the results of research Guidance and Counseling teachers are advised to provide Guidance and Counseling services to decrease academic procrastination through the development of self-efficacy and conformity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku prososial, empati, dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya, serta kontribusi empati dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap perilaku prososial siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan 330 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan area random sampling. Angket perilaku prososial, skala empati, dan skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dengan reliabilitas 0,737, 0,703, dan 0,733. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa SMP Negeri di Sub Rayon 3 Kabupaten Banyumas mempunyai perilaku prososial yang tergolong tinggi (76%), empati yang tergolong cukup tinggi (59%), dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya yang tergolong cukup tinggi (63%). Kemudian hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada kontribusi empati dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap perilaku prososial siswa (F(8,329)=30,482, p<0,05) sebesar 47,2%  terdiri dari 36,6% untuk empati dan 6,6% untuk dukungan soail teman sebaya, sedangkan sisanya diprediksikan disumbangkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. This study was aimed to knowing the description of prosocial behaviour, empathy, and social suppor from colleague, also the contribution of empathy and colleague social support to student prosocial behaviour. The study was ex post facto study with 330 respondent as collected by area random sampling. Prosocial behaviour questionnaire,empathy scale, and social support colleague scale, it was use 0,737, 0,703, and 0,733 reliability at data collected. The result showed that the student of SMP Negeri in Sub Rayon 3 Kabupaten Banyumas having high classified prosocial behaviour (76%), empathy with high classified (59%), and colleague social support with high classified (63%). The study also showed that there were contribution of empathy and colleague social support to student prosocial behaviour (F(8,329)=30,482,p<0,05) it was 47,2% consists of 36,6% was empathy and 6,6% was collegue social support, and for the other was contribute by other variable which does”nt researching in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik lembaga kemahasiswaan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif kolerasional. Sampel yang digunakan 169 dari populasi 365 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara konsep diri dan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,394, F(4,164) = 7,523, p = <0,01), kemudian antara regulasi emosi dan prokrastinasi akademik juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R =0,129 , F(3,161) =8,756  p = <0,01). Begitu pula dengan konsep diri dan regulasi emosi dengan prokrastinasi akademik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R =0,523 , F(7,161) =8,661  p = <0,01). This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and emotion regulation with academic procrastination in student institutions either partially or jointly. This research uses correlational quantitative design. The sample used amounted 10 169 of the population 365 student with cluster sampling technique. The data analysis technique regression. The results showed that between self concept and academic procrastination have significant relation R = 0,394, F(4,164) = 7,523, p = <0,01), then between emotion regulation and academic procrastination also have significant relation (R =0,129 , F(3,161) =8,756  p = <0,01). Similarly, between self concept and emotion regulation with academic procrastination also have a significant relationship (R =0,523 , F(7,161) =8,661  p = <0,01).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kekerasan keluarga adalah permasalahan yang banyak terjadi di masyakarat dan dari tahun ke tahun jumlahnya semakin meningkat. Mayoritas yang mengalami tindak kekerasan dalam keluarga adalah ibu dan anak, khususnya anak yang usianya masih tergolong rentan. Anak yang mengalami tindak kekerasan dalam keluarga akan memiliki tingkat self-esteem yang rendah. Sel-esteem rendah mengakibatkan anak mudah stress, depresi, mudah cemas, tertekan, dan prestasi akademik buruk. Untuk meningkatkan self-esteem anak korban domestic violence dapat menggunakan teknik modeling melalui konseling kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji konseling kelompok pendekatan REBT teknik modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa korban domestic violence. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan one group pre test post test. Data diambil melalui sampel representatif (mewakili). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu skala self-esteem dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,867, wawancara dan observasi sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan konseling kelompok pendekatan REBT teknik modeling efektif untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa korban domestic violence (Z= -2,032, P < 0,05). Hasil terakhir terdapat perbedaan tingkat self-esteem siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan.   ABSTRACT Violence of families were problems what happens in community and from year to year the number increase. Of the majority of experienced report of violence in of families were maternal and child, especially children who was are susceptible. Children were having report of violence in the family will have a low self-esteem. Self-esteem low caused boy easy stress, depression, easily alarmed, depressed, and academic performance bad. To increase self-esteem the victims children domestic violence can use technique modeling through counseling group. The purpose of this research test counseling approach engineering group rebt modeling effective to accelerate self-esteem students the domestic violence. Research this experiment use one group pre test post test. Data taken through sample representatif. An instrument used the scale self-esteem with the reliability 0,867, interviews and observation as the supporting data. This research result indicates counseling a group of an approach to a REBT the technique of modeling effective to accelerate self-esteem students a victim of domestic violence (Z= -2,032, P < 0,05). The latest results there are the difference in the self-esteem students before and after get treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan minat dan efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mata pelajaran matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Ungaran baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 172 dari populasi 342 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Adapun teknik analisis data dengan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara minat dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mata pelajaran matematika memiliki hubungan signifikan (R=0,019; F(1,1667)=19,286; p=<0,05). Kemudian antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mata pelajaran matematika memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (R = 0,837, F(3,168) = 131,458, p = <0,05). Begitu pula antara minat dan efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mata pelajaran matematika  memiliki hubungan yang signifikan( R = 0,843, F(2,169) = 207,854, p = <0,05).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian guru Bimbingan dan Konseling disarankan memberikan layanan BK untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik melalui pengembangan minat dan efikasi diri. Then, between self efficacy and academic procrastination on mathematic subjects have a significant relationship (R = 0,837, F (3,168) = 131,458, p = <0,05). Similarly, between interest and self efficacy with academic procrastination on mathematic subjects has a significant relationship (R = 0.843, F (2.169) = 207,854, p = <0.05). Based on the results of research Guidance and Counseling teachers are advised to provide Guidance and Counseling services to decrease academic procrastination on the subject of mathematic through the developmentof interest and self efficacy. Abstract

Career is a life long process. This study aims to improve the career planning of senior high school students in Tarakan City through information career services assistance through the website. The experimental design used in this research is quasi-experiment in the form of one group pretest-post design. The career planning scale consists of 45 items with 5 falling items and 0.875 alpha coefficient. This study involved 35 students as an experimental group selected by purposive sampling. The result of this research is career information service the website-assisted effectively improve the career planning of high school students in Tarakan City (10,094, p <0.01).
