Abstract

                The main objectives of this research are to analyze the development strategy of livestock implemented in the Province of Aceh, identify and analyze the factors that are involved, which from a determinant of beef cattle development through agribusiness insight. Furthermore, this research was aimed to arrange alternative strategy, and recommend its priority to the Animal Husbandry of Aceh Province. The research method used was descriptive method by means of survey research, and the sampling technique used was non-probability technique through purposive sampling. The analysis tool used were Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) analysis, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. Determining of strategy priority that done by QSPM analyze, obtained the strategy that has the main priority that can be implemented  in development of beef cattle agribusiness conception; development  of beef cattle bussiness through the implementation of integrated farming area (cluster) that in supported by subsystems availability in agribusiness of beef cattle from the upstream subsytem to downstream subsystem and support services.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the diversity and distribution of birds species for bird watching ecotourism development in the Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park. Field works was conducted in three months, from October to in December 2012. Data collection, was done with line transect method at Leang-Leang, Pattunuang, and Karaenta. Geographical position of transect line (traces) was recorded by using GPS then processed with GIS in order to produced bird watching maps tourist track. Result soft his study showed that, there are 47 species of birds found in the three lines of observation track, and 23 of them (48.9%) was endemic to the island of Sulawesi. Diversity indices of birds on the observation track at Leang-Leang is 3.02, in Pattunuang 2.78, and in the Karaenta 2.25. Among the three lines of observation, the highest population abundance is at Leang-Leang tracking line. It’s equal to 29 individuals /ha while the lowest population abundance are on the Karaenta track with 9 individuals /ha. Key words: Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park, Bird Watching, Ecotourism

Abstract

Research of the effect of cow manure and fertilizer on the growth and production ABG cucumber has been conducted on Tuar street, in the field trials of Agriculture  Faculty, University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara street Tuar , District of Amplas  with altitude of 27 meters above sea level with a factorial randomized block design ( RAK - F ) with two treatment factors studied were Granting Manure factor ( K ) which consists of four levels, namely : K0 , K1 , K2 , K3 and Fertilizer factors Giving ABG ( A ) which consists of four levels, namely : A0 , A1 , A2 , A3 . Cow manure treatment showed significant effect on the length of the plant , harvest , fruit length , fruit diameter , fruit weight per plant but did not show a marked influence on the observation of the number of fruits per plant . ABG fertilizer treatment showed significant effect on the length of the plant , fruit length , fruit diameter , fruit weight per plant but showed no significant effect on harvest age and number of fruits per plant . Interaction between cow manure and fertilizer ABG showed a significant effect on plant length , fruit length , fruit diameter , fruit weight per plant , harvest , number of fruits per plant .Keywords : cow manure , fertilizer ABG , growth , production , cucumber

Abstract

Kewirausahan adalah  kemampuan kreatif dan inovatif yang dijadikan dasar, kiat, dan sumberdaya untuk mencari peluang menuju sukses. Adapun yang menjadi imbalan berwirausaha antaralain berupa laba, kebebasan, dan keputusan menjalani hidup. Tantangan dalam berwirausahaantara lain kerja keras, tekanan emosional, dan kegagalan. Sedangkan langkah-langkahmemulai berwirausaha antara lain adalah mengenali peluang usaha, optimalisasi potensi diri,fokus dalam bidang usaha dan berani memulai.Agribisnis merupakan kegiatan yang unik diantaranya produk utamanya makhluk hidupdan ketidak pastian produksi yang berbasis biologis. Oleh karena itu kewirausahaan dalamagribisnis tidak luput dari resiko usaha.Wirausahawan agribisnis harus memiliki kemampuan kreatifdan inovatif serta memiliki semangat pantang menyerah dan ulet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of incentives (material incentives and incentives non material) and work environment (physical work environment and work environment non fiisk) on employee job satisfaction (satisfaction with work, satisfaction with the system of rewards and job satisfaction of working conditions) 1912 mortgage Pekanbaru.The population in this study is karyaan in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru with sampling as many as 50 were drawn by using a questionnaire method. measurement techniques using Likert scale and the types and sources of data in the form of primary and secondary data while the data collection techniques with a questionnaire and interviews as research instruments. As well as using multiple linear regression data analysis, determination, t test and f test with SPSS.From the research data that includes test validity, The reliability, and multiple linear regression, the results showed no significant relationship between supervision terhaap employee performance with the calculated t of t test results are known (4.662)> t table (2,012) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05 can be concluded that the incentives variable significant effect on employee job satisfaction in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru and of the t test results are known t arithmetic (5.476)> t table (2,012) and Sig. (0.003) <0, 05 it can be concluded that the work environment variables significantly influence employee satisfaction in 1912 KPR Pekanbaru.And there is significant influence between Incentives and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of employees with the calculated Unknown R squre is the coefficient of determination. And obtained a value of R squre 0.644. What this means is that the contribution of variable influence on the performance of supervision and loyalty of employees amounted to 64.6%. While the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the regression analysis.Keywords: Incentives, Work Environment and Employee Satis

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee morale. This study dilakuakan to most employees in the PT. BINA SAWIT NUSANTARA (BSN) Pekanbaru by 67 people. To process the data obtained from the respondents, the authors used SPSS for windows 17:00. The results of this study showed a positive and significant effect of partial and simultaneous independent variable (compensation and work environment) on the dependent variable (employee morale). This can be evidenced by the F test and t test, by looking at the value of F (50 546) > F (2:64) (3.14) with sig (0,000) <0.005. Based on the t test, the t value of compensation (3447) and the work environment of the t (7,001), and the value of t count > t table (1,997). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the bound variable is affected by the independent variable, the magnitude of these effects was 61.2%. The company is expected to always consider the condition of compensation and work environment of employees, so that employees become excited in the works

Abstract

Abstract: Unfortunately the small business at chips bananas as one at community economic source in Indragiri Hilir, recently is not develop significantly, therefore it is needed to analysis a developmeat strategy to promate the business. In addition it should be examined proper development strategy to improve small businesses chips banana analyzed by one model matrix training .As for the purpose of this research is to know alternative strategy effective applied to develop small businesses chips bananas .The study is done at banana producers chips totaling 5 business unit. The research results show that small businesses chips bananas on the Tembilahan kota, Kecamatan Tembilahan Kota, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir to the position of a V with concentration strategy is through horizontal or stability there is no change in income .Alternative strategy and can be applied to small chips mengembangakan bananas on the subdistrict tembilahan tembilahan the district capital indragiri hilir namely maintain banana chips as food the traditions of a society , the utilization of workers from the region around to increase production , pengoptimalan business management by adding capital, which has those produced to be maximum , introduce again that banana chips sentra as small food in the subdistrict tembilahan tembilahan the district capital indragiri downstream .Keywords: Development Strategy, Small Business

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga dengan menarik hipotesis bahwa Ada Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif causal comperative. Penulis menggunakan 49 (empat puluh sembilan) orang responden sebagai sampel yang diambil dari seluruh populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara Komitmen organisasi dengan Semangat kerja pegawai pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga sebesar 0,601, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan hubungan yang kuat. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 32,327 + 0,487 X, yang menunjukkan pengaruh Komitmen organisasi terhadap Semangat Kerja, yang berarti Semangat Kerja pegawai akan bertambah sebesar koefisien regresi/ slop (0,487) apabila variabel Komitmen organisasi ditambah dengan satu satuan. Uji hipotesis (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarannya, dimana t hitung 5,155 lebih besar dari t tabel 2.01174 atau 5,155 > 2.01174. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa Komitmen organisasi hanya berperan sebesar 36,1 % terhadap Semangat kerja pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Sibolga dan sisanya sebesar 63,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization carried out with the belief that local government understand the needs of people in the region better than the central government does. With a policy of fiscal decentralization, local government are expected to achieve a more equitable social welfare. This research was conducted because of the increasing demands of society that the government should pay attention to their needs, especially education that is now a major requirement for the community and even falls into one of national priorities . The conclusions of this study are : 1 increased own source revenue (PAD), general purpose grant (DAU) and special purpose grant (DAK) of education can increase educational spending by district/municipality local government ; 2. Increase spending on education by district/municipality local government can improve the accessibility of education by the public 3. The welfare of district/municipality can increase educational spending by district/municipality local government and accessibility of public education ; 4. In rich district/municipality, the increase in local government education spending has greater effect on increasing accesibility of public education than in poor district/municipality; 5. Fiscal decentralization policy can improve the accessibility of education by the community.

Abstract

Perbaikan dan perawatan kapal merupakan proses yang dilakukan pemilik kapal agar kondisi kapal yang diunakan selalu dalam kondisi prima. Masyarakat pesisir melakukan perbaikan kapal berdasar atas pengalaman yang biasanya diperoleh secara turun temurun. Dalam proses tersebut banyak masyarakat yang kurang peduli dengan resiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena msyarakat sering berikir bahwa selama ini kegiatan tersebut tidak masalah sebab mereka tidak pernah sakit. Dengan kurang awamnya masyarakat terhadap masalah tersebut maka perlu diberikan sebuah penyuluhan serta langkah aman dalam melakukan perbaikan kapal yang pasti akan mereka lakukan.
