Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi WAP merupakan sebuah metode untuk menghadirkan halaman web di dalam handphone. Dengan begitu, informasi tidak harus di tampilkan dengan web yang hanya dapat di akses melalui browser, akan tetapi dapat ditampilkan dalam bentuk WAP. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi WAP, penulis mencoba membuat program aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk pencarian alamat di Kabupaten Kuningan. Aplikasi WAP ini berisi informasi mengenai alamat-alamat di Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan fasilitas pencarian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui alamat-alamat tersebut. Aplikasi WAP ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman WML dan PHP serta MySQL, sebagai databasenya. Pengguna system ada dua yaitu admin dan user, admin akan berinteraksi dengan system melalui browser pada handphone. Pada sistem ini, arsitektur perangkat lunak yang digunakan berupa client-server dan web based, di mana semua data disimpan di web server. Untuk administrator melakukan pengaksesan data yang ada di server secara on-line melewati halaman web dengan menggunakan aplikasi desktop pada perangkat PC. Sedangkan untuk user, dapat mengakses data yang ada di server tersebut secara on-line dengan mengunakan handphone yang memiliki fasilitas WAP dan GPRS yang dimilikinya.. Kata kunci : WAP, GPRS, Pencarian, PHP, MySQL

Abstract

Abstrak   Ambulance berperan penting dalam penanganan pasien gawat darurat yang membutuhkan kecepatan dalam penanganan pasien. Namun demikian, karena kondisi lalu lintas dijalan raya ambulance seringkali mengalami keterlambatan kedatangan maupun keterlambatan dalam membawa pasien kerumah sakit. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan supir mobil ambulance untuk menemukan rute terpendek dari titik asal ke titik tujuan. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Rational Unified Proccess (RUP) yang memiliki 4 tahapan : Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition. Algortima Bellmand ford merupakan algortima pencarian rute yang dapat menemukan rute terpendek dari titik awal (rumah sakit) sampai ke titik tujuan dengan cepat, yang merupakan pencarian rute terpendek dengan memperhitungkan semua rute. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Android Studio untuk editor yang dimana bisa diakses oleh supir ambulance, serta admin melakukan pengolahan data titik titik tujuan dengan PHP, database MYSQL dan notepad++ untuk editor. Aplikasi ini telah diuji dengan menggunakan whitebox dan blacbox, hasil akhirnya aplikasi ini dapat membantu supir ambulance dalam menemukan rute terpendek ke titik tujuan sehingga dapat lebih cepat dalam menjemput dan menangani pasien yang membutuhkan pertolongan yang harus segera dibawa ke rumah sakit Kata kunci : Rumah sakit, supir ambulance, pasien, algoritma Bellmand Ford, rute terpendek.  AbstractAmbulance plays a vital role in in the emergency of patients that require the speed of care. Nevertheless, because of the traffic conditions, the ambulance has often been delayed in carrying the patient to the hospital. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make an application that can facilitate an ambulance to find the shortest route to the destination. Software development method that is used is Rational Unified Process (RUP) that has 4 steps : Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition.  Bellmand ford algorithm is a searching algorithm that can find the shortest route from the starting point (hospital) to the destination quickly. It is a short route searching by calculating all routes. The application is built using Android Studio as an editor to be accessed by an ambulance driver and PHP Programming for admin to process a data of destination point, MySQL as database and notepad++ for editor. This application has been tested by using the whitebox and blacbox, the outcome of this application can help the ambulance driver to find the shortest route to the point where it can be faster to pick up and deal with a patient who needs help to get to the hospital. Keyword : Hospital, ambulance driver, patient, Bellmand Ford algorithm, shortest route

Abstract

Cisantana Village is located in the Cigugur sub-district, Kuningan Regency, West Java Province. Cisantana has abundant natural resources because of its geographical location on the slopes of Mount Ciremai. In addition to agricultural potential, Cisantana is also famous for cattle farming. Cisantana Village is a village that has very potential tourism potential. Village Cisantana is blessed with a lot of charm, a charm that must be explored and visualized through record media so that Cisantana Village has an audio visual or can be called a video profile for tourism appeal to the community or tourists.Desa Cisantana terletak di kecamatan Cigugur, Kabupaten Kuningan, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Cisantana memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah karena letak geografisnya yang berada di lereng gunung Ciremai, Selain potensi pertanian, Cisantana juga terkenal dengan peternakan sapi. Desa Cisantana merupakan desa yang mem-iliki potensi wisata yang sangat potensial. Cisantana desa yang dikarunia banyak pesona, pesona yang harus banyak di eksplorasi dan di visualkan melalui media rekam sehingga Desa Cisantana mempu-nyai sebuah audio visual atau bisa di sebut video profile untuk daya tarik pariwisata terhadap masyarakat atau wisatawan.

Abstract

Training   and    Certification    Center   (TCC), merupakan salah satu lembaga yang berada di lingkuan Fakultas IImu Komputer UNIKU yang betugas  melakukan pelatihan  dan  sertifikasi untuk mahasiswamupun masyarakat.Pelatihan dan  sertifikasi  tersebut  ada  yang  bersekala nasional   dan   ada   juga    yang    bersekala internasional.Pelatihan   dan    sertifikasi   yang    bersekala nasional  dilaksanakan  langsung   oleh   TCC dengan sertifikat dikeluarkan oleh TCCmelalui pengesahan Direktur TCCdan Dekan Fakultas Ilmu  Komputer  UNIKU. Pada pelatihan  dan sertifikasi nasional ini pelaksanaantest masih dilakukan  dengan  cara  konvensional  yaitu dengan menggunakan kertas untuk  soal dan lembar  jawaban,  dan   pemeriksaannya pun masih dilakukan oleh manusiasehingga hasilya tidak  bisa langsung diinformasikan pada saat itu. Jika peserta pelatihan dan sertifikasi sangat banyak maka akan memakanwaktu yang cukup lama untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap hasil   tes    tersebut.Sebagai   upaya    untuk meningkatkan   layanan   kepada   pelanggan, maka  penulis  melakukan  penelitian   untuk pelaksanaan sertifikasi secara online  di  TCC

Abstract

Konveksi Blackone is a cloth maker company in the Cikijing District area - Majalengka and it is located in Sukamukti village, Sukaraos block. The problem faced by this company is the uncontrolled stock of goods both raw materials and finished goods so that it disrupts the stability of the company itself. on the system is running, the company is not controlling the stock of goods both raw materials and finished goods so that it disrupts the stability of the company itself. Customers also have difficulty in getting the goods ordered. Then in the process of recording the goods carried out manually either the data of the goods, recording records or recording the reports. Because data collection in processing data is still recorded manually so it is less effective in processing information. After going through various stages of testing design and implementation of the SCM method for Web-based Information Stock Information Systems on Blackone Convection, it can facilitate the company to manage the inventory process of raw material requirements, production processes and distribution of goods and increase the effectiveness of delivering information in the form of reports. This system encourages the efficiency of costs that must be spent by the company in every process carried out both the order process of products, raw materials, production and distribution of goods, this is because the distribution of goods for the company is easier and so is production.

Abstract

Teacher Performance Assessment is a process to evaluate the performance of teacher at a certain period, to raise higher the quality of education through improved teacher quality. As a quality assurance professionalism of teachers in Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in SMA Negeri 1 Luragung to assess teacher performance every last semester. Performace assessment useful to drive the spirit of improving the quality of teachers. So it is necessary to facilitate the development of information technology in teacher performance appraisal system. One of these is the development of information technology Decision Support System (DSS). Decision Support System is called as familiar as the Decision Support System which is a set procedure for model-based data processing and assessment to help managers make decisions. Decision-making in this case is the assessment of teacher performance and suggestions - constructive suggestions for teachers in accordance with obtained score. The Decision Support System Process of Teacher Performance Assessment is assessed on four competencies they are pedogagik, personality, social and professional with a variety of additional points. The assessment of teacher performance used Fuzzy MADM Model with Simple Additive Weighting method of settlement, because by using the SAW method can provide decision makers importance weight for each competency to produce a ranking at the end of the assessment process. This research is held at SMAN 1 Luragung. Abstract

Planning and scheduling of project activities are very important because they can be used as the base for implementing the project in order to finish the projects by the optimal time. The level of the estimated project duration is determined by the level of the estimated duration of each activity in the project. Therefore, analysis of the optimization project duration is needed to know how long a project is completed and for the possibility of accelerating project duration. One popular technique in scheduling is a network planning. Network planning is one of the models that is widely used in the project implementation, which can provide information about the activities in the network diagram. Critical path method with activity on arch model is one of the techniques in network planning. Critical path is a path of critical activities concerning in project scheduling, because the project is late or does not depend on the activities in the critical path. However, in determining the critical path, it is always found the complicated calculations, so in this paper the author will make a software using the critical path method with activity on arch model which will help simplifying the calculation of the critical path and to build network diagram. By using the software, it is hoped that it can help analizing project scheduling. So that it becomes easier for calculating the critical activities of the project and we can see the duration of activities, such as result of forward pass and backward pass. This software is capable to present a network diagram of the project.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe role of the media is quite important in providing information about cakes stock in Cilla Snack, to the wider community. The delivery of information is usually done in the form of brochures. But brochures are considered inadequate in providing visualization about the cake and not all cake information can be included in the brochure that make consumers do not get complete information. Augmented Reality Technology, is the right technology to provide cake information on Cilla Snack. The implementation of Augmented Reality technology on android smartphones using the SURF (Speeded Up Robust Features) algorithm, this algorithm can recognize images with good recognition speed. In the development of AR applications that use the SURF algorithm, there are 3 stages, namely initialization, tracking markers, and object rendering. At the initialization stage, the image used as the introduction database will be processed. At the tracking marker stage, the smartphone camera will take a picture and process each input image then matching process with the image in the database. The last step is after a match is found, the application will display information text along with the cake object that matches the results of the match. Application development uses C # programming language, known as one of the object-oriented programming languages, so it is considered suitable for developing this application. With this application, brochures can provide visualization of cakes in the form of 3-dimensional objects making it more interesting and interactive than ordinary brochures. Keywords: Augmented Reality, SURF Algorithm, 3D Objects, Android.

Abstract

Peraturan Presiden No. 95/2018 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik, yang sejalan dengan Recana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN) Tahun 2020-2024, Kementrian PANRB diamanatkan untuk dapat mewujudkan pelayanan public berbasis elektronik yang terintegrasi. Pernyataan ini terintegrasi dengan pendekatan dalam perwujudan implementasi Teknologi di Era Smart Society 5.0. Mewujudkan Good Government dengan tujuan digitalisasi dalam pelayanan merupakan salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh Aparatur Desa Pemerintahan Kelurahan Ciporang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan Jawa Barat yang merujuk kepada Peraturan Pemerintah dan PANRB diatas. Salah satu permasalahan yang dimiliki adalah administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Dimana proses ini kurang efisiensinya dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Seperti dokumen dalam bentuk berkas kertas, penyimpanan dokumen yang membutuhkan banyak ruang, pencarian data yang sulit karena penyimpanan berkas yang tidak teratur, informasi kepada masyarakat masih menggunakan metode penempelan pengumuman dan melalui Ketua RT/RW, dll. Ini menunjukkan belum adanya komunikasi yang terintegrasi berbasis digitalisasi antara aparatur desa dengan masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan public. Sehingga dibutuhkan metode untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Implementasi E-Office, Smart-HRM, Informasi Berbasis WEB, merupakan salah satu cara atau media yang dapat digunakan oleh Aparatur Desa Ciporang untuk penyelesaian permasalahan yang ada. Tetapi, sebelum menerapkan cara tersebut dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan kemampuan dan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia(SDM) Aparatur Desa Ciporang. Sebagai wujud Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, diadakan kegiatan “Workshop Penerapan Teknologi Informasi Untuk Aparatur Desa Guna Menyongsong Smart Society 5.0”.
