Cibinuang Village is an area located in Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. Cibinuang Village has many and varied natural resources. In the process of development activities Cibinuang tourism village has not fully used the detailed concept of tourism. The development of the concept of tourism in the Village of Cibinuang did not escape the existence of adequate natural resources and quality human resources. The availability of natural resources and their use in Cibinuang Village, even if simple and limited, will be able to improve the quality of the village and be a source of increased human resources for the community. In terms of improving the economy, knowledge and attractiveness of tourism. Efforts to design the concept of a tourist village, in improving the ability of rural communities in the field of tourism required a whole design concept to make it happen. It is understood together that one of the concrete manifestations of Higher Education gait besides education and research is Community Service and Service activities, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System article 24 (2) which states; "Universities have the autonomy to manage their own institutions as centers for the administration of higher education, scientific research, and community service." As a concrete step Faculty of Computer Science, Kuningan University with the core of Visual Communication Design, trying to respond to the needs of the community (Cibinuang Village) of the importance of developing Tourism Villages by doing Community Service with the title of the activity "The Concept of Designing Tourism Villages in Cibinuang Area Kuningan District of West Java Province" . Referring to the background of existing problems, problem solving is needed for the purpose of this activity are: Designing the concept of village tourism design for the people of Cibinuang Village, Kuningan Regency, to utilize natural resources in the area, which include: Hot Springs, Campgrounds, Sacred / Ancient Tombs. Creating a Tourism Village Study Plan for Cibinuang Village Community, Kuningan District to realize the Village program.Desa Cibinuang merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Desa Cibinuang memiliki sumberdaya alam yang banyak dan berfariasi. Dalam proses kegiatan pengembangan Desa wisata Cibinuang belum sepenuhnya menggunakan konsep wisata yang terinci. Perkembangan konsep pariwisata di Desa Cibinuang tidak luput dari adanya sumberdaya alam yang memadai dan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Ketersediaan sumber alam dan pemanfaatannya di Desa Cibinuang, sekalipun sederhana dan terbatas, akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas desa serta menjadi sumber peningkatan SDM bagi masyarakat. Dalam hal peningkatan ekonomi, pengetahuan, dan daya tarik pariwisata. Upaya perancangan konsep desa wisata, dalam peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat desa dalam bidang pariwisata diperlukan suatu konsep desain yang utuh untuk mewujudkannya. Dipahami bersama bahwa salah satu wujud nyata kiprah Perguruan Tinggi selain pendidikan dan penelitian adalah kegiatan Pengabdian dan Pelayanan kepada Masyarakat, hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang diamanatkan dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 24 (2)Â yang menyatakan ; â€œPerguruan tinggi memiliki otonomi untuk mengelola sendiri lembaganya sebagai pusat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi, penelitian ilmiah, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakatâ€. Sebagai langkah kongkrit Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan dengan core Desain Komunikasi Visual, mencoba untuk merespon kebutuhan masyarakat (Desa Cibinuang) akan pentingnya pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan melakukan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul kegiatan â€œKonsep Perancangan Desa Wisata Di Daerah Cibinuang Kabupaten Kuningan Provinsi Jawa Baratâ€. Mengacu pada latar belakang permasalahan yang ada maka dibutuhkan pemecahan masalah untuk tujuan kegiatan ini adalah:Â Merancang konsep Desain desa wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan, untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada di daerahnya, yaitu meliputi: Sumber Air Panas, Bumi Perkemahan, Makam Keramat/Kuno. Membuat StudyPlan Desa Wisata bagi Masyarakat Desa Cibinuang, Kabupaten Kuningan untuk mewujudkan program Desa.

Community Service (PkM) is a medium to connect higher education/university with the community in order to make community being able to face challenges. In the future, especially in the era of globalization, entrepreneurship in Kuningan Regency is one of the pilot projects that can be used as opportunities to improve community welfare through entrepreneurship opportunities. This service aims at Community Empowerment through improving the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) for village officials and BUMDes managers as a basis for increasing capacity both individually and government in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. The method used in this activity is the lecture method, question and answer method and discussion method. The core objective of this service is community empowerment through improving the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), so that BUMDes managers have the ability to run programs that are suitable on target so they can be accounted for in accordance with applicable regulations, especially in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. It is hoped that further program in the future, it requires follow-up by the Regional Government and all related parties and it is necessary to carry out a closer and more planned collaboration between universities and local governments to explore the potencies that exist in the region.Pengabdian Â kepada Masyarakat Â (PkM) Â merupakan Â suatu Â media Â untuk Â menjembatani Â dunia pendidikan Â dengan Â masyarakat Â dimana Â Perguruan Â Tinggi Â dihadapkan Â pada Â masalah Â bagaimana Â agar Â warga masyarakat mampu menghadapi tantangan. Lebih jauh ke depan di era globalisasi Â dengan berwirausaha di Kabupaten Kuningan menjadi Â salah Â satu Â pilot Â proyek Â yang Â dapat Â dijadikan Â peluang Â untuk Â meningkatkan Â kesejahteraan masyarakat Â melalui Â peluang Â berwirausaha. Â Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk PemberdayaanÂ MasyarakatÂ melalui peningkatan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) bagi aparatur desa dan Pengelola BUMDes sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan baik secara individu maupun secara lembaga desa di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan metode diskusi. Adapun tujuan inti dari pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaanÂ masyarakatÂ melalui peningkatan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), sehingga pengelola BUMDes memilki kemampuan dalam menjalankan program yang tepat sasaran agar bisa dipertanggungjawabkan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, khususnya di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Â Harapan Â lebih Â jauh Â ke Â depan tentunya Â diperlukan tindak Â lanjut Â oleh Â Pemerintah Â Daerah dan semua pihak yang terkait serta perlu dilakukan kerjasama yang lebih erat dan terencana antara Perguruan Tinggi dengan Pemerintah Daerah untuk menggali potensi-potensi yang ada di wilayah tersebut.

Decision-making in determining the prospective employee is a crucial issue in a company to get the right staff and ideal staff. This decision is generally described as a case in which a companyâ€™s person HRD that must choose and sort out prospective employees of various criteria according to a decree issued by the head of the company. The decision-making system aims to provide recommendations for decision making in the selection to determine the employees objectively. To support the decision-making process used method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) process which determines the weight values for each attribute, and then proceed with the process of sorting and ranking will be automatically selected the best of a number of alternative.Applications used is WEB based applications using PHP programming language and MySQL database, while for the system design using the Data Flow Diagram. Development method using SDLC waterfall model. User of this application is HRD government offices that have been using this system and the application. In the process, the use of the application can perform data management prospective servants, the management of assessment criteria, the calculation of the test results can be displayed in a report.This application can help a variety of public and private agencies. PT Surya Â Inti Ciremai has used this application in managing the data in real-time. Of course, the use of these applications can be more efficient business processes that previously were done manually which business processes are recorded in the general ledger.

AbstrakObat tradisional/obat herbal adalah ramuan dari berbagai macam jenis dari bagian tanaman yang mempunyai khasiat untuk menyembuhkan berbagai macam penyakit. Sedangkan ramuan tradisional adalah media pengobatan yang menggunakan tanaman dengan kandungan bahan-bahan alamiah sebagai bahan bakunya. Sebagian besar ramuan tradisional ataupun obat-obatan herbal sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat dunia sejak dulu. Ramuan tradisional dan obat-obatan herbal dikenal oleh masyarakat dunia terutama cina, yang ternyata terkenal sebagai gudangnya ramuan tradisional. Di Indonesia sendiri, ramuan tradisional dan obat-obatan herbal sudah dikenal sejak nenek moyang kita sampai sekarang yang sering dikenal dengan istilah jamu. Dengan berkembangnya jaman, obat herbal ataupun ramuan tradisional sudah mulai terlupakan, karena semakin sedikitnya masyarakat yang mengerti tentang obat-obatan herbal. Masyarakat pada umumnya lebih mengenal obat-obatan yang praktis dan mudah untuk didapat. Padahal obat-obatan herbal ataupun ramuan tradisional banyak terdapat di sekitar mereka, dan sangat mudah untuk mengolahnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk melestarikan tentang obat-obatan herbal dan ramuan tradisional yang mulai terlupakan, maka perlu di buat suatu sistem informasi yang bisa memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang informasi obat-obatan herbal dan ramuan tradisional. Dimana sistem informasi tersebut mudah untuk di akses oleh masyarakat luas. Sistem yang ideal untuk itu adalah sistem informasi yang berbasis WEB. Dengan sistem yang berbasis web, maka masyarakat bisa mencari informasi tentang obat-obatan herbal dengan lebih mudah melalui web yang penulis buat. Dan untuk kedepannya system ini akan membantu bagi masyarakat yang memiliki penyakit yang masih sulit untuk disembuhkan secara medis. Dalam sistem ini berisi tentang nama-nama obat tradisional dan cara pengolahan obat-obatan tradisional tersebut menjadi ramuan herbal yang sangat bermanfaat dan mudah dalam pengolahannya. Kuningan is one of the regencies in West Java which has various tourism objects. Beside nature tourism, there are also many other tourism objects such as modern water tourism that provide water boom, historical tours, religious tourism and culinary tourism. Now days the information of these tourism destination is usually through mouth to mouth, mass media, browsing¸ and social media. It makes that not all tourism objects can be visited, due to lack of information and location of scattered attractions that are difficult to reach by public transportation. This study offers an android application that can provide convenience to tourists who want to visit the tourism objects. This application provides information about the existing attractions from the start location information, facilities, opening hours and closing and guides to reach the location by using the Location Based Service method. Any travelers can download the app and run it on a smartphone. Users of the app can choose the tourism objects by category and the system will provide guide facilities to the tourist sites you want to visit. This application is expected to be a solution to the above problems and it becomes a tourism promotion media in Kuningan Regency.Keyword : Travel apss, LBS, Kuningan, Android

Health facilities are one of the most visited places. However, in several cities, such as Kuningan regency, people still have difficulty accessing information about existing health facilities. The information needed must be complete in the form of location, type of facilities, facilities and services available. This study aims to make an application of health facilities in the Kuningan district. The design of the application uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) system development methodology which consists of 2 dimensions, horizontal and vertical. The steps taken are inception, elaboration, construction and transition. In the inception phase, both functional and non-functional needs are identified. The elaboration phase is carried out in the design which includes designing the application architecture, use case diagrams, scenario diagrams, activities and others using the Rational Rose tool. The construction phase is carried out implementing the design into a prototype application using Android Studio tools and the Java programming language. In this phase, the process of implementing Location Based Service (LBS) technology and testing is done per unit. The transition phase is carried out the installation and testing process in the user's real condition. The results of this study are applications that are able to display information about existing health facilities. This research needs to be further developed in terms of appearance, and the use of other platforms for the use of maps.

Pengelolaan Skripsi dan Tugas Akhir yang baik yang diperlukan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada semua elemen dan untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Ketepatan, akurasi dan kecepatan penyajian data atau informasi merupakan faktor penting dalam mengelola administrasi yang baik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknologi IT di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer . Sistem ini dibangun untuk memfasilitasi pengelolaan judul-judul Skripsi dan Tugas Akhir, pengajuan Skripsi atau Tugas Akhir, SK Skripsi dan Tugas Akhir, data dosen pembimbing, data program studi dan staff. Analisis ini digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data dan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Dalam merancang, penulis menciptakan alur kerja terkomputerisasi melalui proses desain komponen model, komponen fungsi, database dan komponen antarmuka pengguna. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan informasi judul, layanan konsultasi, pengajuan judul Skripsi atau Tugas Akhir dan laporan untuk masing-masing program studi yang ada pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Kuningan.Kata Kunci : Sistem, Skripsi dan Tugas Akhir.

The process of determining qualified student is a process of assessing the best students from various aspects determined by the school. Determining best students in MTs Terpadu Riyadul Badiyah is very important to improve the students’ enthusiasm for learning, because the award will motivate student’s learning achievement. Determining fast and accurate calculations needs a system that can handle the management of decision-making to produce the best students. Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) is a method that can be used to determine students’ achievement. The case study is done at MTs Terpadu Riyadul Badiyah. There are five criteria that will be used as reference for determining student achievement that is the average value, the value of the English language, the value of the activity, the value of personality and value of attendance. The greatest value will produce the qualified student. Information System for Determining qualified Student is expected to be used as tools in MTsTerpadu Riyadul Badiyah. With this system, the school can easily choose the criteria and determine the best student at the school. Fajar Luragung department store is one of the companies that implements a reward program for employees who deserve it. The reward is an award as a form of corporate gratitude to employees who have worked well. The selection of best employees is the process of evaluation about how well the performance of employees is in accordance with the standards set by the company. However, the number of criterias that must be considered make the selection team confused in determining the best employee to be rewarded. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can determine the best employees based on many criterias, one of them is the Profile Matching Method. This study uses the Waterfall model system development method and the programming languages used are PHP and MySQL. The final result of this study found that the decision support system with the Profile Matching method was able to overcome the problems in the process of selecting the best employees at the Fajar Luragung Department Store.

Acceptance of New Students is one of the existing processes in educational institutions such as schools that are useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to be students students. In general, the process of Admission New Students through the stages of registration, selection tests and announcement of student acceptance.In this research, its application to SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan where in the process of New Student Admission must be decided quickly and precisely therefore it is needed Decision Support System to assist the committee of PPDB in decision making. The method used in this Decision Support System is by Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method.In building this system using the software development method Waterfall model and required tools used for the design include: Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram And Data Dictionary, created using Microsoft Visio applications. Data collection methods used in the preparation of this thesis is Observation, Library Studies and Interview. This system was developed using PHP and MySQL as database server.The result of this research is decision support system in new student acceptance by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which gives more optimal result in management and value calculation so that PPDB committee can give quick decision.Keywords: New Student Acceptance, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Waterfall, DFD, PHP MySQL
