Abstract

The population rate in Indonesia is goes up every year and it affects the growth of food industry in Indonesia which is developed gradually every year. Here, a food industry produces various products like cooked food, processed food in a form of frozen food. For frozen food, it has its own target market and the number is bigger than the market of cooked food due to its durable characteristic and cooking friendly. The growth of the frozen food sales in Indonesian market is a business opportunity for PT. BEFINDO FOOD. Therefore, PT. BEFINDO FOOD focuses on frozen food industry by using manufactured duck as its main ingredients it’s different by other companies. In this study, we use Porter’s Five Forces analysis method and SWOT analysis to investigate any factual information that needs to be taken into consideration, which is related to the frozen food business. The result shows, growth of the frozen food sales in the market is expected to be the business opportunity for PT. BEFINDO FOOD to produce a nugget with manufactured duck as its main ingredients. It aims to reach wider market to offer alternative flavor of nugget product.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on word of mouth. We carried out a survey of our sample, which consisted of 303 respondents. This study provides empirical evidence that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality also has a significant positive effect on word of mouth and customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

AbstractSince Indonesian government deregulate lubricants monopoly through Keppres No 21 in 2001, there has been a rise in lubricant industry climate. Lubricant producers need to benefit owners and managers of automotive repair station as the decision makers and personal reference to recommends their products to clients. Lubricant producers also needs to finds out what caused repair station managers became loyal and willing to recommend their products to his clients.  In business market, company reputation has a strong influence on buying decision which may differ from the influence of brand’s image. This paper investigate these differences by testing hypotheses about the influence of brand’s image and company reputation on customer’s perceptions of product and service quality, customer value and customer loyalty in lubricant business market. The object’s of this study are 105 of automotive repair station managers. The result indicate that company reputation have influence on the customer’s perception of product and service quality and customer loyalty since brand image doesn’t have influence on the customer’s perception of product and service quality and customer loyalty. Based on the result, the appropriate marketing strategic for lubricant’s producer is to be focus on the establishment of company reputation.Keywords: brand of merk, reputation, quality of productAbstrakSejak adanya penghapusan monopoli minyak pelumas oleh pemerintah lewat Keppres No.21 Tahun 2001, iklim persaingan pasar bisnis pelumas kian sengit.Para produsen minyak pelumas perlu memanfaatkan manajer atau pemilik bengkel yang merupakan pembuat keputusan sekaligus pengaruh untuk merekomendasikan produknya kepada pelanggan bengkel.Oleh sebab itu perlu juga diketahui oleh produsen pelumas apakah yang menyebabkan manajer bengkel menjadi loyal sehingga mau merekomendasikan produknya pada pelanggan bengkel.Pada pasar bisnis, reputasi perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan membeli dimana pengaruh tersebut berbeda dengan pengaruh citra merek.Penelitian ini membahas perbedaan tersebut dengan menguji hipotesis-hipotesis tentang pengaruh citra merek dan reputasi perusahaan pada persepsi pelanggan (manajer bengkel) terhadap kualitas produk dan jasa, nilai pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada pasar bisnis pelumas kendaraan.Objek penelitian ini adalah manajer bengkel sebanyak 105 responden.Penelitian mengindikasikan reputasi perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kualitas produk dan jasa serta pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan citra merek tidak mempunyai pengaruh baik terhadap kualitas produk dan jasa maupun terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka strategi pemasaran yang paling tepat bagi produsen pelumas adalah fokus terhadap upaya untuk membangun reputasi perusahaan.Kata kunci: citra merek, reputasi, kualitas produk

Abstract

This paper is discussing about the strategy of a retail store business model that uses a delivery and sale of service eat products while a concept aims to efficient, faster, and customer-oriented practices. The development connection of IT solutions in urban logistics operations, supply chain efficiency, and new business model will be delivered as a Service i.e. service-oriented delivery and evolution business processes with adjust the expectations and customers’ needs in lifestyle development of urban communities at Indonesia. Thus, in this study also concludes that religious issues related to brand and company names have the power to build a retail store business especially minimarket with STP methods

Abstract

The method of Lean Lean Sigma (LSS) today is not only used in manufacturing industries however it is continuing to keep developing in various sectors such as countries who use it in the governmental sector. Here, Indonesian National Health Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) as Public Legal Entity which organizes the Health Insurance continued to make efforts to improve the coverage towards the achievement of universal membership or Universal Health Coverage (UHC) which should have been reached on January 1st, 2019, the achievement of participation in the Business Wage Recipient Participant segment is not in line with the target. Thus, the participant registration process is carried out using the Canvassing method where officers make visits from one business entity to another in accordance with the results of observations and pre-research interviews the process has weaknesses in this case there is a waste in the process, among others transportation, waiting, Over Processing and Defect, improvement that will be done is with Lean Sigma method by defining, measuring, analysing, increasing, and controlling DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) and the LCM (Lean Consumption Map) method. In this research, we use qualitative research method and interviews with internal and external correspondence, and the purpose of this study is to improve the Canvassing process and we found that this process is able to improve the Canvassing process.

Abstract

The phenomenon of changing the hair style and coffee shop has become a part of our lifestyle. Business opportunities in both sectors are very large. In 2020, the barbershop market share is 52.65% or 74,921 people in the area of West Java, with a population of 142,300 inhabitants. PT. Jeeva Work Corporation is a private company in the Barbershop and coffee shop sector especially for men who are starting to try to be stylish and more aware of their appearance by choosing stylish hairstyles. The company takes advantage of this opportunity by establishing a premium barbershop business, which is provides technology to select hair models in the form of menus with a remodeling application and provides rapid registration technology by developing an online registration application, and equipped with coffee shop facilities under the brand of Jeeva Barber Coffee.

Abstract

AbstractACFTA affect many economic trade sectors in Indonesia either from the Import, Export as well as the states finances and its policies. The objective of free trade around the world is more on looking at the benefits to both countries that entered into the agreement. The ACFTA will influence competitiveness and comparative advantage among members of ASEAN in the textile, one of the Textile products become an image of Indonesian nation culture, it is call Batik, as it continues to spread worldwide and is recognized as a primary need that should be preserved our country. However, much of the existing literature on ACFTA seeks to provide qualitative estimates of the overall effect of ACFTA on ASEAN and China. In line with this, this research aims to determine the effect of Batik Imports from China that become bigger after the enactment of ACFTA. This study examines the value of Batik Textile Imports from 1998 to 2014. To see the implementation of ACFTA since 2007, the researchers divided the value of imports into two periods: 1998-2006 for before ACFTA and 2007-2014 for after ACFTA. This study uses a difference test method of non-parametric Mann Whitney. The results indicate that the value of batik imports from China after the ACFTA is greater than before ACFTA with significant value of <0.05.Keywords: ACFTA, Import, Batik Textile

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigm Service dominant logic, dengan tujuan untuk membantu industri jasa kreatif agar dapat mengetahui model strategi pemasaran partisipatif, sehingga industri ini dapat menentukan aplikasi strategi yang sesuai berdasarkan pemodelan tersebut. Penelitian ini meneliti peranan implicit self theory sebagai variable moderasi antara strategi partisipatif dan kualitas relasional relasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap gap theory dalam perspektif pemasaran relasional, dimana sebagian ilmuan berpendapat bahwa strategi partisipatif akan meningkatkan kualitas hubungan, sedangkan ilmuan lainnya berpendapat bahwa peningkatan kualitas hubungan ini ditentukan oleh karakteristik personal pelanggan.Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri jasa kreatif - tailor, karena karakteristik industri ini dapat mewakili karakteristik industri jasa kreatif lainnya. Dan sebagian besar responden yang digunakan adalah mahasiswi di lingkungan Universitas Esa Unggul. Desain penelitian adalah kausal, dengan metode pengolahan data two way ancova.Kata kunci: partisipasi pelanggan, kualitas relasional, implicit self theory

Abstract

The competition in the advertising industry today is very tight due to the choice of media in advertise is increasing with their respective advantages. To face this competition, the press advertising cannot rely on sales ordinarily but also a more approach to consumers. In this case, the brand which has an interest over promotion market. Thus, this study aims to determine the effective effect on influence of customer satisfaction with customer loyalty and the performance of marketing organizations over outdoor advertising companies. This research uses quantitative research methods to obtain the result. Here, we distribute a document set of questionnaires to collect data from respondents. The manager of advertising agency has interviewed because they are consultants for brands to carry out promotional strategies in advertising in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this research, we obtain the interviewed respondent around 37 people with positions equivalent to media Manager or Media Director in several advertising agencies. Furthermore, this research is processed using the SmartPLS application to obtain the result. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and organizational performance for the total effect obtained from organizational performance from the application of customer satisfaction by 34.3% which means significant, because that customer satisfaction must always be considered by the company

Abstract

The initial stage before establishing a B3 medical waste processing plant PT. Kelola Lingkungan Kita (PT. KLK), it’s one of determines the right location. By choosing the right location can make transportation faster and more affordable to several hospitals in regional 1 or the island of Java and can improve company operations more effectively. This company using methods Location Factor Rating (LFR) by selecting the areas of Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi and Indramayu, Thus the calculation is done and the company location is obtained with the highest value of 3.67, at Indramayu. Here, PT. KLK built its factory in Indramayu Regency Industrial Estate. In addition to the industrial area being safe from environmental disturbances, salaries of employees in the Indramayu area are still relatively low compared to other areas. This study aims to determine the exact location of the PT KLK factory. There are several other factors that have a significant influence on determining the location of the PT. KLK, namely Minimum Wage for Employees, Factory Surroundings and Fleet Mobilization. This will have an impact on the effectiveness of the company and can reduce the company's operating costs, so that PT. KLK establishes a factory in the Indramayu Industrial Estate with the aim of being able to avoid the risk of environmental disturbances around the factory such as Community Social Institutions which can hinder operational activities, complaints from local residents because they are afraid that the environment will be polluted by the presence of a waste processing company, the Minimum Wage for Employees in the Indramayu area is classified as cheaper than in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi.
