Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of intrinsic motivation, to determine influence of the work environment, to determine influence of intrinsic motivation and work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods. Associative research approach. The sample used were 69 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression were performed using statistical software SPSS 20. Based on the analysis by using statistical software SPSS 20 note that the regression equation Y = . Intrinsic motivation has a significant influence to employee performance. By T value > Ttable (5,703 > 1,996008). Include a significant influence between work environment to employee performance. By Tvalue  > Ttable ((3,304 > 1,996008). The coefficient of determination (Kd) = 71% shows the influence of the intrinsic motivation and work environment on employee performance, while the remaining 29%  influenced by other factors not included in this study. And the results of the F test is known that the F value > Ftable (80,967 > 3,1359), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that the intrinsic motivation and work environment has a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Intimas Lestari Nusantara.Keywords: intrinsic motivation, work environment, employee eerformance AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap  kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pendekatan penelitian asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 69 responden. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20 diketahui bahwa persamaan regresi berganda Y =. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu, (5,703 > 1,996008). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan nilai Thitung  > Ttabel yaitu, (3,304 > 1,996008). Nilai koefisien determinasi (Kd) = 71% menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 29% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu, (80,967 > 3,1359), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, bahwa variabel motivasi intrinsik dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Intimas Lestari Nusantara.Kata Kunci: motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine work motivation as an intervening organizational culture and the effectiveness of training on employee performance. Survey method and simple random sampling technique were used for data collection with the help of a questionnaire based on a 10-point Likert scale. The number of samples of 100 employees is used to test the hypothesis. The research model used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 to perform data processing. The results showed that organizational culture and training effectiveness had a positive and significant influence on work motivation. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of training and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of continuous improvement organizationalculture on employee performance with work motivation and innovative work behavior asintervening variables. The research method is quantitative using a questionnaire with a Likertscale of 10 points and the sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. The numberof samples used is 100 to test the hypothesis. Structural Equation Modeling was used to test thestatistical significance of the path coefficients. The research findings explain that continuousimprovement organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on work motivationand innovative work behavior. Continuous improvement work culture and innovative workbehavior have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work motivation hasa positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Continuous improvement workculture has an indirect effect on employee performance through innovative work behavior whichis greater than the direct influence of continuous improvement work culture on employeeperformance

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. Variables used democratic leadership style (X1) and discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y).This type of research is quantitative research surveys and questionnaires, sampling technique used is sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with types of sampling saturated or census and the number of 52 respondents. Variables used in the study is variable democratic leadership style and work discipline as an independent variable, employee performance is as dependent. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Research data processing is done by using the tools of the program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 20 (SPSS).Results indicate that partially democratic leadership style positive effect but not significant, while the discipline of work have a significant effect on employee performance. And the results showed that simultaneous democratic leadership style and discipline significant influence on employee performance.Keywords : leadership, democratic leadership style, labor discipline, employee performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of preventive discipline and extrinsic motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.This study uses a quantitative research in accordance with questionnaires and surveys. Engineering samples of data collection using sample saturated with 61 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. SPSS version 20 is a program used in the process and research.The results show that the preventive discipline no positive effect on job satisfaction. T indicated by the results of arithmetic <T table (-0905 <1.671), so that H1 is rejected. Partially, extrinsic motivation positive effect on job satisfaction. T indicated by the results of arithmetic> T table (5,008> 1,671), so that H1 is accepted. Partially preventive discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the results of T arithmetic> T table (4,746> 1,671), so that H1 is accepted. Partially, extrinsic motivation is not a positive and significant influence on employee performance. T indicated by the results of arithmetic <T table (-0138 <1.672), so that H1 is rejected. Partially, job satisfaction does not affect positively on employee performance. This is shown by the results of T arithmetic < T table (-0042 <1.672), so that H1 is rejected.Keywords: Preventive Discipline, Extrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

PT Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) builds a corporate culture of "RAISE" as values that are believed, carried out and become the daily behavior and habits of all Jasindo people. This study aims to determine the application of "RAISE" work culture and its effect on employee performance through two intervening variables, job satisfaction and affective commitment. The research object was the employees of PT Jasa Asuransi Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Serang, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used a PLS-based SEM approach. Based on the hypothesis test at the 10% significance level, the results of work culture have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, while affective commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. This study found an indirect effect of work culture on employee performance through affective commitment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of performance appraisal on job satisfaction through career development and compensation as intervening variables. The study was conducted on 91 permanent employees of Bank BJB who worked in Regional Offices of Banten IV and had worked for at least 3 years using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed 1) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, where the better the performance appraisal, the higher the employee job satisfaction, 2) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on career development, where the better the performance appraisal, the more Employee career development, 3) Performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on compensation, where the better the performance appraisal, the higher the employee compensation, 4) Career development has no effect on job satisfaction, 5) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction employee work, where the higher the compensation, the higher the job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh moderasi dukungan social dalam menurunkan dampak negatif stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan perbankan dengan jumlah sampel diambil secara sampling jenuh, sebanyak 58 orang dari Bank bjb Cabang Labuan. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala penilaian 1 s.d 10 dan dianalisa menggunakan model SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa stress kerja yang dialami karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan. Meskipun demikian, hubungan stress kerja dan kinerja adalah negatif yang artinya tetap membutuhkan dukungan sosial untuk dapat mengubahnya menjadi hal yang positif bagi kinerja karyawan.
