Abstract

Yellow pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) could potentially be used as a source of modified flour material to to reduce the consumption of wheat. One method of modified flour that can be done is the enzymatic hydrolysis process using α-amylase enzyme. This research used α-amylase enzyme of small green pea sprout. Objective of this research is to obtained the best condition incubation periode and addition small green pea sprout. The experimental design of the research employed completely randomized design with two factors, incubation periode with 3 levels of treatment (24, 48, and 72 hours) and addition small green pea sprout (10%, 20%, and 30% (b/b dry flour)). The incubation periode was significantly take affect at level significance 95% to solubility and swelling power but not significantly take affect to water absorbing capacity (WAC), oil absorbing capacity (OAC), and β-caroten content. Addition small green pea sprout was significantly take affect at level significance 95% to solubility and swelling power but not significantly take affect to water absorbing capacity (WAC) and oil absorbing capacity (OAC). In addition, the study confirmed that the incubation periode of 48 hours and small green pea sprout of 30% b/b dry flour were the best condition possible. The results at this condition solubility of 61.45%, swelling power of 31.86%, WAC of 3.04 (g), OAC of 2.62 (g/g), and β-caroten content of 3.08 mg/100 g. Keywords: incubation periode, modified yellow pumpkin flour, small green pea sprout ABSTRAK Labu kuning merupakan salah satu sumber pangan dan sumber pati potensial yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku tepung termodifikasi untuk mengurangi konsumsi terigu. Salah satu metode modifikasi tepung yang dapat dilakukan adalah proses hidrolisis secara enzimatis dengan menggunakan enzim α-amilase. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kondisi terbaik lama inkubasi dan penambahan kecambah kacang hijau melalui proses hidrolisis secara enzimatis. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor yaitu lama inkubasi dengan 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu 24, 48, dan 72 jam dan penambahan kecambah kacang hijau 10, 20, dan 30% dari bobot tepung labu kuning yang akan dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lama inkubasi berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% terhadap kelarutan, swelling power, dan daya serap minyak namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya serap air tepung labu kuning termodifikasi. Penambahan kecambah kacang hijau berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelarutan dan swelling power namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya serap air dan daya serap minyak. Kondisi terbaik proses modifikasi pati labu kuning secara enzimatis adalah pada lama inkubasi 48 jam dan penambahan kecambah kacang hijau 30%. Pada kondisi ini dihasilkan kelarutan 61,45%, swelling power 31,86%, daya serap air 3,04 (g/g), daya serap minyak 2,62 (g/g), dan β-karoten 3,08 mg/100 g.

Abstract

In addition of being dubbed as the city of "Serambi Mekah", Aceh is also famous as the city of "Thousand Coffee Shops". One of coffee dish that attracts consumers' is khop coffee (read: kopi khop) because it is served with a glass dish upside down. The khop coffee, a typical coffee drink from Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, is served by reversing the glass that has been filled with coarse coffee powder on top of the pan. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to conduct a special study on the analysis of unique taste-determining compounds in khop coffee to elevate the local wisdom of the Acehnese to the scientific region. The aim of this study was to determine the concentration of caffeine compounds of khop coffee due to the modification of coffee powder diameter by using the thin layer chromatography (TLC) method and UV-Vis spectrophotometry. This study used four types of samples with diameter variations coffee, namely original, fine, medium, and coarse. The four samples were extracted with boiling hot water according to the same conditions when the bartender served it (90 °C) followed by liquid-liquid extraction using chloroform solvent. Dry extract was analyzed by using TLC followed by a UV-Vis spectrometer. The results showed that the concentrations of original, fine, medium, and coarse coffee were respectively 57.85%; 17.61%; 1.29%; and 0.83%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Know the Implementation of Internal Control Systems in Supporting Accountability in Minimizing Cheating at KPRI-Bahagia. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The method of data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is done through four stages, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the internal control system was able to support accountability in minimizing fraud, both with steps to improve and develop the KPRI-Bahagia internal control system.

Abstract

       Sufu is a traditional Chinese fermented soybean curd (tofu) resembling a soft creamy cheese-type product. It is made by fungal solid-state fermentation of tofu (called pizi) followed by aging in saturated brine solution. The aims of this study were to obtain the best indigenous mold strain for sufu fermentation and produce a low salt sufu by applying Lactobacillus plantarum kik. Four indigenous mold strains were used i.e Rhizopus oligosporus, R. oryzae, Mucor hiemalis and Actinomucor elegans during pizi fermentation. The salt concentrations used in brine fermentation varied in the range of 6% - 12%. The results showed that the fermentation time of pizi depended on the mold species. Based on the density of the mycelium  and the spores colour, pizi fermented by R. oligosporus and R. oryzae were produced after 24 hours of fermentation, while those with M. hiemalis and A. elegans were formed after 36 hours at room temperature and 55-68% relative humidity (RH). Sensory evaluation of the pizi flavor indicated that the pizi fermented by A. elegans and R. oligosporus were ranked as first and second, respectively. Sensory evaluation (Balance Incomplete Block Rating Design) on the hedonic rating of sufu revealed that fermentation in 9% brine by Lactobacillus plantarum kik produced the most preferred sufu according to the panelists. Combination of L. plantarum kik and pasteurization of sufu could maintain the quality for three weeks.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to know the achievement of tendency and learning mathematics desire seventh grade students of junior high school in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosari use cooperative learning model that conclude STAD and TAI types, to know which one the most effective. The type of this research was quasi experiment research. The population of this research was seventh grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosari academic year 2013/2014. The data that will be analyzed were two classes’ amount 73 students. The data were collected by cluster random sampling technique with drawing way. The data collecting technique were using test and questionnaire technique. Experiment analysis instrument was done usefully include validity, different power, level of difficulties and reliability test. The data analysis technique was descriptive and hypothesis test that done by due diligent test. The result of this research can conclude that: Mathematics learning achievement of STAD students experiment was categorized as medium, mathematics achievement of TAI students experiment was high categorized; Mathematics learning desire of STAD students experiment was high categorized, mathematics learning desire of TAI students experiments was high categorized; Based on mathematics learning of students, TAI experiment group have higher achievement than STAD experiment group therefore cooperative learning model TAI type more effective that cooperative learning STAD type. TAI experiment group have higher mathematics learning desire than STAD experiment group, so cooperative learning model TAI type more effective that cooperative learning model STAD type, it can seen from learning mathematic desire of students.

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Marketing dan corporate social responsibility terhadap keputusan untuk membeli produk hijau dengan peran mediasi pengetahuan konsumen.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi peneltian adalah konsumen pengguna produk organik yang belanja di Toko Swalayan Super Indo Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 140 orang, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa green marketing dan CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengetahuan konsumen(1) Pengetahuan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2)  green marketing dan CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui pengetahuan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening (3)Kata kunci: Green Marketing, Corporate social responsibility, Pengetahuan konsumen dan Keputusan Pembelian.  ABSTACT               This study aimed to analyze the influence of Green Marketing and corporate social responsibility of the decision to buy green products with the mediating role of consumer knowledge .               This research used path analysis ( path analysis ) . The population of a study is the organic product consumers shopping at Supermarket Super Indo Semarang . Abstract

The times are increasing both in technology and in education. Along with the development of the times, especially in the field of education, provisions that must be owned by educators and students not only in the field of education that is related to worldly, but education and knowledge about religion also become one of the things that are not very important in the world of education. Therefore, at this time the need for understanding educators and students towards reading and writing the Qur'an is increasing and increasing. Moreover, in this growing age, many people ignore the ability to read and write the Qur'an which is very important to learn. The demand for one's ability to be able to master the reading and writing of the Koran becomes one of the phenomena that has developed and spread in the world of education. Therefore, it is not only at the level of basic education that learns to read and write the Koran but at the university level especially for students who are in the Department of Teacher Education Madrasah Ibtidaiyah this is one of the lessons that must be mastered by students who later in life will become a prospective educator. Some things that must be understood are especially the understanding of reading and writing the Koran, the benefits of reading and writing the Koran, implementing reading and writing the Koran in the world of education, and others. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi informasi, serta kebutuhan manusia terhadap suatu permasalahan pekerjaan yang tinggi menuntut peran sebuah teknologi untuk menjawab semua permasalahan tersebut. Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) didefinisikan sebagai proses pembelian dan penjualan produk, jasa dan informasi yang dilakukan secara elektronik dengan memanfaatkan jaringan komputer. Salah satu jaringan yang digunakan adalah internet. Dengan menghubungkan jaringan komputer perusahaan dengan internet, perusahaan dapat menjalin hubungan bisnis dengan rekan bisnis atau konsumen secara lebih efisien. Abstract

Technology provides many benefits for life. Its development is needed by the people of the world, it does not need the people of Indonesia. Since the beginning of 2020, the Covid-19 virus has spread to almost all countries in the world, so it requires various quick treatments by utilizing technology as an effort to deal with the pandemic situation. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many Indonesian people being laid off, being laid off without a clear time limit and other economic problems. One of the uses of technology carried out by the Indonesian people during this pandemic is by using Information Technology-Based Borrowing-Lending Services. Online loans are money lending facilities by financial service providers that operate online. These credit providers are known as fintech, online loans whose funds can be immediately disbursed and without collateral are an alternative solution for people who need funds without having to apply face-to-face. The approach method used in this paper is empirical normative based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77/PJOK.01/2016 Year 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Lending Services ("PJOK 77/2016"). In addition to being a temporary solution, online credit has impacts and risks that are often unknown and not realized by the public. The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of the existence of online credit during the covid 19 pandemic and to analyze the legal risks of online credit that are rife in the community.

Abstract

Abstrak: Disiplin belajar merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung keberhasilan belajar. Kenyataan dilapangan masih banyak mahasiswa yang kurang memahami pentingnya disiplin belajar, untuk membantu mahasiswa agar meningkatkan disiplin belajar adalah menggunakan pendekatan kelompok teknik konseling realita. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan disiplin belajar subjek setelah di terapi menggunakan konseling kelompok realita. Penerapan konseling kelompok realita ini menggunakan alur/sistem (WDEP) terdiri dari empat tahap: tahap menentukan kebutuhan/tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam konseling (want), tahap penentuan strategi tindakan yang akan dilakukan (do), tahap penilain ketepatan rencana tindakan untuk penyelesaian masalah (evaluation), tahap realisasi tindakan nyata untuk penyelesaian masalah (planing). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan single subject desain.Instrumen pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman observasi berupa daftar cek monitoring perubahan perilaku mahasiswa, studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester IV program studi bimbingan dan konseling yang memiliki disiplin belajar rendah. Teknik analisi data menggunakan statistik non parametrik uji tanda (sign test). Hasil analisi menunjukan dari data tabel di atas N=8 dan X=0 diperoleh nilai ρ= 0,031 jika α (taraf kesalahan) adalah 5% (0,05), maka harga ρ= 0,031 lebih kecil dari α= 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data (prettest-posttest) maka penggunaan konseling kelompok realita untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar mahasiswa (posttest) lebih besar dari nilai pretest (XB). Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan konseling kelompok realita dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar mahasiswa yang dimunculkan oleh kelima subjek dalam penelitian ini sangat signifikan.
