Abstract

 ABSTRAKPengelolaan keuangan sekolah sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengklasifikan kebutuhan sekolah. Adanya pengelolaan keuangan yang jelas dan sesuai akan berpengaruh terhadap operasional sekolah dan pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Pengawasan pengelolaan keuangan perlu dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan yang diterapkan  dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengawasan dalam pengelolaan keuangannya. Pengumpulan data berupahasil  observasidan wawancara pada beberapa pimpinan sekolahdasar negeri  se-kecamatan way tuba. Hasil analisis  menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan sekolah dalam menjalankan rencana anggaran sudah berjalan sangat baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan beberapa rencana kegiatan yang terealisasi sesuai dengan harapan yaitu transparan, akuntabel, efektif dan efisien.Selain itu, pengawasan pengelolaan keuanganberjalan dengan baik.Sinergi antara pihak sekolah dan masyarakat terjalin dengan baik untuk membangun. Kata Kunci: Keuangan, Pengawasan, Pengelolaan, Sekolah  The financial management of the school is very important to classifying the needs of the school. The existence of a clear end of the financial management and appropriate will affect school operations and education at the school. Supervision of financial management needs to be done to minimize errors that may occur. The purpose of this article is to determine how financial management is applied and for knowing how to control the management of its finances. The collection of data in the form of observations and interviews at several public elementary school leaders throughout the subdistrict way tuba. The analysis shows that the financial management of the school in implementing the budget plan has been running very well. This is demonstrated by some of the action plan to be realized in accordance with the expectations that are transparent, accountable, effective and efficient. Abstract

The aim of devotion is (1) designing the letter management basedon need analysis of school; (2) training in implementing the result of design; (3) arranging the classification of archive; and (4) implementing the electronic letter management. The main priority of devotion is providing knowledge about handling of incoming and outgoing letter. In addition, the dedication is realizing to create the good administration for school, so that it can be supporting the accountability of school with authentic document. The implementation of devotion through socialization and training about management of letter based on need analysis. To overcome the obstacles of implemention in handling letter, we would evaluate from mentoring activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Knowledge Based Theory pada unit analisis pengusaha mahasiswa. Studi ini urgen untuk dilakukan karena jarangnya mengulas penelitian pendidikan kewirausahaan dari sisi pendidikan informal yang diimplementasikan melalui upaya manajemen pengetahuan yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha anggota asosiasi Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia Perguruan Tinggi (HIPMI PT) di Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 162 responden yang tersebar pada anggota HIPMI PT di Kota Semarang. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan metode Warp Structural Equation Modelling- Partial Least Square menunjukkan bahwa penciptaan pengetahuan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kapabilitas inovasi bisnis para pengusaha mahasiswa, sementara aktivitas pencarian pengetahuan, berbagi pengetahuan, dan penerapan pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas inovasi bisnis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kurang matangnya penciptaan pengetahuan dari pengusaha mahasiswa, membutuhkan dukungan dari pihak universitas yang menaungi HIPMI PT untuk dapat mengadakan proses seminar/workshop/lokakarya yang intensif sehingga berdampak terhadap peningkatan kemampuan inovasi pengusaha mahasiswa di universitas masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine teachers’ problems in managing learning and to provide efforts to increase teacher competence in managing learning in the era of digital technology and the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative describing, explaining a phenomenon in various conditions or various research variables. This research was conducted in 5 public high schools in Pemalang Regency for the 2019-2020 school year. With a sample of 24 teachers who were randomly selected. Collecting data in this study were observation, interviews and documentation which were then analyzed by calculating the percentage of sample answers and tested using various theories. The results of this study indicate that the teacher actually already has the ability to plan the lesson as stated in the lesson plan (RPP), but in its implementation the teacher has difficulty managing learning. Other findings show that teachers’ mastery of digital technology in managing knowledge during the COVID-19 pandemic is not optimal. Based on the research results, learning in the digital and pandemic era requires the digital literacy of teachers in managing effective learning by providing training to teachers in the field of digital technology.

Abstract

Abstract

Peran guru sesungguhnya juga membutuhkan pengembangan diri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru- guru dalam proses pembelajaran adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan pengembangan profesi keberlanjutan terutama untuk menulis karya ilmiah pembelajaran inovatif. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat in adalah: meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah pembelajaran inovatif, dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut maka guru dapat meningkatkan karir kepangkatan serta dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Solusi pemecahan masalah adalah: sosialisasi serta paparan konsep, membuat permodelan dilanjutkan simulasi model, karena saat ini kita dalam proses pandemic Corona Virus, oleh karena itu yang semula di lakukan secara tatap muka langsung, namun karena masa pandemi pengabdian dilakukan via daring (Dalam Jaringan), dari hal tersebut dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas dan publikasi artikel. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjumlah 65 guru, namun ternyata pada hari pelaksanaan pendaftar meningkat menjadi 250 guru. Metode kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari workshop pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penulisan karya ilmiah pembelajaran inovatif, melalui sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, simulasi penulisan proposal, serta pendampingan dan monitoring serta evaluasi kegiatan. The role of the teacher actually also requires self-development. The problem faced by teachers in the learning process is the limitation of knowledge of sustainability professional development, especially to write innovative scientific learning works. The purpose of community service is: improving the competence of teachers in writing innovative learning scientific works, with the training, teachers can improve their career rank and can create innovative learning. Problem solving solutions are: socialization and exposure of concepts, making modeling continued model simulation, because we are currently in the process of pandemic Corona Virus, therefore the originally done face-to-face, but because of the pandemic period of devotion is done via online (In Network), from it is conducted training activities writing class action research and article publication. The target of community service activities amounted to 65 teachers, but it turned out that on the day of the implementation of applicants increased to 250 teachers. The method of devotion activities starts from the workshop of knowledge and understanding of the writing of scientific works of innovative learning, through discussion and question and answer sessions, simulation of proposal writing, as well as mentoring and monitoring and evaluation of activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMenumbuhkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dianggap suatu hal yang sangat penting. Mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki keterampilan, sikap percaya diri, berani menghadapi resiko dan berkualitas serta siap menghadapi perubahan seperti era industry 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah paired  sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung 5.209 ttabel 2.010, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian,  dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa sesudah pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Dengan demikian pembelajaran kewirausahaan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital mampu untuk meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.Kata kunci: era industry 4.0, minat berwirausaha, teknologi digital ABSTRACTFostering student entrepreneurial interest is considered a very important thing. This study aims to foster interest in student entrepreneurship through the use of digital technology in entrepreneurship learning. This research is a type of experimental research using quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used in this study was paired sample t-test. The results showed the value of tcount 5.209 t table 2.010, so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there are differences in student interest in entrepreneurship after the use of digital technology in entrepreneurship learning. Abstract

This research assess about learning outcomes of integrated social class by using NHT and LT model considering the motivation of achievement. Data collection is through observation, interview, documentation and tests. Hypothesis testing is using two independent samples t-test and two ways anava. The research results: (1) there were differences in learning outcomes of integrated social class between students who use the model of learning cooperative NHT type compared to LT type, (2) the average learning outcomes of integrated social class on the students who are taught by using NHT model is higher than by using LT model on the students who have low motivation achievement, (3) the average learning outcomes of integrated social class on the students who are taught with NHT is lower than LT on the students who have high motivation achievement, and (4) there are interactions between cooperative learning model with the motivation of achievement on the subjects of integrated social class.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang hasil belajar IPS Terpadu dengan menggunakan model NHT dan LT dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan t-test dua sampel independen dan anava dua jalan. Hasil penelitian (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dibandingkan dengan tipe LT, (2) Rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model NHT lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan LT pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi rendah, (3) Rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu pada siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model NHT lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan LT pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi berprestasi tinggi, dan (4) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan motivasi berprestasi pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, LT, NHT
