Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the correlation between the levels of teachers' basic skill mastered in teaching and students achievement in pancasila civic education. This research used descriptive method. The sample of this research was 77 respondents. Analyze the data the researcher used person product moment. The independent variable was the teachers' basic skill mastered in teaching while the dependent variable was students achievement. Based on the results of analyzing positive correlation data where the levels of teachers' basic skill mastered was low, i.e. 40.25% and students achievement was low too, i.e. 48.05%. In line with this, it can be concluded that there was high correlation between teachers' basic skill mastered in teaching and students achievement in Senior High School 10 Bandar Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara penguasaan keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif, dan sampel 77 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi person product moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa korelasi positif dimana keterampilan dasar mengajar guru mempunyai kategori rendah 40,25%, maka prestasi belajar siswa juga berkategori rendah 48,05%. Maka terdapat hubungan yang tinggi antara keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci : keterampilan dasar mengajar, pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan, prestasi belajar siswa.
