Abstract

Navigasi merupakan bagian dari aktivitas kapal yang berlayar dari satu tempat ke tempat lain dengan lancar, aman, dan efisien. Pengetahuan tentang alat navigasi sangat penting untuk membantu seorang pelaut di kapalnya berlayar. Lampu navigasi atau lampu navigasi juga merupakan alat navigasi yang biasanya digunakan di kapal untuk menentukan arah, posisi, dan jenis kapal pada malam hari. Salah satu kecelakaan laut terbesar menyebabkan faktor-faktor yang terjadi di Indonesia, mereka bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan tugas navigasi di kapal, oleh karena itu dalam menjalankan tugas kapten kapal harus mengerti dan menerapkannya secara keseluruhan, sekaligus menjaga agar tetap Petugas navigasi saat melakukan tugas penjagaan di laut Lampu navigasi kapal sesuai peraturan yang ada diperoleh jumlah lampu navigasi sebagai lampu penerangan 6 buah lampu navigasi antara lampu jangkar antara lampu jangkar, lampu di bagian atas tiang, lampu samping kiri, lampu samping kanan, lampu navigasi, danpenerangan tanpa perintah.Kata Kunci: Desain Navigasi, Kapal Perintis, standar COLREGS

Abstract

This article is a research for researchers in marketing, particularly brand. This article isformulated based on the record and the facts that are found in the field. Facts where industriaculinary competition at this time spawned creativity in finding a name that has a unique culinaryefforts. uniqueness is on one side in an effort to build differentiation to competitors and at thesame time aim to influence customer satisfaction. This article attempts to explore further thefactors that lead to a better culinary value and how the value of culinary and business name to bedeterminants of consumer satisfaction. Formulation variables and indicators refer to previousresearch studies. A model has been developed and three hypotheses have been formulated toaddress the research problem. The sampling technique is quota sampling. Respondents of thisresearch were 100 respondents, of which the respondent is a consumer culinary Semarang. Dataanalysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS 16.0 program. The resultsof the data analysis of this study suggests a third model and research hypothesis can be accepted.Managerial Implications give advice to focus on the influence of culinary value to customersatisfaction culinary in Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pokok bahasan garis dan sudut. Indikator keefektifan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra dapat mencapai batas nilai KKM yaitu 72. (2) hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra dapat mencapai ketuntasan klasikal yaitu 75%. (3)  rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra lebih baik dari pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran ekspositori berbantuan GeoGebra pada pokok bahasan garis dan sudut. (4) aktivitas siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pokok bahasan garis dan sudut. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 18 Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel penelitian diambil secara cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji rata-rata satu pihak (uji t pihak kanan), uji proporsi satu pihak (uji z pihak kanan), uji perbedaan dua rata-rata satu pihak (pihak kanan) dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian, diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra telah mencapai nilai KKM yaitu 72 hal itu dilihat dari nilai . Hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra dapat mencapai ketuntasan klasikal yaitu 75% hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai . Rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra lebih baik dari pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Ekspositori berbantuan GeoGebra pada pokok bahasan garis dan sudut hal itu dilihat dari  nilai . Aktivitas siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan sebesar 72,9%. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Make A Match berbantuan GeoGebra efektif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pokok bahasan garis dan sudut.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to investigate how the influences of store attributes on store loyalty can be mediated by the store satisfaction framework.Design/methodology/approach – The survey data were collected from selected retail stores respondent using accidental sampling. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. This research model uses 5 variables and 25 indicators that form a store loyalty model.  in this research model has been developed and 6 hypotheses have been formulated to answer the problem of this research. Data or a questionnaire distributed to The number of questionnaires distributed by 250 questionnaires in the Semarang region. The results of the selection of incoming questionnaires from 250 questionnaires, only 180 questionnaires were stated complete, so that it was feasible to be analyzed at a later stage. Because this study uses questionnaire data as primary data, so it takes steps to test the question (questionnaire) to find out whether the question is valid  or not Findings - The findings of this study help practitioners by empirically demonstrating that combined store satisfaction from consumers with store and affective loyalty programs mediate the influence of attributes such as the store atmosphere, store location, store personnel and so on the quality of the relationship between the shop and the customer. Therefore, store satisfaction alone cannot create strong loyalty and customer relationships. Conversely the existence of store attributes such as atmosphere, location, personnel will not perfectly shape store loyalty if it is not mediated by cognitive satisfactionResearch limitations / implications - Limited research on Alfamart customers, has not expanded the test of users of online purchasing facilities that use Alfamart's online facilities with Alfamind, so that the results can be more enriching, reinforcing past theories and research. In addition, this research draws on the requirements of respondents having a member card (Ponta) Alfamart as well as having a card from a competitor's retail. The results of testing this hypothesis cannot prove the effect of store location on store loyalty in order to get results that match expectations.Practical implications - The findings suggest that, in order to increase of store loyalty. The model output in this study can provide a positive contribution to PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in an effort to realize store loyalty in the form of suggestions for managerial implications. Managerial advice is intended for PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in formulating store location management policies in the future.Originality / value - This research adds value to the domain of store loyalty research by empirically establishing the mediating role played by the cognitive satisfaction-affective  store attributes such as atmosphere, location, personnel framework in shaping the influences of loyalty programs designed by store management on the final store loyalty and customer–store relationship.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) investigate the difference of students pre-tests before being taught by using interactive-teaching multimedia and presentation, (2) investigate the difference of students post-tests after being taught by using interactive-teaching multimedia and presentation, (3) investigate the difference of gain between students who were taught by using interactive-teaching multimedia and those taught by presentation. The method employed in this research was true-experimental designs. The subjects were the VII grade students of e and f class. T-test was used as data analysis. The research results showed: (1) there was difference of means of pre-test between students who were taught by using interactive-teaching media and those who were taught by using presentation media at the first pre-test, but there was no difference at the second pre-test for the similar subjects, (2) there was difference of means between students who were taught by using interactive-teaching media and those who were taught by presentation media, (3) there was difference of means of gain-increase on students achievement of those who were taught by using interactive-teaching multimedia and those who were taught by presentation media.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perbedaan pretes siswa sebelum diajar menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dan presentasi, (2) perbedaan postes siswa setelah diajar menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dan presentasi, (3) perbedaan gain belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dan presentasi. Metode yang digunakan true-experimental designs. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII.e dan VII.f. Analisis data menggunakan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pretes pertama antara siswa yang akan diajar menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dan media pembelajaran presentasi, sedangkan pada pretes kedua tidak terdapat perbedaan, (2) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata postes siswa yang diajar menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dan media presentasi. (3) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata gain hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dan media presentasi.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, media pembelajaran interaktif, media pembelajaran presentasi

ABSTRACTSince Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection has been enacted and along with the development of technology, the use of technolopgy products, especially telematics and electronic products in Indonesia, has experienced rapid development from year to year. Warranty is a full stage transaction from the stages of consumer transactions. Considering the importance of the after-sales guarantee / guarantee card and to complete the UUPK, the Minister of Trade Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 / M-DAG / PER / 5/2009 was issued. With this regulation, it is expected that consumers can avoid purchasing defective or damaged products. Abstract

Panel surya merupakan pengonversi energi matahari menjadi energi listik yang bergantung dengan iradiasi matahari yang berubah-ubah karena kondisi cuaca mengakibatkan daya keluaran menjadi fluktuatif. Metode Pelacakan titik daya maksimum (MPPT) Peturb and Observe (P&O) banyak digunakan untuk sistem Panel surya untuk memaksimalkan daya yang mapu dihasilkan panel surya. Pada sistem Panel Surya, konverter DC-DC digunakan sebagai penghubung antara panel surya dengan baterai. Synchronous Buck Converter merupakan konverter DC-DC diciptakan untuk menghilangkan rugi daya Forward Dioda pada Buck Converter konvensional, yang digantikan dengan MOSFET. Synchronous Buck Converter yang digunakan memiliki efisiensi rata-rata sebesar 83,63% pada rentang siklus kerja 10% hingga 90% Sistem Panel Surya 50 Wp menggunakan Sycnchronous Buck Convertermenggunakan Teknik MPPT dengan pengujian ±6 jam mampu menghasilkan energi ± 117,67 Wh dengan efisiensi rata-rata 90,35%.
