Abstract

Abstrak Implementasi Model Communication dans les Affaires dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Perancis Bisnis di SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan implementasi model Communication dans les Affaires dalam pembelajaran bahasa Perancis Bisnis di SMK se-Kota dan Kabupaten Bandung pada SMK Kelas X Program Keahlian Manajemen Bisnis dan Perkantoran; (2) memperoleh data terkait kontribusi model tersebut dalam meningkatkan kompetensi bahasa Perancis Bisnis siswa SMK,dan; (3) memperoleh informasi tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan model tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Perancis Bisnis di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah pra ekperimental dengan desain penelitian the one shot-case study. Model yang diteliti dapat berkontribusi positif dalam membantu meningkatkan kompetensi bahasa Perancis bisnis siswa SMK kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran sesuai dengan komunikasi bisnis frankofon.      Kata kunci: kompetensi bahasa Perancis bisnis, model communication dans les affaires, FLE, FOS Abstract       Model of Communication dans les Affaires Implementation into Bussiness French Langguage of Learning in SMK. This study aims at: (1) describing an implementation of communication dans les Affaires model in learning Business French in SMK in Bandung City and Country at X Class of Vocational and Business Management Office, (2) obtaining data related to the contribution of the model in improving Business French language competence of vocational students, and, (3) obtaining information about the adventages and disadvantages of the model in the process of learning Business French language in SMK. This study used a quantitative approach and research method selected is pre experimental research design with the one-shot case study. Based on the results of the research, data showed that the model under the study which is a model of learning Communication dans les affaires provided positive contribution in helping to improve the competence of vocational students of class X of the Office Administration Skills Program in understanding the concept of Business Francophone Frech and to practice appropriate communication based on francophone business situations.Keywords: business French skills, models of communication dans les affaires, FLE, FOS

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan kajian untuk merancang dan mengembangkan model pembelajaran pelafalan bahasa Perancis, yaitu model artikulatoris pengembangan (MAP) berbasis teknologi multimedia CD-ROM Interaktif. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan penyempurnaan dan inovasi berupa pengintegrasian teknologi multimedia dan MAP dalam pembelajaran pelafalan bahasa Perancis. Penelitian ini mengkaji (1) perancangan dan pengembangan model pembelajaran Artikulatoris Pengembangan yang berbasis multimedia CD-ROM dalam pembelajaran pelafalan bahasa Perancis; (2) pemerolehan data empirik mengenai efektivitas penerapan model tersebut dalam pembelajaran pelafalan bahasa Perancis, (3) kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pembelajar selama proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research Development. Adapun langkah-langkah yang peneliti tempuh dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu (1) Studi Pendahuluan, (2) Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Model, dan (3) Validasi Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MAP berbasis multimedia CD-ROM terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran pelafalan bahasa Perancis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pula terdapat 2 (dua) jenis  kesalahan pelafalan mahasiswa, yaitu secara fonologis dan secara artikulatoris. Kedua kesalahan tersebut diakibatkan oleh kesulitan mahasiswa dalam melafalkan [µ], [ø], [õ] [ã],[e],[ò],[v], dan [z]. Kesulitan secara fonologis dipengaruhi oleh penguasaan bahasa sebelumnya, sementara kesalahan secara artikulatoris mahasiswa tidak memfungsikan alat ucap secara tepat dan optimal.Kata-kata kunci:  Model pembelajaran pelafalan, bahasa Perancis, MAP Abstract This research is aimed to design and develop a teaching model of French pronunciation, namely the model of interactiveCD-ROMmultimedia-based articulatory development. The study was undertaken to make improvements and innovations, such as the integration of multimedia technology and the articulatory model in teaching French pronunciation. This study presents data concerning (1) the design and development of the model; (2) the empirical data on the effectiveness of the application of the model in teaching French pronunciation, (3) the constraints faced by the learner during the learning process. The method used was Research Development, which consisted of three phases, namely: (1) preliminary study, (2) planning and development of the model and (3) validation of the model. Results show that the model in question proved to be effective in improving the quality of learning French pronunciation. In addition, results show there were two types of student pronunciation errors, phonological and articulatory. Both are caused by the difficulty in pronouncing [µ], [ø], [õ] [ã],[e],[ò],[v], and [z]. Phonological difficulties are influenced by first language interference, while articulatory difficulties are caused by students not using their articulatory tracts properly and optimally.  Keywords: Pronunciation teaching model, French, articulatory model of development

Abstract

RÉSUMÉ. Cette étude tente d’étudier la lisibilité de manuel de français largement utilisés en Indonésie et à décrire les classes de mots qui influencent sa lisibilité. Cette étude utilise une conception de recherche de méthode mixte avec une approche de conception convergente. Les données ont été obtenues à partir de trois textes pris au hasard dans un manuel de français et analysées en effectuant le test de closure auprès des étudiants du deuxième semestre du programme d'études de français dans une université en Indonésie. Les résultats du test de lisibilité montre qu'aucun texte n'est classé comme élevé ou sans assistance. Cependant, il est déterminé qu'un texte appartient à la catégorie moyenne ou à la lecture pédagogique et à la lecture assistée. Tandis que le reste du texte appartient à la même catégorie, qui est faible ou au niveau de frustration. Il est donc conclu que le niveau de lisibilité de ce manuel peut être considéré comme assez bon. La présente étude a des implications pour les études de la didactique de français langue étrangère, notamment pour l’évaluation des manuels. Mots-clés : français langue étrangère, lisibilité, manuel, test de closure. ABSTRACT. This study attemps to investigate the readability of French language textbook that is widely used in Indonesia and to describe word classes that influence its/the readability. This study employs a mixed method research design with a convergent design approach. The data were obtained from three texts taken randomly from a French textbook, and analyzed by conducting the cloze test to the students of second semester at French study program in one university in Indonesia. The results of the readability test show that none of the text are categorized as high or unassisted. However, one text is determined to be in the medium category or instructional and assisted reading. While, the rest of the text are in the same category, which is low or in frustrasion level. It is therefore concluded that the level of readability of this manual can be considered quite good. The current study has implications to French as a foreign language teaching-learning studies, especially for textbook assessment. Keywords: cloze test, french for foreign language, readibility, textbook.

Abstract

RÉSUMÉ. L’activité de traduction n’est pas une tâche facile, surtout pour les apprenants en langues étrangères. Par conséquent, les erreurs survenues dans le processus de traduction ne peuvent être évitées, notamment les erreurs grammaticales. Cette recherche vise à décrire les erreurs grammaticales commmises dans la traduction d’articles de presse en indonésien traduits en français par des étudiants; et de trouver les erreurs les plus fréquentes. Cette recherche met en oeuvre une méthode de recherche descriptive qualitative. Les données utilisées dans cette recherche ont été extraites de 87 textes d'articles de presse en indonésien traduits en français, effectués par des étudiants du département de français du septième semestre dans une université à Bandung, en Indonésie. Les résultats de cette étude devraient enrichir les connaissances dans le domaine de l'analyse des erreurs grammaticales sur les résultats de la traduction. Mots clés : analyse des erreurs, erreurs grammaticales, articles de presse, traduction. ABSTRACT. Translation activity is not an easy activity to do especially by learners of foreign languages. Hence, errors occurred in the translation process cannot be avoided, one of which is errors that occur in grammatical aspects. This research was conducted to describe errors in the grammatical aspects found in the translation of Indonesian language press articles that had been translated into French by students; and to propound the frequency of errors that were most often done. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data used in this research were taken from 87 translated-texts from Indonesian language press articles into French conducted by seventh semester students of French Department in one university in Bandung, Indonesia. The results of this research are expected to enrich the knowledge in the field of grammatical error analysis on the results of the translation. Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengembangkan sebuah multimedia interaktif berbahasa Prancis bidang pariwisata (Français du Tourisme). Keterbatasan media pembelajaran dan kesulitan mahasiswa dalam mempelajari mata kuliah tersebut menjadi masalah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan mahasiswa yang mengontrak mata kuliah Français du Tourisme, media pembelajaran yang sesuai dan dibutuhkan adalah multimedia interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D, sementara pembuatan multimedia menggunakan teori MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan multimedia interaktif Français du Tourisme dan mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan multimedia interaktif tersebut. Dari hasil evaluasi, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa multimedia interaktif Français du Tourisme ini dianggap memuaskan. Kelebihan dari multimedia ini adalah dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran tambahan pada mata kuliah Français du Tourisme karena di dalamnya terdapat video, teks, latihan, kosakata yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa. Sementara itu, kekurangannya adalah ukuran file yang cukup besar membuat multimedia merespon tidak terlalu cepat.

Abstract

RÉSUMÉ. La deixis est une référence dans un discours qui devient l'un des éléments importants de la communication. Cette étude tente d'explorer la forme et la fonction de la deixis survenue dans chaque discours d'un film français. Cette étude est réalisée en utilisant une approche qualitative. L'objet de cette recherche est un film français intitulé Ma Vie de Courgette. Les données sont collectées à l'aide de techniques d'observation, d'enregistrement et de prise de notes. Les résultats montrent qu'il y a 4 formes de deixis survenues dans ce film, à savoir la deixis de la personne et du social, la deixis du temps, la deixis du lieu et la deixis du discours. Ces quatre formes ont des fonctions diverses, à savoir les fonctions référentielles, émotives, conatives et phatiques. Cette étude révèle également que la fonction métalinguistique et la fonction poétique ne se produisent pas dans le discours. La deixis de la personne et la deixis du social sont la forme la plus fréquente dans le discours. De plus, le référentiel est la fonction la plus fréquemment exécutée dans le discours. Cette étude pourrait contribuer à enrichir les références de recherche dans le domaine pragmatique, notamment sur la deixis. Mots-clés : deixis, film, fonction, forme, pragmatique.     ABSTRACT. Deixis is a reference in a speech that becomes one of the important elements in communication. This study attempts to explore the form and function of the deixis occurred in every speech of a French movie. This study is conducted by using a qualitative approach. The object of this research is a French movie entitled Ma Vie de Courgette. The data is collected by using observation, recording, and note-talking techniques. The findings shows that there are 4 forms of deixis occurred in this movie, namely deixis of person and social, deixis of time, deixis of the place, and deixis of discourse. These four forms have diverse functions, namely referential, emotive, conative, and phatic functions. This study also reveals that  metalinguistic function and poetic function are not occurred in the speech. Deixis of person and deixis of social are the form that most frequently occurred in the speech. In addition, referential is the function that most frequently performed in the speech. This study may contribute to enrich research references in the pragmatics field, especially about deixis. Keywords: deixis, movie, Ma Vie de Courgette.

Abstract

 Today there are so many learning strategies to support teaching and learning activities. One of the learning strategies that can be applied in writing skills is Task Based Language Learning. This research aims to measure the level of student mastery of descriptive text writing skills before and after the use of Task Based Language Learning strategies; measure the effectiveness of the implementation of Task Based Language Learning, and; obtain information about the implementation of Task Based Language Learning. The method used in this research was a pre-experimental. Meanwhile, the research design was one group pre-test and post-test design. The research findings explained that the use of Task Based Language Learning can improve students’s descriptive text writing skills. This is proven by an increase in the average value obtained by students. The average score in the pre-test was 60.8 while the post-test average score increased by 74.88. Then based on the overall questionnaire data analysis, the application of this learning strategy contributed positively to the learning of descriptive French writing skills.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the context of developing a learning model with the verbo-tonal method of phonetic correction in pronunciation learning for French language learning students at levels A1 and A2 CECRL (Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues / The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). This study aims to describe: (1) the steps of the learning model with the verbo-tonal method in learning French pronunciation for levels A1 and A2 CECRL (2) the flow of pronunciation learning for French learners for levels A1 and A2 CECRL by applying the verb method -tonal (3) the advantages and disadvantages of pronunciation learning models with the verbo tonal method. Researchers used a quantitative approach methodology with the Research Development (RD) method in developing a verbo-tonal method of phonetic correction. The population in this study were all the characteristics of the French Language Study Program students at FPBS UPI. While the sample in this study were all the characteristics that exist in French language learning students at the A1 and A2 CECRL levels in the French Language Education Study Program, FPBS UPI who were selected by purposive sampling technique.

Abstract

RÉSUMÉ. Les objectifs de cette recherche sont pour : (1) Expliquer les maximes du principe de coopération de discours des figures féminines et des figures masculines existent dans le roman La Fiancée était à Dos d’Âne  et 99 Francs. (2) Savoir les maximes plus dominants dans le roman La Fiancée était à Dos d’Âne et 99 Francs. (3) Décrire les différences de discours des figures féminines et des figures masculines trouvés dans le roman La Fiancée était à Dos d’Âne et 99 Francs. (4) Savoir l’application du principe de coopération de discours des figures féminines et des figures masculines dans l’enseignement. Les objets de recherche sont le roman La Fiancée Était À Dos d’Âne par Vénus Khoury-Ghata et 99 Francs par Frédéric Beigbeder. Nous utilisons la théorie de principe de coopération de Grice, et la théorie de différence de discours des hommes et des femmes de Lakoff et Xia. La méthode de cette recherche est la descriptive qualitative. Le résultat de la recherche montre que les quatre maximes du principe de coopération; ; le maxime de quantité, le maxime de qualité, le maxime de relation, et le maxime de modalite sont trouvés dans tous les dialogues des figures féminines et des figures masculines. Les figures masculines et féminines, ils commettent des obéissances ainsi que des violations de certains maximes du principe de coopération. La violation du maxime de quantité est plus dominante, ça fait de 22,6% pour la violation du maxime de quantité des hommes, cependant les figures féminines, l’obéissance du maxime de quantité est plus dominante, à savoir 21%. Les différences de discours entre les hommes et les femmes peuvent être vues dans les cinq aspects observés ce sont aspect est l’intonation et la pronunciation, l’aspect du vocabulaire, l'aspect de l'attitude d'utilisation de language, l'aspect de la manière, et l'aspect de la sélection des sujets. De plus, l’apprentissage de principe de coopération peut appliquer dans l’enseignement du pragmatique pour le cours de Linguistique.Mots-Clés : Principe de Coopération, Discours, Roman ABSTRACT. The objects of this research are the novel La Fiancée était à Dos d’Âne  by Vénus Khoury-Ghata and 99 Francs by Frédéric Beigbeder. We use the theory of cooperation principle by Grice, and the theory of difference in speech for men and women by Lakoff and Xia. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The research result shows that the four maxims of the principle of cooperation; the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of relation, and the maxim of modality are found in all the dialogues of female and male characters. Male and female characters, they commit the obedience also the violations certain maxims of the principle of cooperation. The violation of the maxim of quantity is more dominant, that is 22.6% for the violation of the maxime of quantity by men, however for female figures, the obedience of the maxim of quantity is more dominant with 21%. The differences speech between men and women can be seen in the five aspects observed which are aspect is intonation and pronunciation, aspect of vocabulary, aspect of attitude of language use, aspect of the manner, and aspect of the selection of subjects. In addition, learning the principle of cooperation can be applied in teaching pragmatics for the course of Linguistics.Keywords : Cooperation Principle, Speech, Novel

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to explain the act of illocutionarry in the novel entitled La Fiancée Était À Dos d’Âne by Vénus Khoury-Ghata. The research questions discussed in this research are thow to characterize the female characters in that novel, then what type of act of illocutionarry found in female speech in that novel. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, by analyzing data contained in the dialogues. The results explain that there are nine females characters which Yudah as a main character has a representation of a strong, friendly, patient, and innocent, and the others as the supporting characters. The data shows that as many as 25. The data shows that as much as 51% for representative speech acts with the speech function as explaining, contradicting, thinking, informing, confessing, defending, criticizing, and expressing. 41% for directive speech acts with speech functions as asking, asking, inviting, obliging, advising, ordering, prohibiting. Commissive speech acts cover 4% with the speech function as promising and offering. Expressive with a speech function of hope and declarative with a speech function of baptizing has respectively 2%. Keynote: illocutionarry speech act, female character, novel AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tindak tutur ilokusi pada novel La Fiancée Était À Dos d’Âne karya Vénus Khoury-Ghata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakter tokoh wanita di dalam novel, dan jenis tindak tutur ilokusi apa yang ditemukan dalam tuturan tokoh wanita pada novel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat 9 tokoh wanita, Yudah sebagai tokoh utama mempresentasikan seorang gadis yang tangguh, ramah, sabar, dan lugu. Kemudian data menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 51% untuk tindak tutur representatif dengan fungsi tuturan sebagai menjelasan, pertentangan, berpikir, menginformasikan, mengaku, mempertahankan, mengkritik, dan mengutarakan. 41% untuk tindak tutur direktif dengan fungsi tuturan sebagai menanyakan, meminta, mengajak, mewajibkan, menasehati, menyuruh, melarang. Tindak tutur komisif mencakup 4% dengan fungsi tutur sebagai menjanjikan, dan menawarkan. Ekspresif dengan fungsi tutur harapan maupun deklaratif dengan fungsi tutur membaptis masing-masing sebanyak 2%.Kata kunci: ilokusi, tokoh wanita, novel.
