Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDN 2 Kombo Kec. Dampal Selatan kab. Tolitoli pada mata pelajaran IPA. Telah dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDN 2 kombo pada mata pelajaran IPA melalui penerapan metode demonstrasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan jumlah siswa 20, yaitu terdiri dari 4 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Dari hasil evaluasi akhir siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 65 % sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 90 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas VI SDN 2 Kombo. Kata Kunci: Metode Demonstrasi, Hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental) yang bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui hasil belajar fisika kelompok yang diajar menggunakan media presentasi interaktif (2) mengetahui hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelompok yang diajar secara konvensional (3) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar fisika kelompok yang diajar menggunakan media presentasi interaktif dengan kelompok yang diajar secara konvesional. Desain penelitian ini adalah nonequivalent control group design  yang melibatkan dua variabel terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu media presentasi interaktif dan veriabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar fisika sebanyak 18 item yang berbentuk pilihan ganda pada pokok bahasan “usaha dan energi”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Cokroaminoto Makassar Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari dua kelas yakni kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas eksperimen 10,45 dengan standar deviasi 3,54 dan varians 12,545 sedangkan rata-rata skor hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas kontrol 8,5 dengan standar deviasi 2,69 dan varians 7,24. Berdasarkan uji homogenitas hasil belajar fisika adalah Fhitung  = 1,73 < Ftabel  = 2,09 dengan uji hipotesis yakni thitung = 2,22 dan ttabel  = 2,018 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh media presentasi interaktif terhadap hasil belajar fisika peserta didik.Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, media presentasi interaktifThis research is a quasi experimental design that aims to (1) determine of Physics learning outcomes of group who taught using peentage of interactive media. (2) determine of Physics learning outcomes of group who taught using conventoinal  media. (3) determine difference of Physics learning outcomes of group taugh using presentage of interactive media than group by taugh conventoinal media. This research design is none equivalent control group design by use two variabels are independent variabel is interactive presentatoin media and dependent variabel is result learning. Researc instrument using achievement test consisting 18 multple choice items basic learning “work and energy”. The subjects of this research are sciece class students of XI SMA Cokroaminito Makassar academic year 2015/2016 wich twice class are control class and experiment class. The result of research to point average score physics learning outcomes students experiment class is 10,45 which standard deviation 3,45 and varians 12,545 than average score of result learning of control class 8,5 wich stnadard deviation 2,69 and varians 7, 24. Based on homogenitas test phisics result learning is Fhitung =1,73 < Ftabel = 2,09 then hpotesis test is thitung = 2,22 and ttabel = 2,018 to point the presentage of interactive media is have realion to students result learning.Key Words: Results Learning, presentage of  interactive media

Abstract

                                             ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 11 Mei - 24 Juni 2017 di Laboratorium Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis (UPT) Pembenihan, Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan Universitas Riau. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan tanaman kangkung terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelulushidupan ikan patin siam (Pangasius hypopthalamus) pada sistem akuaponik. Penelitian ini menggunakan ikan patin siam ukuran 5 -7 cm dan tanaman kangkung berumur 7 - 10 hari. Wadah yang digunakan bak terpal berukuran (50 x 50 x 50 ) cm3 sebanyak 15 unit. Sedangkan bak filter yang digunakan adalah talang air ukuran (100 x 13,5 x 10,5 ) cm3 dengan volume 14,2 L sebanyak 3 buah/unit percobaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, yakni rancangan acak lengkap 1 faktor dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Dari hasil penelitian terbaik menunjukkan perlakuan P5 (kepadatan kangkung 50 batang/wadah) yang dapat menghasilkan bobot mutlak sebesar 9,30 gram, panjang mutlak 10,18 cm, kelulushidupan 98,90% tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan harian 4,74%. Kualitas air selama penelitian diperoleh ammonia (NH3) 0,01 - 0,071 mg/l, nitrit (NO2) 0,03 - 0,94 mg/l, nitrat (NO3) 0,42 - 1,46 mg/l, pH 6 - 7, DO 3,11 - 5,66 mg/l, karbondioksida (CO2) 6,92 - 11,20 mg/l, suhu 27 - 29 oC. Adapun pertambahan bobot tumbuhan filter (kangkung) (12,15 g), pertambahan panjang rata-rata tumbuhan kangkung (13,67 cm). Kata Kunci : Akuaponik, Patin Siam, Kepadatan Kangkung, Pertumbuhan dan Kelulushidupan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research was conducted on August to September 2017 in the Technical Services Unit (UPT) of Hatchery, Marine & Fisheries Faculty, Universitas Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of carbon source addition of molasses in biofloc system toward growth and survival rate of red tilapia in brackish water media. The method in this study was the experimental method of completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor, four treatments and three replications. P1:  carbon source addition by 50 ml /m3 of molasses dose, P2: carbon source addition by 100 ml /m3, of molasses dose, P3: carbon source addition by 150 ml / m3 of molasses dose, and P4: carbon source addition by 200 ml /m3 of molasses dose. The results showed that the best treatment of carbon source additionwas at the 200 ml/m3 (P4)of molasses dose. The specific growth rate was 4.25%, 132.29% of feed efficiency, feed conversion ratio (FCR)was 0.75, survival rate (SR) was 81.67%, floc volume was 4.61 ml/l. The qater quality parameters consists of temperature was arround 26-310C, DO was 4.13 to 6.83 mg/ l, pH was 7 to 7.6, 16-20 ppt of salinity and ammonia was from 0.0718 to 0.3625 mg/ l. Keywords: Molasses, Biofloc, Red Tilapia (Oreochromis sp)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of research was to find out the effect of different densities on the growth and survival rate tilapia fish (Oreochromis niloticus) brackish water using a recirculation system. The research was conducted in 35 days observation, started from March to May 2018 at UPT Teluk Papal Village, Bantan districts, Bengkalis regency, Riau Province. The test fish used are red tilapia fishs (Oreochromis niloticus) that  have a measurement of 3 – 5 cm. The method used this research is Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 5 treatments and 3 replications each. The difference of density of dispersion at each treatment P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5 are 25, 20, 15, 10, dan 5 fishs/10 liters in brackish water with recirculation system. The fish are fed adlibitum at 08.00, 12.00, dan 16.00 WIB. The results showed density did not have effect on survival rate  (P> 0,05), but has an effect on absolute weight growth, length total and daily growth rate (P> 0,05). The value of growth and survival rate is the  best obtained from 5 fishs /10 liter stocking density treatment with an absolute weight of 6.06 grams, an absolute length of 3.71 cm, a specific growth rate of 5.97% and a 100% survival rate. Keywords: Tilapia, density, growth, survival rate, recirculation systems

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This research was conducted from April to June 2018 for 42 days at the TIU Improvement (Technical Implementation Unit) Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, Riau University. The purpose of this study is to in vestigatedifferent form of container with recirculation systems. Water treatment from tarpaulin with a capacity of 80 L in air volume. Fish stock was 20 fish/tank. The research method was the experimental method with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatments was : P1= Circle Shape, P2 = Square Shape, P3= Leg Length and P4= Triangle Shape. The results of this study can be concluded that the different forms of container are not significant to the growth of red tilapia, but the forms of containers are significantly different for the survival of red tilapia. Growth performance of round shape, square shape, rectangular shape and triangle shape, each of which has given weight growth 9.12 g; 10.04 g; 8.95 g; and 8.49 g, then the growth of a double length of 4.30 cm; 4.56 cm; 4.13 cm; and 4.03 cm, daily growth rate of 4.29%, 4.67%, 4.43% and 4.34, feed feed 82,04%, 91,47%, 83,61% and 79,66%, and the rate of life is 85.00%, 96.66%, 90.00% and 85.00%. The measurement results of water quality are still in the optimal range in the maintenance of red tilapia, namely temperatures of 26-29.3 ° C, pH 6.3-6.8, DO 4.5-6.1 mg / L, and ammonia 0.26- 0.17 mg / L.Keywords : Oreochromis sp, recirculation system, different shape of tank survival rate

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in Agustus to September 2018 in the Aquatic Aquaculture Technology Laboratory of Marine Fishery University of Riau. The aims of this research was to determine the growth and survival rate of Channa striata with different feeds. This research used a size aquarium 40 x 30 x40 cm3 with a waterin hight 10 cm for 12 units. The feed used in the form of Pellet, Earthworms, Blood worm, and Tubifex sp. given with dose of 60% from the body weight of thefish. The method used in this research was the experimental method of Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using one factor with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The best treatment result is feeding with Tubifex sp which can produce absolute weight growth rate (1,48 gram), absolute length growth (3,7 cm), growth of specific length (5,45%) and survival rate (97,22%). Water quality during the research was obtained of pH 6.0-7.0, temperature 26-28 0C, DO 3,9-5,4 mg/L and ammonia 0,01-0,05 mg/L. The result of research with different feeding significantly affected the growth of Channa striata, but did not significantly affect the survival of Channa striata. Giving Tubifex sp. is the best feeding to increase the growth of Channa striata. Keywords : Tubifex sp, Channa striata, Growth and survival rate.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Desember 2017 to January 2018 in the Aquatic Aquaculture Technology Laboratory of Marine Fishery University of Riau. The aims of this determine was to growth and survival rate of Channa micropeltes fed Tubifex sp with different amounts. This research used a size aquarium 40 x 30 x 40 cm3 with a water height 10 cm for 12 units. The feed used in the form of Tubifex sp, given with dose of 5, 10, 15 and 20% from the body weight of the fish. The method used in this research was the experimental method of Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using one factor with 4 treatments  and 3 replications. The best treatment result is feeding with dose 20% body weight which can produce absolute weight growth rate (5,25 gram), absolute length growth (3,61 cm), growth of specific length (1,46%) and survival rate (86.67%). Water quality during the research was obtained pH 6.0-7.0, temperature 26-28 0C, DO 3,1-3,2 mg / L. These result of research growth and survival of Channa micropeltes fed Tubifex sp with different amounts gives a significant effect on the growth rate and survival Channa micropeltes. Keywords : Tubifex sp, Channa micropeltes, Growth and survival rate.
