Abstract

Penelitian yang penulis lakukan berawal dari pemikiran penulis terhadap Penelusuran bakat olahraga cabang bolavoli di SDN 06 Pontianak Timur. Dalam proses penelitian pemanduan bakat olahraga sudah tentu memiliki sasaran serta tujuan yang akan diambil. Namun bagaimanakah proses identifikasi pemanduan bakat olahraga di SDN 06 Pontianak Timur? Terutama Bagaimana potensi kebakatan siswa SDN 06 Pontianak Timur pada cabang olahraga bolavoli? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripif dengan analisis kualitatif. instrumen penelitian atau alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan pengukuran Aussie Sport. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang berusia 11 tahun di SDN 06 Pontianak Timur tahun 2016. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, maka penulis mengambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: kategori sangat potensial calon atlet bolvoli berjumlah 1 siswa atau (1,51%), kategori potensial calon atlet bolavoli berjumlah 9 siswa atau (13,63%), kategori cukup potensial calon atlet bolavoli berjumlah 29 siswa atau (43,93%), kategori kurang potensial calon atlet bolavoli berjumlah 18 siswa atau (27,27%) dan kategori tidak potensial calon atlet bolavoli berjumlah 9 siswa atau (13,63%). Kesimpulan yang berbakat berjumlah 39 siswa atau 59,01% dan yang tidak berbakat berjumlah 27 siswa atau 40,99%.

Abstract

Di lapangan seorang pelatih bolavoli sukar mengukur seberapa besar energi yang sudah dikeluarkan oleh seorang atlit, biasanya penanda yang paling mudah adalah dengan mengukur denyut jantung. Namun tidak cukup sebagai penanda seberapa besar energi yang sudah digunakan, tetapi harus dikaji lebih dalam melalui kajian ilmu faal. Permainan bolavoli merupakan permainan yang memiliki predominan pergerakan yang sangat eksplosive, mengingat aturan permainan menggunakan sistem rally poin seorang pelatih dituntut harus jeli melihat situasi di lapangan ketika dalam suatu pertandingan. Dengan memahami konsep predominan sistem energi, seorang pelatih maupun atlit dapat memanfaatkan dalam menyusun taktik dan strategi. Kita mengenal beberapa macam sistem energi yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas olahraga antara lain; sistem ATP-PC, sistem asam laktat dan sistem aerobik yang semuanya itu sebagai penyedia kebutuhan energi dalam aktivitas olahraga khususnya permainan bolavoli.

Abstract

The research motivated by the problem of lack of correction in the volleyball smash technique. This study aims to identify the errors of the Pontianak meteor club volleyball player smash technique. Thi research was a descriptive percentage. The method used was a survey with an observation sheets, field observations, and documentation. The sample in this study consisted of 11 athletes who have the criteria: (1) athlete were present at the time of data collection, (2) athlete who has a specialist as a speaker. The data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis which an stated in the form of a percentage. The results showed that there was an error volleyball smash technique in: (1) the initial stage was 25.39%, (2) the repulsion / jump stage was 25.37%, (3) the hitting stage was 25.42% and, (4) when landing is 23.82%. So it can be concluded that the landing stage has the largest percentage of errors.

Abstract

Abstract: Public Elementary Schools in Meliau District have not been able to implement the 2013 curriculum, due to incomplete supporting facilities to implement the 2013 curriculum. The aim of this research is to achieve know the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for Physical Education subjects in Elementary Schools in Meliau District. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive research type, with survey methods and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were 28 teachers of PJOK SD in Meliau District. To analyze the data used descriptive statistics with percentages. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for physical education and health services in elementary schools throughout Meliau District in implementing the 2013 curriculum is in the very high category of 0%, the high category is 7.1%, the moderate category is 67.9%, the low category is 21.4 % and very low category of 3.6%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum for Physical Education subjects in Elementary Schools in Meliau District is mostly in the medium category.Keywords: Elementary schools, implementation of PJOK teachers, Implementation of the 2013 curriculumAbstrak: Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Meliau belum mampu melaksanakan kurikulum 2013, dikarenakan fasilitas pendukung yang belum lengkap untuk melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Meliau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 guru SD PJOK di Kabupaten Meliau. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Jasmani dan Pelayanan Kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar se-Kabupaten Meliau dalam melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi yaitu 0% kategori tinggi 7,1. %, kategori sedang 67.9%, kategori rendah 21.4% dan kategori sangat rendah 3.6%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Meliau sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang.Kata Kunci: Sekolah Dasar, Penerapan Guru PJOK, Penerapan Kurikulum 2013

Abstract

Seeing the importance of the referee's role in leading the game, which the referee's role is essential in determining the match's results. This activity was held to provide the understanding and deepening of the handball refereeing material. The implementation of its practice in the field, strengthened by the granting of a regional referee license. There were 20 participants from each representative, especially the sub-districts in Kubu Raya district. The method used was training and mentoring by presenting competent speakers and instructors, especially in handball refereeing. As the results of the handball referee training activities, participants gained a better understanding of handball refereeing rules and practices and could practice them as an implementation of the knowledge they have acquired. The names of participants who have participated in this training were registered as regional licensed referees in the ABTI Management of West Kalimantan Province because they have been licensed at the regional level, which in the future can lead handball matches.

Abstract

Abstract: Motor educability is a very important study. The speed at which children learn to move depends on their motor educability. The aim of this study was to describe the motor educability of third grade elementary school students. This research uses a survey method, quantitative descriptive. The research sample was 49 grade 3 elementary school students at SDN Sengawang Tengah, Sambas, West Kalimantan. Measurement of motor educability uses the. IOWA-BRACE TEST motor educability, which consists of 21 test items. The results of the research data were then analyzed using the help of Excel. The data is presented in the form of measures of central tendency. Based on the calculation results obtained status, no student has a very good motor educability status, the overall average ability of motor educability is in the medium category.Key words: Motoric, Motor Educability, Elementary School StudentsAbstrak: motor educability merupakan kajian yang sangat penting. Kecepatan anak untuk belajar gerak tergantung dari kemampuan motor educability. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan motor educability siswa sekolah dasar kelas III. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 49 siswa sekolah dasar kelas 3 SDN Sengawang Tengah, Sambas, Kalimantan Barat. Abstract

Motor Educability is a movement repertoire that functions to learn new movements, this can be seen from how Motor Educability is performed. This research aimed to determine the comparison of motor educability of elementary school students in grades 1, 2, and 3 of schools in the village. This research uses survey methods and quantitative research. The sample consisted of 138 students grades 1, 2, and 3, students in village school. The measurement test uses the IOWA BRACE TEST which consists of 21 types of tests. The research data was analyzed using Excel which was presented in the form of a measure of central tendency.
