Abstract

Many countries rely on tourism as a source of tax and revenue for companies selling services to tourists. Development of the tourism industry is one of the strategies used by private organizations to promote a particular region as a regional tour to promote trade through the sale of goods and services to non-local people. Besides the tourism sub-sector was expected to drive the economy, because the sector is considered the most prepared in terms of facilities, facilities and infrastructure compared to other business sectors. These expectations were developed in a community empowerment strategy through the development of populist-based tourism.               The purpose of this study were: (1). To analyze whether the marketing mix consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and simultaneously have an influence on the domestic tourist visits. (2). To analyze whether the marketing mix consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and partially have an influence on the domestic tourist visits, (3). To analyze which marketing mix variables that have a dominant influence on the domestic tourist visits.This study uses data interval while the primary data collection through questionnaires to the 82 domestic touristswho visit the Recreation Park Sengkaling Malang. There are four independent variables are analyzed, namely: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and public relations. While the dependent variable is the domestic tourist visits. The data has been collected then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and simultaneously positively affect domestic tourists to visit. Variable partial advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and also in a positive and significant effect. Advertising variable is the dominant variable affecting the city. Abstract

Administration is a very important activity for the Dian Abadi CV Malang. These activities include the preparation and recording of employee data outsoursing be used to create payroll reports, and data stationery (ATK), which will be offered to customers Dian Abadi CV Malang. Preparation and recording of data and information systematically in order provide information that is required by the owner of CV Dian Abadi Malang.This research aims to design and implement information systems to desktop-based administration. Through the use of information technology will allow administrative activities are more easily, quickly, and accurately when compared with manual work. This information system is automatically expected to make a report that will allow the owner to carry out the control and supervision of the company.Development of the system in this study using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Abstract

The organizational competitive factors may challenge any humans who work for business organization. Public organization, however, only requires its human resource to give primary service. PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang is a public organization moving in the information and communication fields, and providing a telecommunication service and network. The employee of this company plays important role to give a quality service. Good service quality cannot be isolated from employee’s hard skill and soft skill. These skills must be improved because the information and telecommunication technology will always develop.     It is necessary to match their skills with the technological advance.                Research aims at (1) analyzing the simultaneous effect between hard skill and soft skill on employee performance; (2) analyzing the partial effect between hard skill and soft skill on employee performance; and (3) analyzing the dominant variable affecting employee performance. The employee of PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang is considered as respondent of research.                Interval data are used in this research. Primary data are collected through questionnaire given to 54 employees in some host locker at PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang. Two independent variables are analyzed, i.e. hard skill and soft skill. The dependent variable is employee performance. The collected data are analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis.                Result of research indicates that hard skill and soft skill have positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially, hard skill and soft skill variables have positive significant effect. Abstract

SMK PGRI Grafika Pakis Malang a secondary education institution national scale which has two Program Preparation Skills Graphic and Graphic Production. Management of grades at SMK PGRI Grafika Pakis Malangtoday still use the conventional system to store student data. Processing of the results of the learning process using the Microsoft Excel application.               The purpose of this research is to build web-based applications online report cards and sms gateway in SMK PGRI Grafika Pakis Malang. This study uses techniques of field research by conducting interviews in the academic and teacher in SMK PGRI Grafika Pakis Malang.               Results of this research is an online information system report cards provide convenience academic field, especially teachers in processing the replay value, besides students / parents can receive information about academic online either through the internet or mobile phones and to produce information that is more precise, and accurate. Key words: Information Systems, Report Card, SMS Gateway

Abstract

Since the formation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor Leste problem faced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor-Leste is the absence of a record of information systems, transaction manage hardware assets turnover and create reports necessary for the department. The purpose of this research is the establishment of an information system application data processing hardware assets in the ministry of agriculture and fisheries East Timor. This information system is built using Java script software, netbeans and use My SQL database. By using Java script, netbeans the development of this information system is fast and easy. Information Systems implements data processing hardware assets as may assist staff in the IT division of the ministry in the control of hardware assets are in use by employees and information systems can also be mendatakan all assets and computer hardware at the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor-LesteProcess usage of hardware assets in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of Timor Leste begins with data collection staff, then transferring assets hardware to staff, as well as mengortrol every weekday. Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia has always received attention from various parties. One of the components that also affect educational change is the selection of majors. Selection of majors usually done when the learners (students) enter upper secondary education either SMA / MA and SMK. Selection of department at SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari done at the beginning of the new school year.Making the decision support system aims to simplify the committee PSB in the calculation. Methods in making this system using Simple Additive weighting which is one method of Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) with a value criterion psychological tests, medical tests, interview English, written tests, math scores, the value of science, the value of Indonesian and value Language Britain from the previous school.Based on the results of testing the quality of the system is obtained an average value of 3.91 which shows the system in both categories, thus helping the committee PSB in determining the direction according to their talents and interests of students.Keyword: Elections Department , Simple Additive weighting , Decision Support System

Abstract

The information system is a very important supporting factor for the development of high school, such as support in information services and data processing. STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita is a campus computer that has the Academic and Student Affairs Administration serving administrative activities such as the manufacture of class schedules, exam schedules, academic calendars, handbooks, student data, the study plan card, the study results card, academic transcripts, test execution middle of the semester, and semester final exams. The Study Plan Card is a means for students to program the desired course in one semester. However, if the student can not study plan card charging directly through the system manually or through computers provided, then the student is automatically declared to stop the study while at the semester . The purpose of this research is to design information systems for mobile phones to facilitate students who can not program a course with a manual system or an existing computer system. Abstract

PR PT Catur Mitra Mandiri is one of the financial institutions that provide services in operationsince 1993 has opened the cash office units that are in Turen, Kasembon, and Sumber pucungMalang. File storage customer is still done manually by filling division causing problems in theliquefaction process the file because the file received from the cash office between 3 to 4 days. Inthis case the division filling require a computerized system that can be used for filing process so asto help the division filling.The purpose of this research is the establishment of archival filing application by using thealphabetical and classified in PT BPR standalone chess partner. The method used is a method inwhich the alphabetical filing credit files are archived alphabetically taken from the name of thecustomer, while the common files are grouped by their method of classification that incoming filesare grouped by file type. Data collection methods used were interviews and surveys. Systemdevelopment method used is SDLC Waterfall. The system that has been built providing informationon the ease of file bermafaat for filling division and the companys employees. These systems canspeed up the process of filing in an Independent Catur Mitra PT BPR. Can help improve theperformance of officers filling.
