<![CDATA[Not all owners and computer technicians can diagnose early damage to computer hardware properly and appropriately. Errors in the diagnosis process will certainly bring harm to the owner of a computer or computer technicians. Based on these facts, researchers designed a diagnostic expert system computer hardware damage, in the hope of this expert system can assist them in diagnosing damage to computer hardware like an expert.In damage to computer hardware, the symptoms appear can not be used to determine the exact damage to computer hardware. These symptoms should be collected and to match each other, so that it can generate the appropriate conclusions. This process is called in an expert system by the method of forward chaining.The process of diagnosis expert system with forward chaining method can work well, the expert system application interface that is easy to use and informative, enabling the user to use and understand the contents of the information submitted in the application of expert system. <![CDATA[Information System Security is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the information system. Weak information system security may result that other people who do not have the right can be entered into the system information without passed the security and perform activities that can damage or destroy data on the information system, even can destroy that information system itself. On one side, security of the information system needs to be improved, like in login process to get into the information system. Login process becames a tool to pave the ways for someone to infiltrate into the information system. There are several ways to do so that login process to be secure, such as anti SQL Injection and Verification login with SMS Gateway. <![CDATA[PT. Beon Intermedia specializes in hosting and domain services. High reputation requires PT. Beon Intermedia to always work quickly and efficiently. But there are still obstacles in the Domain displacement activity, namely in the recording and checking for Domain transfer activities are still using conventional methods that take up to 7 days workmanship.To solve this problem, so we try a solution for an application / plugin that is embedded in the system in PT. Beon Intermedia. The plugin works automatically and continuously to the process for switching domain, check the status of the transfer and perform notifications. The plugin works in a way to grab the data from the system regristrar to update the progress status of the domain that you want to move. Our results, this plugin goes well, the process of switching domain by using this plugin can cut the time domain displacement of an advanced first 7 days to 4 days, so that the service becomes faster, recorded in the system and to work more efficiently. Keywords: Plugin, Domain Transfer]]>

<![CDATA[This article is written based on the results of the realization of community engagement grants under the Community Partnership Program (PKM) scheme received by the PKM team of Pradnya Paramita School of Informatics Management and Computer (STIMATA) Malang for the 2018 realization year. The theme selected was about the development of an international certification-based curriculum for Malang District Vocational Senior High Schools (SMK), where two SMKs that become partners are multimedia majors of SMK Diponegoro Tumpang and software engineering majors of SMK Riyadlul Qur'an Ngajum Kepanjen. The motivation of the proposed activity is the desire of the partners to improve the quality of the curriculum so their graduates are ready and able to pass the competency certification exam issued by international information technology (IT) vendors. STIMATA as an IT-based campus proposed a solution for this problem by developing the curriculum for SMK based on Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) – software development fundamental certification for SMK Riyadlul Qur'an and Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) video communication certification with Adobe Premier for SMK Diponegoro. <![CDATA[PT. XYZ is one of the fourth largest cigarette producers in Indonesia with a market share of 7%. Has more than 40 marketing offices spread throughout Indonesia. Every branch offices have sales that using public internet to upload and download data from headquarter server’s. Constraints faced by PT. XYZ that public server used for upload and download process was down due to attacker from external network, causing disruption to sales team activities. Sales team can’t achieve the target to visit 6427 outlets from total 64980 outlets. The purpose of this research is to develop a network security system environment that able to protect internal servers of PT. XYZ from the threat both internal network and extenal. This study implemented using packet filtering method that applied to CISCO ASA 5520 device. The network security system that already implemented are able to protect the server from unauthorized security threats so it does not interfere sales team's operations. <![CDATA[Mobility of high society have become everyday activities. Smooth mobility requires a reliable transport and means. One of the widely used mass transportation Railway is operated by PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Even PT Kereta Api Indonesia has no competition in the rail transport business, but still need a good performance. The survival of the company is very important for the community, because rail transport is very affordable, especially for poor people. In this research, analysis of financial statements to determine the financial performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and its subsidiaries based on the ratio of profitability. Profitabilias ratios include: gross profit margin (gross profit margin), the net profit margin (net profit margin), return on investment (ROI) and return on equity (ROE). The results of the analysis of financial statements found that PT Kereta Api Indonesia has a very good performance. These conditions provide a prediction that PT train Api Indonesia can continue living in the future in providing rail transport services for the Indonesian community.]]>

<![CDATA[Kota Malang adalah kota pendidikan, tidak kurang dari 4 universitas negeri dan 58 universitas swasta di kota Malang (Pemerintah Kota Malang, 2016: 10). Pelatihan / kursus dan unit bisnis sertifikasi internasional memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan, di samping yang belum diadakan, jumlah siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan dan siswa di kota Malang dan sekitarnya sangat besar. Siswa dan siswa membutuhkan peningkatan keterampilan (skill) yang tidak diperoleh dari perguruan tinggi atau sekolah mereka sebagai bekal untuk perguruan tinggi atau mencari pekerjaan. Selain itu, dengan diberlakukannya MEA, keterampilan bersertifikat adalah faktor penentu dalam persaingan di dunia kerja. PPKIA STMIK Pradnya Paramita mendirikan PPUPIK - MTA Academy sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tingkat internasional. Fokus dari PPUPIK - MTA Academy adalah sertifikasi Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA). <![CDATA[Promosi sangat diperlukan bagi setiap bidang usaha, salah satunya server pulsa reload. Dalam strategi promo hal yang perlu diketahui salah satunya adalah data sebaran pelanggan dan karakteristiknya. Salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk menggali sebaran pelanggan dan karakteristik transaksinya adalah dengan mengelompokkan pelanggan menggunakan teknik clustering Algorithm. Teknik cluetering Algorithm cocok dipilih karena dapat memunculkan beberapa kelompok-kelompok yang memiliki keterhubungan yang sebelumnya tidak diketahui atributnya. Dengan demikian dapat dijadikan sebagai pengetahuan baru bagi pihak pemilik server pulsa reload untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sesuai kebutuhannya. Dalam data training ini mengambil atribut-atribut antara lain customer, jumlah transaksi, dan alamat. Jumlah centroid yang ditentukan berjumlah 3. Hasil pengelompokan berhenti pada iterasi ke-4 dengan nilai rasio 0.0553 di iterasi ke-3 dan ke-4. Dari hasil iterasi maka terbentuk 3 kelompok yaitu : C1 {C,D,H}, C2 {A,B,E}, C3 {F,G}.Kata Kunci - clustering algoritm, server pulsa reload, K-Means.]]>

<![CDATA[Salon seventyrazor initially used manual recording in serving the queue, Customers who come to register first with the administrative officer. Once recorded in the Microsoft Excel application, will be informed whether there is a queue or directly processed to the Barberman officer. When a customer makes an order through Whatsapp, the process is the same. Estimates for each hair cut are 30 to 45 minutes for each customer. The creation of a Website-Based Salon Service Order Application using Codeigniter on Seventyrazor Salon with the application of gamification as a solution in handling queuing reservations at Barbershop seventyrazors, especially in reducing the number of queues at the location and order cancellations that often occur. In this study the authors used the User-Centered-Design approach with the gamification method as a method of system development and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool in modeling the system to be built. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the website-based queue ordering application at Barbershop Seventyrazors can accelerate the recording of transactions that will occur today and tomorrow, and customers do not need to queue long at Barbershop because they already know their queue hours. transaction data processing in making monthly reports faster so that it can accelerate the generation of monthly income reports. The application created is a web-based application using a codeigniter framework.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam menerbitkan Surat Keterangan pendamping Ijazah (SKPI) di Kampus STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita, dibutuhkan data yang akurat dari mahasiswa, namun mahasiswa seringkali mengumpulkan diakhir masa kuliah mereka (menjelang lulus). Hal ini menyebabkan sekretaris Program Studi menjadi kewalahan. STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita sudah memiliki aplikasi portal mahasiswa yang berfungsi untuk proses KRS, KHS, Jadwal Kuliah, Biodata Mahasiswa dan SKPI. Penggunaan aplikasi portal ini berjalan dengan baik, kecuali bagian SKPI. Didapat data bahwa 100% mahasiswa tidak ada yang mengisi formular SKPI semasa mereka kuliah. Mahasiswa mengisi hanya ketika menjadi syarat penerbitan ijazah. Untuk meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa dan ketersediaan data dalam penerbitan SKPI, maka diusulkan pengembangan aplikasi portal mahasiswa yang dapat menarik mahasiswa untuk mengisi data SKPI. Kesukaan orang untuk bermain aplikasi permainan mendorong pengembang aplikasi menerapkan fitur layaknya game dalam aplikasi merekam. Untuk itu perlu ditambahkan fitur seperti poin, level, badges, leaderboard seperti layaknya aplikasi permainan. Pengembangan aplikasi portal mahasiswa ini menggunakan SDCL dengan metode waterfall. Aplikasi yang sudah ada dikembangkan dengan menambah fitur gamifikasi dengan tujuan meningkatkan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan aplikasi portal, khususnya untuk melengkapi dan memperbarui prestasi dan keterampilan yang sudah dikuasai.]]>
