Abstract

Masalah K3 secara umum di Indonesia masih sering terabaikan terutama pada pelaksanaan pembangunan bidang pekerjaan umum dengan konstruksi bangunan sederhana, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan masih tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja pada penyelenggaraan konstruksi, tenaga kerja di sektor jasa konstruksi mencakup sekitar 7-8% dari jumlah tenaga kerja di seluruh sektor, dan menyumbang 6.45% dari PDB di Indonesia. Sektor jasa konstruksi adalah salah satu sektor yang paling berisiko terhadap kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terdapat beberapa faktor penyebab terjadi kecelakaan kerja, antara lain tidak dilibatkan ahli teknik konstruksi, penggunaan metoda pelaksanaan yang tepat, lemahnya pengawasan pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan, belum sepenuhnya melaksanakan peraturan-peraturan menyangkut K3 yang telah ada, lemahnya pengawasan penyelenggaraan K3, kurang memadainya baik dalam kualitas dan kuantitas ketersediaan alat pelindung diri (APD), faktor lingkungan sosial ekonomi dan budaya pekerja dan kurang disiplinnya para tenaga kerja didalam mematuhi ketentuan mengenai K3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepatuhan dan pengawasan terhadap kesadaran Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah pekerja bangunan Gedung Penataan Ruang  Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumplan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) menggunakan bantuan program statistik SPSS, namun sebelum dilakukan pengujian regresi berganda terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak kontraktor dan kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dalam upaya meminimalkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dalam proses pelaksanaan kontruksi.Kata Kunci:Peraturan, Pengawasan, Kesadaran K3

Abstract

Data is an important property for everyone. Large amount of data is available in the world. There are various repositories to store the data into data warehouses, databases, information repository, etc. This large amount of data needs to process so that we can get useful information. Data mining is a technique to get information that hidden from collections of data. There are several major functions in data mining such as estimation, prediction, classification, clustering and association.This research use association rule to find the interconnections of the association between the data items in data transaction. The technique used to find the ruleis the FP-Growth. FP-Growth is one of the algorithms used to find frequent item sets in the set of transaction data.This study aims to create a simulation using a data mining association rule with the FP - growth algorithm as a reference to determine a list of product packages that offered to consumers. Testing that has been done based on the results of functional testing with black box method, it can be concluded that by implementing data mining with association rule method can help the company in finding consumer pattern. Abstract

A b s t r a ctUnited Nations (UN), as an international organization, has copious purposes and programs which are devoted to developing the world and providing better lives for people throughout the globe. Some of the programs initiated by the organization are Milennium Development Goal’s (MDG’S) and Sustainable Development Goal’s (SDG). In optimizing various programs that they set up, particularly development programs, United Nations assigned ambassadors who were responsible in introducing the programs to the whole world. Those ambassadors were elected from public figures known as Goodwill Ambassadors. In addition to electing ambassadors from real figures, United Nations also had evoked animated figures as the ambassadors. This scientific article was aimed at discovering the reasons backgrounding United Nations’ decision on assigning animation figures as the ambassadors. Obtained from literature study by sourcing books, scientific journals, articles, and internet websites, research data scrutinized in the study were secondary in nature and analyzed by persuasive propaganda concept coupled with qualitative analysis. Research results indicated that the reasons behind United Nations’ decision in choosing animation figures as the ambassadors were meant to be a for of persuasive propaganda by involving animation figures possessing tremendous popularity in the world. Abstract

Abstract                In facing the intense competition in the music world, a number of singers have made various efforts to maintain their existence in the music world. Singers who face intense competition in the music world include Anjas Gitarani and Tini Sebloh. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are: 1) Masks are used as a means to create innovation and creativity, not only as a face covering instrument. Anjas and Tini provide an overview of how creativity and innovation can create creativity to maintain their consistency in singing. 2) Anjas and Tini's vocal quality is actually quite ordinary. However, Anjas and Tini highlighted their stage action by wearing masks when performing on stage. 3). The mask is basically a tool that is used as a face cover. Someone wears a mask so that their real face is not visible. Mask is synonymous with the activity of "covering" so that the face of the singer wearing a mask is not visible. It is no different from Anjas and Tini who wear masks in every appearance. "To close" also implies that a singer must be professional. Whatever the condition is sick, tired, or sad, a singer must stay fit, cheer up, and smile in front of the audience so that the audience feels entertained.               Keywords: The Mask, Anjas Gitarani and Tini Sebloh, Innovation, and Creativity

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the price of tensile, hardening, and changes in microstructure as well as changes in material properties at hot temperature variations 800 OC to 900 OC. The method used in this study is an experimental method, where the material used is ST-60 steel bolts, with a tensile test sample form referring to the ASTM D 638-03 standard, while for testing hardness and chemical composition based on machine standards, namely Ø16 mm x 20 mm. In this study, 5 samples were made at each temperature of 0 0C, 800 0C, 850 0C, 900 0C, 950 0C and 1000 0C with the type of heat treatment in the normalizing process and the hardening quenching process. This research was conducted in the Laboratorium Pengujian Bahan, Jurusan Teknik Mesin, Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. The test results on the normalizing process for tensile strength decreased by an average of 230.78 N/mm2 or 50%, Vickers hardness decreased by an average of 33.99 HV or 31% and the carbon content decreased by an average of 0.19 or 48% of the normalizing process is not done. Whereas in the hardening quenching process, the average tensile strength increased by 93.22 N/mm2 or 20 %, the Vickers hardness on average increased by 19.29 HV or 18 % and the average carbon content increased by 0.06 or up 17 % of the hardening quenching process was not done. So to overcome the decrease in mechanical strength and changes in the microstructure of the ST-60 bolt due to hot temperatures, the hardening quenching process can be applied, namely by polishing with used oil after the bolts work at hot temperatures.

Abstract

Pada eksperimen untuk mempelajari unjuk kerja turbin air, diperlukan pengukuran beberapa parameter seperti tekanan  dan  debit  air  yang  masuk  ke  turbin  serta kecepatan  putar  dan  gaya  pengereman  turbin.  Untuk mempermudah  eksperimen  tersebut,  dikembangkan sistem  akuisisi  data  otomatis  menggunakan  perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak open source  berbasis Arduino. Pengembangan sistem tersebut dilakukan melalui tahap perancangan,  implementasi  dan  pengujian.  Sistem dirancang  memiliki  pengendali  mikro  yang  membaca sinyal  dari  sensor  tekanan,  debit,  gaya  dan  proximity. Sinyal tersebut diolah dan kemudian ditampilkan ke LCD serta  disimpan ke dalam kartu memori secara berkala. Untuk  mewujudkan  rancangan  tersebut  berbagai perangkat  dirangkai  dengan  papan  pengendali  dan fungsinya diuji dengan memasukkan program tertentu ke pengendali  mikro.  Untuk  perangkat  sensor,  dilakukan kalibrasi  dengan  membandingkan  nilai  pembacaannya dengan  nilai  pembacaan  alat  ukur  komersial.  Hasil pengujian  sistem  keseluruhan  menunjukkan  bahwa sistem  telah  berfungsi  dengan  baik.  Pengendali  mikro telah dapat membaca dan mengolah sinyal dari berbagai sensor, menampilkan  data  ke  LCD,  serta  menyimpan data  ke  kartu  memori.  Dengan  demikian,  pengukuran dan  pencatatan  berbagai  parameter  eksperiman  dapat dilakukan  secara  otomatis,  sehingga  pengujian  unjuk kerja  turbin  dapat  dilakukan  secara  sistematis  dan komprehensif.

Abstract

ABSTRACTTuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, an bacillus-acid resistant that is transmitted through the air. TB is an main global healt problem and it’s one of the 10 leading causes of death in the world. Epidemiologically, the distribution of TB attacks more in the productive age, but all age groups are at risk of TB. This study aims to determine the epidemiological picture of pulmonary tuberculosis in RSUD Dr. H. Chasan Boesoeri Ternate in 2018. The design in this study was retrospective descriptive. The study was conducted in the pulmonary clinic. Sampling with a total sampling technique. The type of data uses medical record data then the data was analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of this study that the distribution of pulmonary TB aged 25-34 years more affected by pulmonary TB as many as 35 patients (29.9%), based on male sex more affected by pulmonary TB as many as 73 patients (62.4%) , the history of treatment of pulmonary TB patients more who came for treatment were 115 new cases (98.3%), new laboratory test results showed negative pulmonary TB patients 60.7%, the anatomical location of TB more in the lungs as many as 91 patients (77 , 8%) and based on the residential address of more pulmonary TB patients were located in Ternate Selatan District 47%. The conclusion from the results of this study is that pulmonary TB patients who come for treatment are more aged 25-34 years, male sex, with new cases are higher, TCM results are more negative, anatomic location in the lungs and more patient addresses in Ternate.                   Keywords : epidemiology, RSUD, TB pulmonary

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisa pengaruh parameter variasi arus terhadap keausan material elektrode/Electrode Relative Wear serta hubungannya terhadap laju pembuangan material / Material Removal Rate dari mesin EDM Chimer Ez. Arus yang digunakan 1,5; 3; 6; 8; 10 dan 12 amper. Sedangkan material elektrode menggunakan tembaga, kuningan, aluminium dan grafit serta benda kerja baja ST 60. Dari hasil yang di dapat secara umum, semakin tinggi arus yang digunakan angka keausan material elektrode semakin meningkat. Dari ketiga jenis logam kuningan, tembaga dan aluminium, logam kuningan memiliki angka laju keausan tertinggi dan yang terendah terjadi pada elektrode grafit. Kata Kunci: EDM, MRR, ERW, Elektrode

Abstract

In this study, a pack carburizing process was carried out on low carbon steel using activated carbon, coconut shell charcoal and various catalysts in the form of ale-ale shells, eggshells, and beef bones. The method used is heating at an austenite temperature of 900 oC with a variation of holding time of 30, 60, and 90 minutes, then quenching using water, followed by hardness testing with the Vickers method and composition testing. The general result is that the three types of catalysts can accelerate the diffusion-reaction so that the carbon addition process occurs and the longer holding time can provide an opportunity for the carbon formed to transform from the pearlite microstructure to the austenite microstructure, and when quenching it forms the Martensite microstructure. Of the three types of catalysts that produced the highest hardness was an ale-ale shell, from the initial hardness 119 HV to 464 HV.
