Abstract

The ordinary information systems had low interoperability, therefore they can only be operated through uniplatform, local access, single database, and single user. The invention of Internet and HTML hadlead some information system changes to be based on the web. Information system based on web have ahigher interoperability level, meaning that they can be operated through multiplatforms, remote access,multidatabases, and multiusers. The purpose of this research is to evolve some strategies and investigatesome components which are needed to conduct the migration of information system, from the ordinaryinformation systems to information systems based on the web. As a case study, migration strategies on anoperational ordinary information system with rigorous complexity are implemented. The migration of information system can be done through two strategies, with the same operatingsystem or different one. The only component that has to be migrated in the same operating system platformis the DBMS programs. On the other hand, the components that have to be migrated in the differentoperating system platform are the components of database and the DBMS programs. The database migrationcan be done by converting the database tables and move the data to the new database tables, whereas theDBMS migration can be done by rearranging the DBMS programs into the web aplication form by using CGIand HTML. In order to interact with the database, the suitable database drivers or ODBC have to be used. The conclusion of this research are : (1) web needs CGI and database drivers to interact with thedatabase, (2) the migration of the database from xBase to mSQL database tables can be done by usingdbf2msql, (3) the suitable information to be accessed through the web are those that are always available tobe accessed through remote multiusers, (4) the most important web aplication contains passwords, and (5)the information systems based on the web support the client/server system.

Abstract

Penggunaan AC standar dan lampu TL neon cenderung lebih boros. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, gedung C menggunakan AC standar dengan kapasitas tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruangan dan menggunakan lampu TL neon dengan intensitas penerangan yang minim sehingga perlu dilakukan konservasi energi untuk memperoleh peluang penghematan energi listrik dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek ramah lingkungan serta kenyamanan penghuni. Analisis penghematan energi listrik dilakukan melalui audit energi dengan menghitung Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memperoleh peluang penghematan energi listrik melalui konservasi energi. Perhitungan nilai IKE tahun 2019 dan 2020 pada gedung C dalam kategori efisien. Peluang penghematan energi dilakukan dengan mengganti AC standar menjadi AC low watt maupun AC inverter diperoleh penghematan sebesar 28% dan 30,6% dengan payback period selama 2,9 tahun dan 3,8 tahun. Mematikan AC 15 menit dan 30 menit sebelum jam kerja berakhir diperoleh penghematan sebesar 2,8% dan 5,7% pada AC standar, 2,9% dan 5,8% pada AC low watt dan AC inverter. Peluang penghematan energi dengan mengganti lampu TL neon menjadi lampu LED diperoleh penghematan sebesar 16,28% dengan payback period selama 4,4 tahun serta intensitas penerangan sudah memenuhi SNI dengan intensitas penerangan 358-421 lux pada ruang kerja dan 315-361 lux pada ruang rapat.

Abstract

The use of standard AC and fluorescent lamps tends to be more wasteful. Based on observations, building C uses standard AC with a capacity that does not match the needs of the room and uses fluorescent lamps with minimal lighting intensity, so it is necessary to conserve energy to obtain opportunities for saving electrical energy while still paying attention to environmentally friendly aspects and occupant comfort. Electrical energy saving analysis is carried out through an energy audit by calculating the Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE). The pur-pose of this study is to obtain opportunities for saving electrical energy through energy conservation. Calculation of IKE values in 2019 and 2020 in building C is in the efficient category. Opportunities to save energy are carried out by replacing standard AC with low watt AC or inverter AC, resulting in savings of 28% and 30,6% with payback periods of 2,9 years and 3,8 years. Turning off the AC 15 minutes and 30 minutes before the end of working hours resulted in savings of 2,8% and 5,7% on standard AC, 2,9% and 5,8% on low watt AC and inverter AC. Energy saving opportunities by replacing fluorescent lamps with LED lamps obtained savings of 16,28% with a payback period of 4,4 years and the lighting intensity has met SNI with lighting intensity of 358-421 lux in the working room and 315-361 lux in the meeting room.

Abstract

Hajj guidance is a simulation activity carried out by pilgrims so that pilgrims can better prepare themselves. Even though they have carried out the guidance for Hajj, sometimes the congregation still feels that they do not understand the material they are learning and feel that they have not learned enough about the object of Hajj by using guide books, especially the practice of the Hajj. But pilgrims have not taken the guidance of other Hajj because of the cost, time and place they need. By using virtual reality based on 360-degree videos, pilgrims can understand the material better and can perform the pilgrimage independently without being hindered by time, place and cost. The research was conducted using Research and Development (R&D) research methods and then using a quantitative approach to approach the application. The instruments used in this research include material expert test sheets, media test sheets, and user usability test sheets. The results show that virtual reality (VR) based on 360-degree video is a media that is feasible to use and has very good benefits for prospective pilgrims.

Abstract

Image segmentation is one of the most critical steps in computer-aided diagnosis that potentially accelerate leukemia diagnosis. Leukemia is categorized as blood cancer known as a deadly disease. Generally, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) detection can be done manually by counting the leukocytes contained in the stained peripheral blood smear image using the immunohistochemical (IHC) method. Unfortunately, the manual diagnosis process takes 3−24 hours to complete and is most likely inaccurate due to operator fatigue. An image segmentation method proposed by Vogado can achieve an accuracy of 98.5%. However, this method uses a K-means clustering algorithm that is not optimal for input images containing mostly noise. In this research, fuzzy c-means were applied to solve this problem. The dataset used in this study was ALL-IDB2, which consisted of 260 images, with each image having the size of 257×257 pixels in tagged image file (TIF) format. The initial stage of this method was to divide the ALL-IDB 2 acute leukemia dataset image into cyan, magenta, yellow, key (CMYK) and L*a*b color schemes which then subtract the M component subtracted by component *b. The subtraction results were then splits using the FCM algorithm, resulting in the nucleus and background sections. The output of this method was then evaluated and measured using the metrics accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, kappa index, dice coefficient, and time complexity. The results showed that changing the clustering algorithm in the image segmentation method did not provide a significant change in results; an increase occurred in the specificity and precision metrics with an average of 0.1−0.4%, the execution time also increased by an average of 23.10%. The decrease in the accuracy metric was down to 95.4238%, and the dice coefficient value was 79.3682%. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the application of the FCM algorithm to the segmentation method does not provide optimal results.

Abstract

Nelayan Rawa Pening Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah membutuhkan air bersih. Air bersih digunakan untuk mandi, kakus, mencuci piring atau pakaian, masak makanan atau air, dan berwudhu. Air bersih dapat dihasilkan dari sistem penjernih air. Sistem penjernih air yang diterapkan menggunakan prinsip sistem penyaringan lambat. Sistem penjernih air bersih yang dipilih jenis biosand filter agar ramah lingkungan. Bagian elektrik dari sistem penjernih air adalah pompa air. Pembangkit listrik tenaga surya digunakan untuk memberi energi ke sistem penjernih air.  Studi ini mempunyai tujuan mengkaji unjuk kerja pembangkit listrik tenaga surya pada kondisi operasional dengan beban sistem penjernih air di Rawa Pening. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi penurunan drastis pada kapasistas dan tegangan baterai. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pada arus keluaran dan arus pengisian. Penurunan tegangan baterai pada kondisi berbeban sebesar 11,59%. Penurunan kapasitas baterai pada kondisi berbeban sebesar 49.49%. Prosestase daya terpakai sebesar 53,33 % dari daya terpasang pada papan nama motor. Panel surya sistem berbeban mampu mengisi baterai 80% dari kemampuan maksimumnya.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara merupakan masalah serius yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan manusia. Berbagai jenis polutan udara seperti partikel halus, sulfur dioksida, nitrogen oksida, dan ozon dapat menyebabkan gangguan pernapasan, penyakit jantung, kanker paru-paru, dan masalah kesehatan lainnya. Untuk memahami dampak kesehatan pencemaran udara, klasifikasi efek kesehatan akibat pencemaran udara menjadi penting. Metode klasifikasi ini membagi efek kesehatan berdasarkan jenis polutan, dosis, dan waktu paparan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode klasifikasi dengan ensemble learning untuk mengidentifikasi polutan berdampak dan tingkat risiko kesehatannya. Ensemble learning adalah teknik pembelajaran mesin yang menggabungkan beberapa model untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi. Stacking ensemble learning merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam klasifikasi efek kesehatan pencemaran udara dengan mengintegrasikan beberapa model dasar seperti Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine, dan Multi-Layer Perceptron. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking memberikan performa tertinggi dengan akurasi sekitar 99,9% pada dataset baik yang seimbang maupun tidak seimbang. Namun, model Decision Tree dan K-Nearest Neighbor juga berhasil memberikan performa yang sangat baik. Waktu pelatihan model menjadi pertimbangan penting, di mana K-Nearest Neighbor dan Decision Tree memiliki waktu yang jauh lebih singkat dibandingkan dengan model Stacking.

Abstract

Saat ini, Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) tengah dikembangkan secara masif sebagai second opinion reader di berbagai modalitas pencitraan medis, salah satunya ultrasonografi (USG). Untuk skrining otomatis citra USG yang banyak, berulang-ulang dan terus-menerus, teknik deteksi objek memainkan peran krusial pada sistem CAD. Deteksi objek kanker pada citra USG tidak mudah karena objek-objek tersebut berkontras rendah dan bertepi kabur akibat gangguan derau speckle dan artifak. Studi ini mengatasi tantangan ini dengan mengusulkan metode deteksi berbasis model active-contour Chan-Vese (CV) tersimplifikasi diikuti operasi morfologi. Adapun performa kuantitatif diperoleh menggunakan skor Intersection of Union (IoU) antara objek-objek terdeteksi dengan ground truth-nya. Usulan metode divalidasi menggunakan 20 citra USG tiroid dan payudara dengan hasil rerata skor IoU mencapai 92,36%. Performa yang menjanjikan ini menunjukkan bahwa usulan metode layak diimplementasikan pada sistem CAD.

Abstract

The 7P marketing mix encompasses various business facets, notably the Process element governing internal operations from production to customer service. With the surge in online customer feedback, assessing machine learning efficacy, especially ensemble learning, in classifying 7P-related customer review data has gained prominence. This research aims to fill a gap in existing literature by evaluating ensemble learning’s performance on 7P classification, an area not extensively explored despite prior sentiment analysis studies. Employing a methodology merging Natural Language Processing (NLP) with ensemble learning, the study processes restaurant reviews using NLP techniques and employs ensemble learning for precision and accuracy. Findings demonstrate that DESMI yielded the highest performance metrics with accuracy at 0.697, precision at 0.699, recall at 0.697, and an F1-score of 0.684. These outcomes underscore ensemble learning's potential in handling complex datasets, signifying its relevance for marketers and researchers seeking comprehensive insights from customer reviews within the 7P marketing mix domain. This study sheds light on how ensemble learning outperforms its foundational methods, indicating its prowess in extracting meaningful insights from diverse and intricate customer feedback.
