Abstract

Nowdays, along with the  development of electronics and computers, the crime rate increases  rapidly.  today almost all systems and security tools are using electronic devices such as computers and  microcontrollers. Every electronic device always has weakness, such as camera needs the light to capture images, Passive InfraRed (PIR) sensor only has ability for human body temperature detection, Short Message Service (SMS) which its services depend on prepay credit and cellular operator signal range.  Based on the problem, a radio-based doppler radar detection tool was developed using RCWL 0516 module. In this research will be discussed the use of RCWL 0516 sensor as main module to detect the movement of the object by measuring the microwave wave value that displayed on the user gadget by using Blynk application. The digital communication is used and implemented on Arduino Uno microcontroller. The data is sent and will be displayed on the gadget through Blynk application in the form of graph in real time and connect to the internet using ESP8266 as a connection receiver. The results obtained that the RCWL 0516 module has a better accuracy level in detecting movement than other motion detection sensors such as PIR sensors and ultrasonic sensors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Education Level on the Performance of Family Planning Instructors. The sampling technique used total sampling (n = 44), and the data analysis technique used Correlation and Regression with SPSS version 22. The results showed that Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of KB counselors (t count = 2.494, p <0.00). The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of family planning counselors (t arithmetic = 9.595, p <0.00). Work motivation and education level simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the performance of family planning counselors (F arithmetic = 13,665, p <0.00). The Contribution of Work Motivation and Education Level to the Performance of KB Extension Workers is shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.835 or (83.5%). The remaining 16.5% is influenced by other variables. The implication of this research is that there must be a government policy in increasing the performance of family planning counselors in the Karawang regency's Population and Family Planning Control Office (DPPKB) to improve the performance of family planning instructors through leading the process of good work motivation and increasing education levels so that the performance of family planning counselors is better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is anything to know how big the appearance of the field of health, pelitif and excellent service This research method of descriptive statistical analysis in a double way double with the method of double pardigma two free variables and one variable variable. each variable is a promise, the 33rd relationship, one by one or good. analysis of which analysis between analysis variables with Health Field Performance may be Y= 47.215+ 0.123X2 and double regression related between variables and excellent service together with health field performance again Y= 27.594+ 0.370 X1+ 0.127X2. From the results of this study, there is an influence between the capabilities of the health sector in puskesmas which is linked to the research hypothesis, namely there is an influence between the health sector and the health sector, there is the influence of excellent services with the field of health, and there is the influence of excellent capabilities and services together with the field of health in the Tanjungsari Health Center Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the influence of the procurement and development function on the productivity and satisfaction of HR, as one of the tasks of the HR Management (Advanced) course. The purpose of this paper is to determine and examine the effect of the procurement function on HR productivity, HR satisfaction, HR productivity, HR satisfaction and development on HR productivity and satisfaction. This study uses a library research method that refers to resources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from trusted sources. The result of this research is that the Procurement Function affects the Productivity of Human Resources. The Procurement Function has an effect on Human Resource Satisfaction. The Development Function affects the Productivity of Human Resources. The Development Function has an effect on Human Resource Satisfaction.
