Abstract

Abstract :  Public services in government agencies are starting to change from a direct face-to-face way that the process must be back and forth if there is a shortage of files and take a long time, turning into a service online. In order to improve the satisfaction of public service in government agencies, especially the agricultural quarantine Hall of Class II Cilegon, then the process of application of plant quarantine import, export and domistic can be done online using the system, So that the quarantine submission process can be monitored in realtime. This information system consists of two parts, namely the first part is the front end used by the community in monitoring the process of filing plant quarantine. The second part is the back end used by the file verification Officer, the functional coordinator in delivering the task letter to the field officer, the Laboratory officers provide laboratory verification results, the Treasurer sends Billing payments to the community and head of the hall in monitoring every process of quarantine submission from the community. The back end uses the website.

Abstract

Arsip merupakan sarana penting administrasi dan kebutuhan utama untuk perkembangan organisasi, karena arsip merupakan data dan informasi yang sangat penting. Kegiatan dalam sistem kearsipan memegang peranan yang penting dan dapat menjadi pedoman bagi kelancaran jalannya kegiatan administrasi di segala unit kerja di suatu organisasi atau kantor. Dengan adanya sistem kearsipan yang baik, berarti akan memperlancar aktivitas kerja sehari-hari. Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan penulis selama masa Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) pada Unit Penjualan PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk belum melakukan prosedur pengelolaan surat yang baik, Pada saat melakukan prosedur pengelolaan surat tidak terdapat buku agenda. Selain itu PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang bagian unit penjualan belum menggunakan lembar peminjaman arsip sehingga arsip yang dipinjam oleh karyawan dan unit yang lain ada yang tidak dikembalikan dan hilang. Metode yang digunakan penulis yaitu metode kualitatif deskriftip. Hasil yang diperoleh penulis dari penelitian ini adalah sistem penyimpanan yang digunakan adalah sistem nomor. Pada prosedur pengelolaan surat keluar dan surat masuk tidak dilakukan pencatatan ke dalam buku agenda dan tata cara peminjaman yang hanya mendatangi langsung petugas tanpa ada lembar peminjaman arsip. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian solusi untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada yaitu dengan cara menyediakan buku agenda surat masuk dan surat keluar dan menyediakan lembar peminjaman arsip agar semua kegiatan arsip berjalan dengan efisien.

Abstract

Palembang City Government using the website as a communication media in providing services to people with addresses pubilk www.palembang.go.id, and followed by all agencies with the vision, mission, tasks and responsibilities of each. This study aims to assess the perfomance website government agencies within the city of Palembang and effective use of websites as a medium of public service in the public service within the city of Palembang by eight service elements are simplicity, clarity, security, transparency, efficient, economical, fairness and timeliness by the respondent amounted 305. The results showed an overall data processing perfomance website are in good enough condition, evidenced by the percentage of the four existing criteria. As for the effectiveness of the website as a public service media has not been so effective because there are three elements that are still not good that 43% efficient, economical 46.2% and 32.1% punctuality service.

Abstract

Needs of Distance Education (ODL) can not escape from the cycle of communication and exchange of information among actors PJJ. This study aims to measure the level of readiness of e-Learning as a learning medium on the implementation of ODL. Measurement of e-Learning readiness is based on the model of the e-Learning readiness expressed by an index, which is mapped using the index e-Learning reediness version Aydin & Tasci with a scale of 1-5 based on variables faculty, students, staff and infrastructure. The study was conducted by using descriptive statistical techniques by using a questionnaire as an instrument of collecting data from 50 respondents consisting of 15 lecturers, 5 employees and 30 students. Results of data processing shows e-Learning UBD as PJJ media has an index of 4.3, which means ready to deploy an e-Learning (ready go).

Abstract

Employees are a major factor in the smooth running and progress and success of a company. The leaders of the company should be able to motivate their employees to be able to work optimally and always give the best for the company. Achievement is a result of a person who assessed on the performance of the envious own personal as well as team of an entity or community. The purpose of this research is to apply the method GAP as a profile matching method in the process of determining outstanding employee at PT X. PT X conduct an assessment of achievements of its employees and as a result of assessment for employees who excellent will be given a reward. In determining and assessing the performance of each employee there are a number of assessment criteria which include Employee Attitudes, Behaviour Employees and Employee Presence.

Abstract

Schools, teachers and learning are interrelated components. School as a forum that organizes learning for students, and teachers as professionals who transfer knowledge. Performance is a universal concept that is the operational effectiveness of an organization, organization, and employees based on predefined standards and criteria. The performance of teachers can be defined as the extent to which a teacher works maximally in accordance with the ability he has in an effort to achieve institutional goals. This study aims to determine the performance of SMPIT "X" teachers in the learning process by measuring the level of teacher performance, based on teacher competency indicators in the learning process using fuzzy mamdani method. By knowing the level of teacher performance is expected to improve the quality of teachers as one important factor in the process of improving school quality. Abstract

Air bersih merupakan suatu kebutuhan utama dan tidak dapat diganti dalam kehidupan manusia di alam semesta ini, oleh karena itu ketersediaannya harus tetap terjamin dalam waktu, kuantitas maupun kualitasnya. Kebutuhan akan air bersih ini menjadi masalah hampir disemua negara. Permasalahan ini disebabkan karena ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan dan persediaan air bersih tersebut. Permintaan terus bertambah sedangkan persediaan air bersih cenderung berkurang karena berkurangnya debit sumber air baku seperti mata air, sungai, danau dan air tanah sebagai akibat dari degradasi lingkungan. Pengaturan distribusi air bersih di Kabupaten X difasilitasi oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya Dan Tata Ruang Kabupaten X. Sebagai dinas pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab atau pendistribusian air bersih bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten X terdapat permasalahan dengan banyaknya menerima proposal pengajuan dari kecamatan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih. Dengan banyaknya permintaan dari kecamatan tersebut sehingga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Cipta Karya dan Tata Ruang kesulitan dalam memutuskan kecamatan mana yang lebih berhak mendapatkan bantuan terlebih dahulu dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih. Terdapat beberapa kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam memutuskan permohonan pemintaan kebutuhan air bersih yang diajukan oleh setiap kecamatan. Kriteria tersebut meliputi jumlah penduduk (C1), kebutuhan air (C2), debit air (C3), jarak pipa (C4), beda tinggi (C5), gesekan (C6), dan tekanan (C7). metode Sample Additive Weighting (SAW) yang akan dipakai dalam proses perhitungan dalam rangka menentukan permintaan air bersih dari setiap kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten X. Sehingga hasil yang didapat adalah benar-benar hasil keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan data-data yang ada untuk setiap kecamatan.

Abstract

Competition in the increasingly competitive business world spur companies to strive harder to improve the quality of their company.  This research discusses the determination of Team Leader in a service company that provides integrated services that stood since the year 1996 with 9 branch offices up to now one of them in the city of Palembang. The services provided by the company are Integreted Facility Servises, Cleaning Services, Security Services, Property Services, Catering Services, Support Services, and Parking Services. In the determination of Team Leader, Supervisor and Facility Services there are 6 scoring criteria, namely Leadership, Communication Skills, Operational Forms, Operational Duties, Human Resources Aspects, and Motivational Session and Team Building. This research implemented SMART method in the process of determining Team Leader, Supervisor and Facility Services by using 12 employees proposed in February 2019, with the end of employees named Hartono elected as Team Leader With a value of 0.797. Employees named Jacop with a final value of 0.904 elected as Supervisor and employee named Dimas with final value 0, 789.

Abstract

The answer that arises when you get the question of the one most valuable thing in life is the family, because the family is home and home. Discussions about families with a lot of needs are one of them is the blindness of health insurance or medical insurance. Having health insurance for all family members is something that can not be ignored anymore even said to be absolute. Providing the best health insurance is one of the dear forms of computer cases for families. This reason also requires that we do not misselect a health insurance product. The research implements a multi-factor method of Evalation Process (MFEC) in the process of determining the best insurance product from 5 alternative companies asuransi based on 7 criteria/factor. Criteria/factors including complete Asuransi facility, extensive insurance provider, premium, cashless, existing short condition, insurance combination and insurance company's credibility.
