Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan Bank Konvensional dan Bank Syariah. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling artinya memilih sampel dilakukan dengan kriteria tertentu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kriteria adalah empat bank untuk Bank Konvensional (PT BRI, Tbk, PT Mandiri, Tbk, PT BTN, Tbk, PT BNI, Tbk) dan lima bank untuk Bank Syariah (PT Bank BRI Syariah, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Bukopin, PT Bank Mega Syariah). Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan berupa Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Konvensional dan Bank Syariah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada rasio LDR, ROA, CAR, BOPO. Sedangkan pada rasio ROE dan NPL tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Bank Konfensional dan Bank Syariah. Kata Kunci: Capital Adequacy Ratio, kinerja keuangan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan, dan  Return On Equity.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the impact of communication led to employee performance through motivation to work in the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM JemberDistrict. The research approach used in this study are quantitatively using explanatory research. This study population all civil servants Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Jember District with sampling technique using saturation sampling (census) with 38 respondents. Data analysis method used is the analysis of the path (Path Analysis). The test results and data analysis were performed with SPSS show that (1) leadership style influence directly and significantly on work motivation of employees, (2) communication leadership influence directly and significantly on work motivation of employees, (3) leadership style has no effect directly and significantly to the performance of employees, (4) communication led direct and significant impact on the performance of employees, (5) work motivation direct and significant impact on the performance of employees, (6) leadership style on employee performance positive and significant impact through work motivation employees, (7) communication led to employee performance through a positive and significant impact employee motivation at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Jember District. Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to analyze the changes in several objective priorities as the banking targets in the decision making process. The research applied goal programming model and based on the experiments on the financial data or ratios. The objective functions of the research were the ratios used to asses bank health level, namely: capital, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), asset quality, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operational Cost compared to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). Results show that only capital and LDR targets achieved predominantly on a variety of priority setting. While the targets of CAR, asset quality, ROE, and NIM are not achieved predominantly on a variety of priority setting. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer satisfaction with Eiger products. The population of this research is Eiger consumers in Jember. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with the sampling method used is purposive sampling. based on the criteria that is rmale and female respondents aged 18 years and over and respondents who have purchased and used Eiger products in existing stores in the last 1 year. The sample used was 170 respondents. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data. Primary data sources were obtained directly from questionnaires given via google form and secondary data obtained from web topbrand-award.com, idntimes.com, eigeradventure.com, and jemberkab.go.id. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are three analysis results, namely brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Eiger products in Jember. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Eiger products in Jember.

Abstract

This study examines the determinants of bond rating of companies in Indonesia. Four variables are examined, namely profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and activity ratio. The sample consists of 15 companies over the period of 2011-2014. It uses logistic regression analysis method to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Results show that only liquidity ratio has significant influence on bond ratings. Profitability, solvency, and activity ratios are found not to be the significant determinants of the companies’ bond ratings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in abnormal return and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the buyback of shares of IDX-listed companies in 2020. This study used a quantitative event study approach. The population in this study amounted to 57 companies, and the research sample amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The observation period of this study was three days before the announcement and three days after the announcement of the share buyback. The research applied Paired Sample t-Test test when data are normally distributed and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test if the data is abnormally distributed. The test results show no significant difference in return and trading volume activity at the time before and after the announcement of the company's share buyback policy. This result indicates that asymmetric information between external and internal parties of the company is not much different so that investors cannot get abnormal returns on an ongoing basis or in a short period.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence the firm value either directly or indirectly through the capital structure of the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data used in this research are from annual report of the consumer goods industry sector companies within 2016 – 2020 period. The analytical method use Path Analysis. The population in this reseacrh consisted consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 19 companies according to the criteria. The test results show that profitability and dividend policy have a significant effect on the capital structure and firm value, firm size has no significant effect on the capital structure and firm value. Capital Structure can mediating the effect of profitability on firm value, but can not mediating the effect of firm size and dividend policy on firm value.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch. The analytical technique used in this study is path analysis using SPSS 25 to determine the effect of Islamic service quality variables on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch. The sample used in this study were 140 respondents. Where data acquisition is done through the distribution of questionnaires to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch. The results of this study indicate that the quality of Islamic services has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and the quality of Islamic services has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jember Branch.

Abstract

The study is a quantitative descriptive research using CAMEL research method approach and different test to compare financial performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. The population in this study is Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah of 2015 – 2019. The reason for choosing these years is because the researcher assess that these years are the newest years from previous years. Data type used in this study is secondary data which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and obtained from www.idx.co.id and the official website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk or abbreviated as BRI and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah or abbreviated as BRIS on 2015 – 2019.
