Abstract

Article analysis business process of a running report delivery and designes an automatied report delivery tothe ABC company partner by noticing the safety of data transfered. The used methods are literature, interview,survey, analysis, and design method. The result is indicates that there is email automation by automail application.The conclusion is the automail analysis and design was cover verification process, text file encoding, and reportdelivery by encryption-description process as form of data safety.Keywords: system analysis, design analysis, automail application

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze, design, and implement tuning for the funding database, which include data mart processing that will be used in the formation of analytical reports. The research method used is literature study from a variety of journals, books, e-books, and articles on the internet. Fact findingtechniques are also done by analyzing, collecting, and examining the documents, interviews, and observations. Other the research methods are also used to analyze and design database such as SQL tuning, Partitioning, and Indexing. The results obtained from this research is an implementation tuning for the funding database, in which if it is implemented, it will improve performance significantly. The conclusion is by implementing tuning for the funding database, it can help the bank to improve the performance of database system and decrease time to produce analytical reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a database to support the information needs of hospitals, especially in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The method used is the method of collecting data by using data searching techniques that include interviews, document study, observation and literature study. Then the research uses the methods of analysis and database design database design that includes conceptual, logical, and physical. The conclusion the database system capable of storing data is integrated, hospital information needs, and improve health services to the customers in this patient in particular and society in general. Conclusions that can be gained from this research is the existence of this database system so the hospital can manage customer data and conducted traksaksi customers, improve the effectiveness in obtaining customer satisfaction and loyalty where customers are able to promote his experience to new customers, and become a hospital options through improved health services to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze, design, and implement Master Data Management (MDM) model for company, which include database processing that will be used in the quality of data customer and produce single view of customer. The research method used is literature study from a variety of journals, books, e-books, and articles on the internet. Also, fact finding techniques are done, such as by analyze, collect, and examine the documents, interviews, and observations. Then, other research methods used to analyze and design MDM model are using cleansing and matching technique. The result obtained from this research is animplementation MDM model for the company, where if implemented, will improve the quality of data significantly. The conclusion which can be obtained from this research is that MDM is one of the factors thatcan improve the quality of customer data.

The result of this research is a database system that can save data integrated, clinic information needs, and health services improvement which are patients and community in general. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the database using object oriented approach. In addition, this research develops and designs an object relational database structure to make easier the process of searching for the required information. The benefit of this research is to provide a data structure that can be reused for SMS notification application developer team, so that the developers can use existing objects for future use if there are changes in the current business process. The methods used are data collection, analysis, and design. The result obtained from this research is a database structure of sms notification application, which can be used in various programming languages for using object relational database approach. For conclusion, by using the object relational database structure, application developers will be made easier in developing the current database structure. Programmer can add a new data type simply by creating a new object. Data is accessed or processed as object-oriented.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for designing and building spatial database to monitor the spreading of 24 hours clinic in DKI Jakarta. It includes spatial and attributive information for clinics. The benefit of this research is integrating tabular database with spatial database, giving information about the spreading of clinicspatially, and locating new clinics easily in DKI Jakarta. The research method used is data collection such as examine the documents and observation, followed by database analysis and design by Life Cycle (DBLC). The result obtained from this research is a spatial model of database that monitors the spreading of 24-hour clinics in DKI Jakarta. Implementing the new spatial database in monitoring the spread of clinic 24 hours can help the government to increase and develop health service for people in DKI Jakarta.

The result of this research is a database system that can save integrated data and POSYANDU information needs. Using the database system, PUSKESMAS can manage data of mother and baby’s health and related transactions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a database model which is conceptual and logical for a 24-hour clinic. The methods used in this research are the data collection through literature studies, surveys, and interviews to the clinic management to get a description of the business processes implemented at a 24-hour clinic. Then we use the conceptual database design method which identifies important entities, relationships entities, and existing attributes. After that, we create a database logical model which represents the clinical database 24 hours. From that, the model is expected to be a logical database model for further development into a clinical application 24 hours to improve the health services to the public.
